Dr. Amerena has been my primary care physician since 2001. He and his team at the Spring Ridge office of FPCA have always been professional, courteous, and caring. As Doctors go, he is a great communicator and has a down to earth way about him - he takes whatever time is needed to answer questions and explain things. I highly recommend him.

I was a patient of Doctor Amerena for at least 8 years, and one of my visits I forgot to pay a $30 co-pay. The Doctor/Practice discharge me from their care even after paying the $30.00 co-pay. They stated that I have not seen the doctor in a while and Doctor Amerena no longer wants to see you… What a horrible doctor, when I need him the most he turns me away.
