DO NOT USE THEM. Ive been waiting to go back to work after a week of waiting on a send off covid test at the fast paced in DAYTON TN. The emergency room is quicker. At least the emergency room you dont have to worry about the employees being on personal video calls while theyre taking your information, or waiting for over an hour to be seen, or waiting a week out of work for a send-off test that should have been back the next day. Worse place ever. Theres NOTHING fast about this place.... NOTHING. Fyi, Corp doesnt care either.

To whom it may concern: Fast Pace in Parsons is losing patients because of the amount of time you half to sit there. I understand there is busy days and now especially with the pandemic going on but this has been a problem before the pandemic. When there is only 1 car in parking lot and it takes a hour. There’s a problem somewhere. My Aunt went twice and will not be back. My Mom went today she was very sick and about to pass out and she had to wait two and a half hours. We have other Walk in clinics here in Parsons and we can get through there faster. I know this doesn’t mean much to ya but just letting you know if you half to shut the Doors you will know why but it will be too late then. You lost 4 patients just in my family only. This isn’t doing SICK people right.

More so for the interview process. Had a phone interview scheduled for yesterday at 10am with Tatiana. My phone never rang but she had left a voicemail at 10:02 am. I called nack at 10:05 and left a message. Throughout the day, I had called her directly no less than 15 times but they all went to her voicemail. Left 3 messages for her to call back. Never did.

I went to FAST PACE URGENT CARE for a office visit in Portland TN because I just moved here and didnt have a DR yet. BIG MISTAKE !!I was CHARGED 667.00 for the visit. When I inquired about the bill by calling from their statement I was told oh sir thats are standard billing amount for NEW PATIENTS.... I told the person that was an excessive amount and said they were price gauging people. I now have contacted investigative reporters from the local news and also MEDICAL BOARD AND INSURANCE BOARD IN TENNESSEE TO LOG A COMPLAINT ON THIS SO -CALLED BUSINESS.... WILL keep everyone informed !!!

I recommend not using Fast Pace located in Lebanon TN. and or Labcore due to these companies misplacing and or losing my sons specium for his COVID testing. He took the test on Feb. 8th and the test was due to be sent off on Feb. 9th. As of this message I have waited for six days and still no one has a clear answer as to where and what is going on. Then, had the nerve to ask me to allow them to retest my son to send another sample for testing. I think not, after not be able to retrieve the sample we had already given. I am highly disappointed and upset. For this I do NOT recommend taking a COVID test through them. I truly feel that an employer at Fast Pace was careless and failed to do their job.

I was told an office visit was $ 99 to 140.00. A urinalysis $ 40.00 and a lumbar exray ( kidney) $140.00. Max for these services should be $320.00. I have insurance and at the time of my visit all my insurance was verified. Then, I received a bill of $964.00. At the appointment I was told I had a large kidney stone nearly the entire size of the kidney, which was enlarged. I made an appointment at Mayo Clinic. Fast Care would not mail the exray, on a CD, to Mayo. I had to go pickup the x-ray and overnight it to Mayo Clinic at my expense of $22.00. Guess what! The x-ray was completely normal with no stone!! Oh, I know, I was divinely healed.

I wish I could leave zero stars for this place. My husband and I went in to get tested for COVID-19. Boom, $75 right away for the visit. Ok, whatever, we pay it. OVER A MONTH LATER, we get another bill in the mail for $75. I call, and they explain that they billed my insurance for a critical hospital visit. They took my temp. and blood pressure. Now, I dont know about anyone else, but that doesnt sound like critical care to me. This place only cares about making money any way they can. We are in the middle of a pandemic, and two members of their community, who work with the public, wanted to stay safe, and keep others safe, after being exposed to COVID-19. If you ask me, charging for that is disgusting, and morally wrong. No other place charges for tests, but you sneak in a doctors visit that we didnt need, just so you can bill our insurance for more money, after charging a ridiculous amount at the door. I will never go to fast pace ever again.

No seating for handicapped or large/plus size people. Chairs too small and wobbly, not sturdy. I mentioned it to receptionist and she said it was all they had. I dont think this is completely handicap accessible.

These people that work at this place is very disrespectful and very inconsiderate of the patient the practitioners act like thay just want. To get the insurance money and send you on your way and dont respect patients thoughts on the reason for treatment and just diagnose you with something just to send you out the door its good that thay are getting one star from me
