Dr. Miller was great. He has kind and thorough and listens to what you have to say. I was very happy with my experience and they worked with me on pricing with my glasses. I highly recommend them

When first learning to use contact lenses, our son worked with Nora at Fraser Optical on Grosebeck. She was incredibly patient and encouraging as she taught him to insert & remove the lenses. Her kindness made my mama heart so happy.

I had a great experience at Fraser optical. The doctor was friendly, amazing, and explained everything all the way through the process. He recommended certain contacts and gave me a trial pair to try and didnt force me into buying contacts right then and there. The ladies out front walked with me patiently while I tried on several pairs of glasses. Their prices were great. Ill definitely be going back. I scheduled my kids appointments while I was there.

I was here during Covid-19 restrictions and it didnt affect the staff and how they treated me. I was greeted with a smile, they were professional, safe, clean and quick. The young woman doctor I had was phenomenal! She knew that equipment like nobodys business! My exam didnt take as long as Id had thought it would. They upsold me on some lenses that would get darker in the sun and make my vision at night more clear. I need bifocals, but I could see that this was an overall great place!

The office was very clean and doing everything they can to keep everyone safe. Temperatures being taken at the entrance. Frames being placed in bins to be sanitized after being tried on by patients. Great job!!

Everyone is friendly and listens to you when you talk to them. I can not do the blue light to take the pressure in my eyes but I can do the puff of air so that is what they do. They don’t tell I have to deal with them taking the pressure with the blue light. And they are very helpful picking out frames.

Absolutely terrible customer service . Arrived at 5:40 , appt was at 6:00, remind you no one in the waiting room . Sat for 1/2 hour - not one person mentioned it’s going to be longer doctor is with another patient. Finally went to the front desk and basically they shrugged there shoulders and told me that they do not know how much longer . And told me they didn’t know how to approach the situation.

I never write reviews but this place is honestly horrible. i’ve never seen so many people hate their job as much as the front desk ladies. i’m 17 years old and i know customer service and proper manners better than them! i made an appointment for contacts a few months ago and when i called they said i never did, probably just because it wasn’t my mom who called which is outrageous. i cannot get over the level of rude and disgust they have towards customers. if you hate customers... DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I was pleasantly surprised at Dr. Kreger‘s honesty when she told me my eyesight needed such a low prescription that it was up to me to get glasses or not. I’ve also bought sunglasses here quite a few times, and Jacqueline has been a fantastic help with what looks good!

The staff was unprofessional. I was in office 3 times and every time the women working would be complaining about thir customers. Using names and everything. The amount of gossip I heard during my total time of 1h is unbelievable. Im going to contact their corporate or whoever because I should not feel uncomfortable getting my eyes checked.

I felt compelled to write a review on this company. I brought my mom here for an appointment and the doctor was annoyed with her and it showed, she was very callous during my moms exam. When we walked in no one greeted us. When a man asked for help one of the techs made a nasty face when she turned her back as if she did not want to help .& also instead of giving me a customer a compliment about my boots that they clearly liked instead they pointed at me like a circus animal. I felt a bit discriminated against. When I asked one of the techs if they liked the boots because it was evident they did. The two ladies ignored me, at that moment I walked out! This is one of the worst establishments I have ever been to!!! In addition, their glasses are not attractive. If you are looking for a genuine, warm, inviting, professional eye facility. I would not recommend this place.

Fraser Optical assisted my elderly mother with her hearing aids and glasses. They truly care about the work they do and as a family business, they understand FAMILY. I did not feel that we were being oversold or overpriced. So grateful for the time spent making my mother comfortable and educated.

I have been going there for years and had really good experiences but recently took our son to another place closer to my current home and my son had gotten some glasses there but he was still having problems seeing in school, so I took my son to Fraser optical on Groesbeck for another opinion and they got my son a proper corrected prescription for him that made a Big difference in his sight! Truly professional place with good service. Would not go any place else again.Thanks

I was told this place was too expensive and to try somewhere else, but it was close to home and they had a cancellation so they fit me in @6:15pm with Dr. Miller. It was totally worth it! The staff are super nice and quick. Dr. Miller was so kind! Even if it were more expensive, it would be worth every penny!

