My entire family goes to Frederick Dental Group and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. The staff is kind and always helpful. Dr. Verma takes time to explain things to us and always takes our comfort into consideration. He called to check on my son after a procedure and that really blew me away. He truly cares about his patients. I would recommend this office to everyone!

I have a cavity I still need filled. I made an appointment with Frederick Dental Group, and had made the mistake of also mentioning my wisdom teeth on the phone. I made it very clear I needed the cavity filled, and that I will not be able to afford wisdom teeth removal for a long time. Whoever made my appointment decided they must know me better, so much to my surprise I came in for a wisdom tooth consult, that I could not afford, (over $100) though I was told on the phone I wouldnt have to pay more than my normal copay ($20). The dentist didnt even look at my cavity, and made a comment that I should try at home filling options. Ive never had such an embarrassing healthcare moment. I highly suggest anyone who makes an appoint here be VERY SPECIFIC with that they want, and constantly check with them that they arent tacking extra things on your bill.

Alex got me started and he was so nice explaining eveything to me.Dr. Verma was just wonderful! I had an extraction and I hardly felt anything. He was THAT good! I am a coward so for me to say this is quite a compliment!I will be returning to this dental office for all of my future dental needs as they are very affordable too.

First class customer service from front staff to dental care. I had a dental emergency and was fit in the schedule same day for consult and treatment plan. Surgery scheduled within days.Surgery went smoothly. Dr. Verma and his staff calmed my nerves, made sure I was comfortable and took all the time necessary to answer all my questions. I chose this place because I have high anxiety around medical procedures and dental work specifically. They addressed my concerns and pain very empathetically which I appreciate and they did everything they could to make my experience as stress free as possible. Staff was not very friendly at the front desk I was excited to finally thought I found a new good dentist. She wasn’t friendly at all. It’s all about money to her. I get nervous when I go the dentist so they took my bp it was high so she comes in and says you need to go to the hospital now well when your machine stops half way taken before it could even read it I said don’t you want to retake it no , really? Leave there go to primary a few doors down and it’s barley even high. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Wonderful and caring dentist. I had a previous root canal complicated by wisdom teeth which caused a dangerous abscess. They got me in the next day and were super safe with Covid precautions. I’m self pay and the prices were reasonable and better than any dentist I have used. They discussed and explained everything as well as being so caring about my anxiety and fear. They even called to check on me after the procedure. I am sending my brother here and I will recommend them to everyone. I am so appreciative of how they treated me.

We recently moved to the area and were in need of a new family dentist. I’m so glad we found the Frederick Dental Group! We received great service from the get-go when I requested an appointment online. Chrystal called me quickly to get the three of us scheduled and was beyond wonderful. She managed to get my son in the same week due to a cancellation. The appointment itself was great. All staff was in full PPE due to COVID and we couldn’t have felt safer. My son’s treatment plan was fully explained to me and there was absolutely no pressure to schedule his extractions (I have been to other dentists where there was a lot of pressure to make decisions and schedule treatments ASAP). All in all, a great experience!

I had a great experience here. I had an emergency and they fit me in without a problem (during the covid19 quarantine) they took all safety precautions and were very nice and professional. After my procedure the doctor called me personally that afternoon and even gave me her cell number in case I needed anything. Ive never been a big fan of the dentist but they made me more than comfortable. The process was quick waiting time was maybe a few minutes. They even fit me in when I was still having pain within a half hour of me calling. I highly recommend Frederick Dental Group!

From the moment I walked in the office I was met with kindness. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Each procedure was explained in detail as were alternatives to treatments. I came to Frederick Dental Group as a “emergency patient” after I cracked my tooth and needed a root canal. Not only was the front desk staff amazing throughout the entire process, they were able to schedule my first appointment and subsequent appointments very quickly. Dr Dave and Alex were a great team and were very patient and kind with me as I am a very anxious person. If you’re somebody with an anxiety disorder or just gets anxiety over the dentist, I can not recommend them highly enough!

I had a wonderful experience today. My cap fell off of one of my teeth on Saturday and i called the emergency number and the dentist called me back within hours. He was able to get me in first thing this (Monday) morning. I am very pleased with my service today.

They are very patient with me as I get stressed out in the chair. Frederick Dental is top notch. I was next door at the barber shop yesterday getting my son a hair cut and chewing a piece of gum.. and my crown came off. I gave them a quick call and they squeezed me in immediately and took care of my issue. I first became a patient with a broken tooth emergency on a SUNDAY... I wasnt even a patient of theirs and they opened their practice on a SUNDAY to see me. Did I mention it was a SUNDAY and they had never seen me before? Who does that? No one but Frederick Dental, I can tell you that!

They were very friendly and helpful when we came to the office. They make sure everyone is comfortable when waiting. My procedure was done very quick and very professional! Highly recommend this dentist office, I am definitely going back for any dental work I need.

I’ve been to other dentist in the area unfortunately I didn’t receive good care/work...I came to Frederick Dental Group with fear and thinking maybe my teeth are all just bad. ( most my family have dentures)Dr Dave and his team Have been wonderful .. we have a plan in place to take care of my needs ..I have to say all of us have different bites the dentist only know what we tell them X-rays don’t show everything . If your tooth bothers you we need to let them know so they can check to make it right.Three filling All Good ,I have missing teeth needing an implant and a bridge .. Plus I have a back tooth that was a root canal and crown(the dentist that did that didn’t remember he did it and told me it was a bad job) needless to say that needs pulled and an implant if possible, the bone decayed under it...so i can’t say enough about Frederick Dental Group Christina does my cleanings very personable then she consults Dr Dave.Thank you Dr Dave and team for setting a plan in place and following through with Great Work!

