My wife and I attended Wednesday bingo last night (25 Sep 2019). We had a little trouble finding info on this place before hand so I wanted to share what I know for folks looking to play. Bottom line up front: I highly recommend this location.Times: Wednesday and Sundays beginning at 6:30pm. Doors open at 5:00pm.Cost: One book $15, two books $25, three books $30.Special Games: $1 eachPull Tabs: $1 eachDabbers: $1 eachFood/Drink: They have a kitchen that was open until about 2/3 of the way through the night. They had burgers, steak and cheese sandwich etc. Good selection of drinks and snacks. Coffee. Pricing was reasonable. I did see people bring there own food in as well.Staff: Everyone we interacted with was great! Everyone was polite and helpful.

Great location, fantastic parking. Went to a dance here and they have a little snack bar. Have also been to car shows here. The members are fantastic - great place to go.

Fraternal organization that does many things to give back to the community. The food in the restaurant and bar are both delicious. It is also a great place to host events.

Overall its a great club with a lot of nice people that are members. they have a great social area with a lot of activities going on all the time. My only real complaint with the place is at the cigarette smoke can get pretty strong over and on the bar side.

I love the Eagles Lodge, and love being a member. The place is great for lunch and dinner - for the price, its hard to do better in the area. While the food cant be described as gourmet, it is plentiful and above average quality for what you pay. I often do a quick lunch here with sandwiches and fried pickles or mushrooms, and my family and I frequently go for prime rib, seafood, and kids fare if we dont feel like cooking at home. You can smoke in the bar area, but the main dining are in smoke free so feel free to bring your kids. As everyone needs to be either a member or a guest people are invested in being kind and considerate, and the staff is incredibly kind. The bar has multiple beers on tap (mostly American beers), with a few beers that are seasonal/smaller brewery (like Devils Backbone) thrown in for good measure. The beer prices are incredibly reasonable as compared to a typical bar. There are only a couple of wines (just a red and a white), but members can bring in a bottle of liquor to store at the bar and have the bartenders mix drinks for you, saving a ton of money. There is regulated gambling available, including both a few machines as well as raffle type games with frequent drawings. Membership requires sponsorship, but brings perks such as access to the lodge (along with permission to go to any other lodge in the country), payment for your childrens education in the event that you pass away (college, etc.), and access to events such as live music, dances, and get togethers such as separate childrens and adults Christmas parties. The best part of membership is the fundraising aspect, where 100% of all funds raised for charities actually GO to the charities themselves, vs. many fundraisers in which a large portions of the funds raised end up going to administration and overhead.

Because if you are a woman or you are not a part of the good ole boys club, then you are considered an outsider and Will never belong! I have been a member of the Eagles for 16 years and have no rights there WHAT so ever!!!! A guest is more valuable than me! That is not right!!!

Finally the kitchen staff has got things firing on all cylinders. So 20 years ago, I moved down here from Maryland and discovered the folks in Fredericksburg had no clue that crabcakes were suppose to have real crab in them. Im not kidding. Everywhere we tried, we found a lot of bread and very little crab. Well on Monday, I had 2 very good crabcakes served at the Fredericksburg Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie #4123 on Cool Springs Rd. Now Im not planning on entering them into Marylands Best Crabcake Contest but I will be getting 2 more later this week. Maybe Ill sneak over for lunch tomorrow.
