Ive been going to Urbana Dental Spa for 8-9 years; I always receive excellent and courteous dental care.

Urbana Dental Spa is truly a spa like experience. No one likes going to the dentist, however, Dr. Lewert and his staff make the visits/check ups super relaxing and a breeze. Both Dr. Lewert and staff are extremely professional, nice, and genuine in the care they provide. Very welcoming setting, and Ive never had any issues. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and 10/10

Great dental practice. They are very mindful of all COVID protocols. The office is very clean and sanitized. The staff is all great. Dr. Lewart does great work and checks the teeth and entire mouth carefully. I had a very positive experience.

My experience at the Urbana Dental Spa was amazing. The entire staff was welcoming as I was a first patient. Everyone was funny and easy to talk with and explained each step of the procedure. With the COVID-19 they were also very attentive to cleaning procedures and my safety. Look forward to being a continued patient. highly recommend.

My review is related to the front desk. I left a voicemail about wanting to schedule a first time visit for my wife and I and that they were a referral. They decided not to call me back and when I followed up 5 days later she said that the reason they decided not to call me back was because they are not accepting new patients and too busy. A simple follow up and a friendlier tone would have been nice so I could have moved on sooner.

Urbana Dental Spa is a beautiful state of the art facility and staff is extremely friendly. Dr. Lewert is the height of professionalism. This office is a must visit for family dental care!

They have the best technology and highly trained hygienists in a spa-like setting. I had some work done that took a while. They were great! The doctor paid attention to detail and did a beautiful job at an affordable price. Hes a perfectionist and knows the latest and best advances in dental care.

We all know going to the dentist is no fun. The waiting room, the smell, the noise...its all bad for you. What works at Urbana Dental Spa is that they removed the DMV-like atmosphere from the experience. There is no blaring daytime television, there are no uncomfortable plastic chairs, there are no generic photos of white-teethed uber-mensch families. Its a dentist office designed to feel nice and not be simply practical. This goes a very long way to making the overall experience actually enjoyable.The Doctor is brisk, but name one who isnt. The staff is friendly and competent.Overall, I would recommend this office to anyone who feels like going to the dentist should be a better experience. Go here if you want to feel like a human and not a policy number.

Dr. Lewert repaired two teeth and they look and feel perfect. The color is an identical match too. Great atmosphere and everyone is caring as well as professional!
