I asked Tony for an estimate a month ahead of an EV charger install. He deferred and asked me to reach out closer to the planned date. I did, he agreed to come out for an estimate. Then, the next day he let me know his brother would be handling the estimate and install. I agreed. His brother suggested a Monday for an estimate, I asked for a particular time, and received no response back. He went no contact, and the Monday came and went with his brother never showing up. I ended up using a different electrician.

Tony was professional and very willing to work with me to implement custom outdoor lighting. I was particular about locations of lighting and conduit and he paid close attention to detail and implemented exactly what I asked of him. The work was high quality and also looks good. Its been several months now since the installation and Ive had no problems at all.
