Been going there for over a good 10 years,both my kids and I would not go anywhere else,Doctor Menocal,Doctor Chris Hass and staff are the best,they go above and beyond to make your visit pleasant.

I am not an easy patient/customer. You can read other reviews I have left where I tear the establishment to shreds. With that said, I am extremely impressed with Dr. Menocal.- I was seen AHEAD OF MY SCHEDULED TIME!!! I cannot recall the last time I was seen early at a physicians office. And it was busy.- Dr. Menocal has one of the best bedside manners around.- As a new patient I was shocked to find out I did not have to fill out an overwhelming amount of paperwork when I arrived.- The staff is very friendly for such a busy office.An absolute easygoing visit. I have found my new PCP. I cannot guarantee the same for you, but I highly suggest giving Dr. Menocal a visit the next time you need care.

It’s Chris and Suzzie... that keep me staying here! I use to only request Chris, as he is not only real with you but actually cares about you... then Suzzie pops up one day in my room with Chris, and it was another instant hit! She radiates happiness... I legit forgot I was talking with my nurse practitioners... I personally ask for either or, as they do rotate and such, and both bring up amazing convos!-Dillon

Wonderful practice from the front office to the nursing staff and Doctors. Always have room for walk in appointments, answer questions in a timely fashion and I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen, even without an appointment.Doctors are very thorough not afraid to refer out and order testing as needed not as insurance wants these days.

I have been with this office for years! Wouldn’t change a thing! They are ALL amazing people and the front office goes out of their way to help you and the doctors will do the same! Love them! Hands down 💯

Exceptional care. The nurse practitioner spent 40 minutes with me and my very complex diagnosis. She listened intently was compassionate and put me on the right path for medications and blood work. 100% recommend this practice to anyone.

I love Dr Menocal he is very thorough and listens to your needs. I personally never had run in with the office staff. When my overweight prescription is out I send message through the secure portal I get message next day that it has been sent to pharmacy or he or his nurse had called it in only one time I had to pick it up cause I switch pharmacies but they did not charge me to pick it up.

Staff is friendly. Ask for Chris...He is the best! Very caring and extremely helpful.

Dr. Menocal is the coolest and most straight-up doctor Ive ever visited. He gets to the point without playing any games and gets you the treatment you need right away unlike other doctors who like to run you around in circles for their own agenda. He doesnt waste any time and knows his stuff EXTREMELY well. Highly recommend! Thank you Dr.Menocal and even if I move far away Id still have you as my PCP.

People that give low stars to a doctor because of some of his past employees are IDIOTS! If you like the care he gives you and he does.. give him the rating he deserves which is more than 5 stars and then complain to the HR dept or office manager and have them reprimanded !!

Dr. Chris is really amazing , nice, sincere and thorough I would definitely give him 5 stars , but the office staff definitely needs a class in customer service and they are rude.

He is a wonderful Dr. He listens to your concerns and treats everyone great. All of his staff is friendly and very nice. Would recommend to anyone.

Just literally just called on 8/10/2017 @ 9:15am to schedule my husband a new patient appointment. Spoke to Angela who was very rude and nasty and very short. Would barely let you talk. She acted as if she didnt want to be bothered. She barely wanted to answer any of my questions regarding insurance....appointment availability. I asked if she had any new patient appointments in the near future..her response was maybe next week. I then asked could she check to see when so we could schedule an appointment. She gave me the biggest attitude then placed me on hold and never came back to the line. Because of this treatment, Dr. Menocal has just lost a potential patient. Your staff is not representing this practice in a professional way at all. Working in the healthcare industry for over 20 years..Angelas treatment of a potential patient wouldve been a termination. Please get better staff. If she doesnt like working with customers...dont take a customer service job.

Never had a problem. A doctor i can actually talk to who understand my goals and is genuinely trying to help me reach them.

Dr. Menocal is excellent, very knowledgeable, he listens and values your time. Do know be fooled by one-star review which gives you no information about practice.

I dont even want to put a one star review. The Dr is great, to bad the office staff sucks! They are rude, disrespectful and short with you. I would not recommending this office only due to the office staff. Like I said Dr Menocal is awesome!

Dr. Menocal is one of the best doctors Ive ever been to. He take the time to explain anything to you, even if his office is packed. I have never had a appointment where I have waited more than 10 minutes and considering the normal extra half hour wait at any other Frederick doctors office - that was awesome. Plus the fact that he works with paitents that dont have insurance or are low income is fantastic. My only complaint is the front office staff - you can wiat longer to get signed in then you do for the doctor...

Everything was good till about a year ago the wait gets longer the attitude gets worse theirs no appointments just times u show up and hope your not there for more than 4 hours for something simple. getting attitudes when we just ask how much longer are we going to be here for but the sad thing is we cant just leave because we need to see a doctor they need to stop taking in walkins before appointments the people with appointments arent even called in order it who gets called next or what ever chart they pick i used to stand by this doctor im losing faith in him for the one fact that blows all that stuff i said out the window he sees u and trys to get u out as fast as u can he does not seem to care about us he cares about the big fat check he gets at the end of the day i am looking in to different doctors because no one gets the care we used to and thats sad

I really wish a star was not an option if I could they would get no rate at all. I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was very disrespectful ; Her tone was irrate. Being a new patient I only needed to ask a few questions and was persuaded that I did not need their assistance at all. To my surprise I was also told that I could go somewhere else. I did not set foot into their facility and I dont think any one else should eiether .Their office staff sucks.

My experience with this Doctor is HORRIBLE! The entire staff is UNPROFESSIONAL!When they gave you an appointment time,you have to wait like Two hours and sometimes more,before you are seen by the Doctor.If you do any kind of test there,no one call to tell you what the status of the test is..You the patient have to call them and ask about the test.That is ridiculous!I have to end up and change him...DISSATISFIED PATIENT!!!

This place might be good , the receptionist is a devil , shes a bad person , she doesnt know how to talk with patient , today I call to ask if their accept self cash pay , the way she talk , she kick me like a ball . Good place but bad receptionist

🙈🙈omg I was thinking visit this office for the first time but i can see to many people complaining about the workers are rude in this place and I hate that when I pay my money From my packet I hate a bad service but they need to remember if they eat is because the patients.

Puts you hold for 30 minutes. Sends rxs to the wrong pharmacy or NOT AT ALL. Cannot understand English that well. Long wait times!

Poor beside manner

I do not recommend this doctor, rather they take references from your medical history to prescribe medicine, I was prescribed medicine for something else, rather I was getting sick of something else, and I returned to have my medicine changed and I had to pay for it Again, they are inexperienced people, using Google to see how badly one suffers ...They are a garbage of doctors .. Just think in your pocket ....
