I was recommended to the Williamson Medical Center Outpatient Imaging center by the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee who is in the same medical network. This was for my daughter to have an MRI done quickly, so it was scheduled by the Bone and Joint which I appreciated. Williamson Medical Center charged more than DOUBLE what it cost everywhere else for the MRI. $1500 at their location, and I later found as low as $500 at other Imaging centers. Once I realized it, I spoke to Rhonda in billing, and she told me she is, sorry, but I cant help you. I asked why it was twice as much, and she said those other imaging centers are stand alone facilities. So I said, Why does it cost less at the other places? Rhonda went on and said because they are not a part of a hospital. So essentially she told me, We are more expensive, BECAUSE we are more expensive. THANKS Williamson Medical Center for taking advantage of a father trying to do the right thing for his daughter!!! I hope that $800-$1000 you overcharged me helps you continue to take advantage of people that are sick seeking medical care.If anyone would like a paper trail of the billing to see how they are happily taking advantage of their patients, please let me know. Going here was actually a very pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, and there was almost no wait time even though we were walk-ins. Its also a very lovely office with a peaceful, private vibe. My 10 yo daughter and I felt safe. My anxiety completely went away, and I was able to relax knowing that my daughter was in good hands. She actually enjoyed the experience and was chatty with the staff.I highly recommend this imaging center!

This is a first-class facility. Efficient, accurate, great employees who take pride in doing their jobs well. Wait times are much shorter than I have experienced elsewhere.

I have had many mammograms at Williamson Imaging. I have always been greeted promptly, signed in quickly, and in and out so fast (today I was in my car leaving 3 minutes after my scheduled appointment time!). Every employee I have met has been pleasant and informative.

The ladies at this facility were simply amazing. The facility itself was very clean and the atmosphere was very inviting. Thank you Mylania, Deanna, Kara and Missy for making an uncomfortable event very enjoyable. You made a difference today!!

DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE!! My primary care doctor referred me here for simple gall bladder ultrasound and they are ridiculously overpriced. The procedure took five minutes from the time I walked out of the lobby to the exam room to the time I returned to the lobby and the bill was $665! There is NOTHING high tech or cutting edge about a simple ultrasound to warrant this price gouging. The Heathcare Bluebook fair price for this procedure in this area is $289. If you have a high deductible insurance or health share plan avoid Williamson Medical AT ALL COSTS!