Terrific from start to finish. I needed a new crown and it was not an easy job because the tooth below the old crown had degraded and they had to build up my tooth before attaching the new ceramic crown. Also, they used their new CEREC (not sure if thats the correct spelling) machine to mold my new crown right there in the office. I had a crown replaced in one visit! It was awesome! Ive been going to Frederick Dental Group for several years and I have never had a problem. Always first rate. Also, the office is kept very clean. Thats important to me and maybe you, too.

From the very first visit I was made very comfortable and felt welcomed. Alex was the main person I interacted with on my first trip and I have to say, I had no worries. I thought they would judge me for being a smoker and the condition of my teeth, but noooooo. They are THE ABSOLUTE BEST! The assessment was completed and I was given a very fair price for the work to be scheduled. I went for my next visit to begin repair work Alex greeted me with a smile and Dr. V came in so pleasantly ok dear are you ready? addressing any concerns that I may have then Alyssa and Dr. V made sure I was comfortable by ensuring numbness to the affected area and they got to work. Dr. V as well as Alyssa talked to me throughout the process and even made me laugh. They provided after care instructions and my follow up visit was scheduled with the caring and friendly front desk staff which Alyssa was very involved in. Then to top it all off while Im home recovering from the work done DR. V CALLS ME PERSONALLY! Just to make sure that Im okay and see if I had any problems or questions. I LOVE THE WAY THEY CARE! Best dental care EVER! Cost effective, friendly, caring and genuine concern for the patient! You better call em and thats all I can say! Had to get a wisdom tooth yanked immediately. I called around and nobody seemed to care how much pain I was in. I received Dr. Vermas number from a family member and called him late at night on a Saturday. He called me right back that night and got me in Monday morning. Sooo... I woke up with excruciating pain on a Monday in my ear that lingered and didnt get better so therefore I set up an appointment with my primary care an got in with the first available Dr. their in the practice not one i normally see bc my pain was real( my ear was full ,feverish feeling,nausea, pain that was in my jaw that radiated in my molars on my right side) ...So the Dr. I saw was very kind but couldnt see in my ear due to earwax that apparently was blocking his view to see if indeed it was an ear infection so he suggested doing a procedure where they spray it clean with a solution kinda messy and painful felt like I had vertigo after head spinning almost like I had to much to drink felt sick until finally it stopped so he prescribed me antibiotics and spousal ear drops which was never received by the pharmacy so I got my antibiotics right away and started them asap ! The pain subsides until later that night in which, I took some motrin for. The pain continued until later that Thursday!!!I had enough, I mean pain meds werent working an the only relief i got was from a warm compress... working in the dental field I asked Dr. Verma if we could take an x-ray to make sure it isnt one of my teeth ....load n behold it was my bottom molar !!! I have never experienced this kind of pain before !!! Im not one for loosing a permanent tooth as i know the long term effects it has so I got my first Root canal done and I can say the pain was gone instantaneously!! He got me numb and i mean one shot an I couldnt feel anything.The procedure its self wasnt bad at all! Im so thankful he could do my emergency root canal therapy!! Working in the dental field the Dentist always gets looked as like their devils bc the work involved isnt the easiest to have done as well as not understanding the treatment but in all actuality they truly are angles !!!

My wife had a toothache, a tooth that she had a root canal over 10 years ago. It was a Sunday so I frantically called 4 dental offices in hopes someone would see her and relieve her of pain. Frederick Dental Group was the only office that called me back and actually called me twice. Since then our experience has continued to exceed expectations. The entire office is available, caring and supportive. My wife was very comfortable with the entire team during her evaluation, treatment and post-op care. As long as we live in the Frederick, MD area this office will be our primary dental care for our entire family.

Today I visited Dr. Dave Verma after being overseas for several years. I expected the visit to last maybe 45 minutes. It was 2 hours! Ive never had such a comprehensive evaluation by any dentist in the past 40 years! Dr. Verma provided a detailed exam showing me areas of concern with fillings that were 20 or more years old. He was as concerned with overall health as he was with dental health. Super impressed with this office!

I went in for a wisdom tooth removal. They numbed my mouth in it took The Dr. 10 second to pull my tooth. It has now been 24 hrs since it was pulled and I have had no mouth pain and soreness from the pull. One of the best dentists and staff i have ever experienced

I like their patient loyalty program, which gives patients the benefits of dental insurance at a lower cost than paying for dental insurance: 2 annual cleanings, x-rays, 2 annual flouride treatments, 1 emergency visit and a 20% discount on all procedures. No co-pays for the cleanings etc. It works out to slightly less than my out of pocket expenses when I had dental insurance! Additionally, at my previous dentist, I was quoted for a procedure when I had dental inusrance and the quote for a crown was the same as when I had no inusurance. The previous dentist had jacked up the prices for the procedure to make ti look like I was saving a thousand dollar when in fact, it was no savings at all. I checked with Frederick Dental Group and their price for the same procedure is what was quoted by the previous dentist - except now, with the loyalty program, Ill get 20% off. That works for me.My initial appointment was very thorough and today I had a cleaning and a flouride treatment. It went very smoothly, my teeth look great and I am very happy with this dentist. If things change, Ill post another review, but like I wrote initially, so far, so good!Update: I left this practice because all they seemed to be concerned with was upselling me on procedures. I was told I had several cavities. I didnt. I might have believed one or even two, even though I havent had a cavity in over 20 years. But according to them, nearly half of my teeth needed filling. I had to demand the x-rays they owed me for the year I paid for in their loyalty program. The technician (or office manager -I couldnt tell) was sullen because I didnt want to arrange for the fillings. My x-rays were never sent to my new dentist.Despite my initial reaction, I cant recommend this dental practice. They felt like a bunch of grifters.
