Tammy - very rude to me on many occasions, spoke to Dr. Williams about her and nothing was ever done. Shame, I really loved Dr. Williams but can not deal with having to talk to Tammy to make appointments and can never speak to Dr. Williams nurse because she acts like fort knox. Very rude and condescending, sarcastic, etc... just awful to deal with, she needs customer service training but she is to high and mighty to learn from it so dont waste your money, just fire her.

Dr. Williams diagnosed me with bladder cancer almost 12 years ago. This diagnosis came as a complete shock to me and him as he initially thought it was cystitis. He was very aggressive with the treatment he recommended and for this I am very grateful. I continue to see him every 6 months and have yearly cystoscope. I cannot praise Dr. Williams enough for what he has done for me.