Wait almost two weeks to say my insurance was changed. Why didnt they check this before I left the building the first time. Then an additional 2 weeks to get some glasses.

On vacation in Florida, I lost my prescription eyeglasses in the ocean. I called Andy at Fraser Optical and the in-house lab cut me new lenses within 24 hours with my identical frames and they Fed Exed the glasses to me so I could enjoy my vacation. They are a group of heartfelt individuals who put customers first.

Wont get my glasses from anywhere else. Optometrists are always fast and friendly and so is the staff. Huge selection of frames to choose from and great customer service who will take time to help you pick out your ideal frames. Ive been going here for about 6 years now.

Horrible experience. Dr paviglio treated me terribly. Was rude, disinterested in the fact that eyeglasses were not right and refused to do the appropriate follow up on the problem. Would not recommend eye care at fraser optical .He refused to take another look at the glasses they had made for me, despite the fact that I said there was a technical difficulty. Later found out my progressive measurements were inaccurate on the glasses and the remade glasses. He just chose to say my vision was unfixable, despite the fact that I had been going there for many years. Staff said they did not have time for me as well

I have been a customer of this office for years now. Most of the office staff are nice & I have never had a problem with them until this year. I kept getting really bad headaches and my glasses seemed to be going bad fast. Every time Id tell the doctor that he would say it was just my eyes being bad and that he couldnt do any more for me, but come to find out from a different optometrist that he had been giving me the wrong script and putting the astigmatism in the wrong spot, thus making my eyes worse. I will NOT be returning!!!

As a first time contact lense wearer, I was having a hard time getting used to them. Dr. Miller was very patient, giving me different brands to take home and try, a long with different variations of the distance and reading prescriptions to see what was going to work.

Long time customer. My last pair of glasses the lenses were of extremely poor quality. The staff here used to be very nice but now are extremely rude and argumentative. I dont know whats going on at this location but I will not be returning.

I was a customer of this particular Fraser Optical store for at least 15 years. In the past, Ive had nothing but good experiences with this store until the last year or so. In the last year, Ive noticed a steady decline in the level of customer service. Its not the optometrists that I had an issue with, theyve always been great, but rather the staff behind the desk and the women who fit the glasses. A couple of the eyeglass fitters have been essentially rude to myself and my wife.Recently I had ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses. I went to pick them up but had forgotten my HSA card to pay for them. I had asked if I could be billed which I didnt think would be an issue since Ive been a customer in good-stand for so many years. I was flatly denied that request so I left the store without my sunglasses.After a short while, I thought it was insulting to not allow me to be billed because I took it as meaning that I dont pay my bills. So I called the store back and and asked to speak to the woman who was helping me. I then voiced my displeasure, a heated discussion ensued where I was surprised to hear that the woman didnt care when I said that I wouldnt be back to their store. She was perfectly content with losing a 15+ year customer.I asked to speak to the owner or office manager and was told that a message would be left for that person. That was 5 days ago and I still havent heard anything back which leads me to believe that the message wasnt passed on or that the owner/office manager doesnt care either.At any rate, I wont be returning to this particular location. This is what customer service has come to these days.

The old people who worked here was so much nicer front desk very rude and unprofessional. Telling everyone I referred here not to come. And will never be back until new staff is hired. Will never hand out any more business cards for this place. Rude rude rude.

My favorite eye doctors that Ive gone to. I wont go anywhere else. They are super friendly, and always answer all my questions. Not sure why there are bad reviews on here, because I have NEVER experienced anything bad at this location. The other location on Van Dyke and 23 mile is a different story. They screwed up my glasses three times in a row. Burnt my frames once, then my lenses when they replaced the frames, then they lost them and had to order new ones all together. Ill never go back to that location. This one is 1000X better.
