Ive had several appointments with Crystal Lume for laser hair removal and have had good results so far. The staff is polite and professional and the offices are clean and relaxing. With each appointment I was in and out in a relatively quick amount of time as well. Great service and look forward to going back again.

I’ve been going to Crystal Lume for several years. I’ve gotten the following procedures- Xeomin and Radiesse injections, ViPeel and a laser treatment. Xeomin is the generic Botox and it works great for me. At $9 per unit it’s a steal!! Anne and her husband Dr. Rohrer are knowledgeable and Anne makes great recommendations. I’ve trusted her thus far and have been pleased especially with my ViPeel and laser treatment. I had 3 dark or sun spots and she used the laser on the biggest one which was the size of a nickel and it’s completely disappeared in a single treatment!! I plan on getting the the same treatment on the other two as well.I’m a repeat customer and chose to travel to Crystal Lume for all of my skin treatments.

Absolutely the best laser hair removal services anywhere. I’ve been to 7 others before finding Dr. Rohrer and Ann. I have spent thousands to achieve practically zero results. Literally 1 session with Dr. Rohrer and the results were after 10 days not a single hair could be seen and I was amazed. I can’t believe all the time and money wasted elsewhere. I was ready to give up on the whole idea. If you have been having poor or mediocre laser results give this husband and wife team a shot. I’ll be coming back to get more areas treated for sure!Ann and Dr. Rohrer are a married couple and sometimes it shows when they have little bickering go back and forth. But I quickly realized it is because they are both passionate about delivering the best results for their clients. It was a little off putting at first but the results of their work speak louder than the little spats they can have. So don’t let that worry you.

Ann is awesome. Ive been seeing her for electrolysis and she’s top notch. I’ve had electrology with several different people in several different states and she’s one of the most skilled I’ve had the pleasure of seeing.

Overall results were mediocre. The husband and wife team argued about treatment the entire time while a needle was placed in my face. Completely disconcerting and wholly unprofessional. Would never visit again.

Excellent, caring service. Ann was able to perform laser hair removal and electrolysis on my stubborn chin hairs/whiskers! I went to see Ann after my mother had seen her for several years. My mom always raved about how the services were fantastic and very reasonably priced. I was too afraid to go because of the pain, but my mother finally convinced me to go.I am so glad I went. In my opinion, with this type of service, you cant put a price on it. I go to Ann once a month for spa services. I went for Face Ultrasound Cavitation April 2014. I saw instant results. My jawline is defined and the chin area is tight. I am in my mid 50s. After a week the face and jawline look even better. It takes about 3 treatments to get the best results. Ive had Vi-Peel, Lipo lite treatments, and botox at Anns spa. All treatments produce excellent results. You will look years younger.

Ann is very knowledgeable in her products and services. She will help you in achieving your youthful glow. I received two services Botox/filler and was very please with the results. I will definitely go back to Crystal Lume Medical Spa.

I bought a Groupon for Botox. They injection my Botox in the wrong places. Instead of getting my eye brows lifted and getting a fresh look I got a tired look instead. . So when I call Ann and explained this to her . Her response was Sorry you paid half price and we will see you next time and then SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I am a paying customer and never have had a experience like this before. As always you only get what you pay for. Would NOT Recommend to ANYONE .

This is such a wonderful place to go! I have been seeing Ann for quite some time now and have had the Silk Peel, Skin Rejuvenation, and microdermabrasion done here. I have fair skin and I get brown spots from the sun so I did some research and found that a laser could get rid of them. I actually went somewhere else first before I came to Crystal Lume and I didnt see any results. So, I decided to give Crystal Lume a try and I am so glad I did! Ann did a consult with me and showed me before and after pictures (since I am a very skeptical person) and we decided on the Skin Rejuvenation. She composed a package for me that included the lasers and the microderm and it was FAR LESS than what the other place was going to charge me for those same things. After just one treatment, I SAW RESULTS! Now I know results vary from person to person, but I just couldnt believe the results I got. My brown spots literally got really dark and then just came off by themselves. My brother noticed and thought I had brownie batter on my face lol But there is no down time, I just put concealer on them. Then I scheduled my micro to smooth everything out and my face looked awesome! The freckles on my nose still havent come back and its literally been years since I had the skin rejuvenation done.Ann is very sweet and knowledgable. She is not out to make money. I even pointed out a peel that I wanted and she said it wouldnt be the peel for me. I feel like most places would let you spend the money and get it and not think twice about what is best for you. The other thing I like about Ann is she takes before and after pictures of you so you can literally see the difference! Oh, I almost forgot, if you are having a mask on or numbing cream she lets you sit in this AMAZING massage chair while you wait!I am about results so I really could care less if her office isnt the typical spa the others were referencing below with fancy slippers and robes, waterfalls, and weird music. All those extras are what make your procedures hundreds of dollars more. Ann has nice rooms that are nicely decorated and everything is clean and in its place. As another person mentioned, less overhead = cheaper prices DUH! So if you hesitant about trying Crystal Lume because of others comments, I would just give it a try for yourself. You will quickly see it is a great place to go!
