Sierra is a kind a empathetic therapist. My daughter has been with her almost 2 years now, I cant imagine taking her to anyone else. With Sierras help she has steadily come leaps and bounds.

I had an amazing individual yoga session with Sierra today! Sierra took the time to ask about what I was currently dealing with and tailored a practice to exactly what I needed. I was working with some extra anxiety and a twisted ankle. Sierra offered me support for my mind and my body while also empowering me!
