Plenty of parking. Staff are nice and attentive. I go mainly for cardio machines of which they have plenty. Sometimes the weight machines will have a line from people glued to their phones in between reps, but that isnt the businesss fault. Membership is good value. Lots of stuff under one roof so you should find what you need. Will go again.

I feel safe in there. Staff is very friendly and ready to help with anything. Very clean. Equipment is fantastic and there’s a lot of it. PF has helped me through my weight loss journey. So far I’ve lost 40 lbs and I feel fantastic. PF is the best gym for me.

This place is nice and clean. The lockers have locks that you can use so you dont have to bring your own. Showers are clean and the massage chairs/table are kept clean. Its packed full of machines, mirrors and TVs on a ton of different channels. For a larger busy gym, this place is kept in good shape. Their staff has been very helpful and attentive.

I came in to just transfer from another location. Rachel was amazing! So friendly and helpful. She really took time to make sure I knew everything about my membership and even helped me get set up with classes. Had my first 2 classes and Nikkae was wonderful. Super encouraging- makes you want to come back. Great location with amazing people!

Fantastic club with phenomenal employees. Ryan is an excellent manager! It has all the equipment I need for my workouts and the red light therapy is amazing! Highly recommend this club to anyone!

It was great! I like to row for 20 minutes and since Im a Black Card member I use the full body enhancer (red light therapy for the whole body) and the hydro massage bed. This does really help with my chronic pain. Yay, Planet Fitness. 👍🏾😊

Its a great gym. I like its affordable, well run, clean. Most all members wipe down machines and are cognizant of it. This makes the experience great for me. Everyone does there part.Only downside is theres no scale to weigh yourself.

Best planet fitness around. Had a great conversation with the assistant manager, Ryan. The gym is clean and everything is put up neatly where it needs to be. Staff is always friendly and ready to be of help. Definitely recommend.

Kickass lil facility very well-kept thanks to my guy Bobby always coming in clutch never resting once consistently making sure that my equipment is clean night after night after night never once have I had any problem with the staff being attentive this facility has a wide range of machines and even offers snacks thank you for making my gym home An excellent place to work out! They blast the music too loud and they don’t clean the equipment it’s disgusting sweat all over the treadmill looks like a ghetto facility does the health department know about this place it should be shut down. They never clean the equipment I see the same sweat spots every night I took pictures to see if it’s new or not and it’s clearly the same they don’t clean. That’s a fact.

The planet fitness that I have visited always have the latest fitness equipment. The facilities are always well maintained and operated by friendly staff members. This location was certainly no different. The lockers that were provided actually had programable combination locks.

Clean, quick, fitness trainers are there if I choose to use them. I get in & out without hassle or conversation. Great equipment. Love the circuit area!

Great workout equipment with cool staff

I love it here. Important is its spacious so I dont feel suffocated. Theres so much that I can plan my schedule easily. But yes, to my surprise..no weight check machine. One less star for that.

Arrived late Wednesday night it was dirty. The treadmills were filled with sweat marks everywhere very disgusting. So to make it worse no AC I was about to pass out from the humidity and heat. To top it all off the black guy had the music blasting so loud yet he had headphones on! Show the same courtesy as you can see everyone has their own listening devices we don’t need to hear your bad music let me hear my own! I’m going to call corporate and complain this is not acceptable. We need a new club in this area!

Great gym! I just joined this week but love the setup and the size. There are SO many machines! I really like that its staffed 24/7 and there are tons of tvs with just about every channel showing. My favorite part though is the 30 minute circuit room. A great full body workout in 30 minutes!

The staff is friendly and very helpful. It is always a pleasant experience. I enjoy coming to this gym 3-5 days a week. Machines are up to date and always clean I especially love the massage bed and chairs. I recommend this gym and what a deal they offer!

Good facilities for regular people to exercise.

It’s the employees “hands down”. Always friendly and helpful! As a matter of fact I chose this particular Planet Fitness because of trainer Ryan. He was very helpful when I walked in the door for the very first time and has remained available for any question or problem. I’ve become a bit of a “pro” because of him. I’d never belonged to a gym in my life!

Machines are loose or not working. Staff cannot get off the phone. Way too busy. This place needs more equipment

I recently went through Covid and Covid pneumonia and Ryan, the manager, was amazing. He help me through the ins and outs of what to do when you can’t come in due to illness. He’s also been very professional and helping my other family members to review the club and ultimately sign up. Thank you to Ryan and all those that work with him .

I highly recommend Planet Fitness because of the FREE training you get with Ryan. He is an amazing trainer and very entertaining, a joy to be around and you won’t even realize your working out! He is very knowledgeable about the body and the details that will make your workouts work for you the best way possible. The rest of the staff is very friendly and they have great low carb snacks💪🏼

I have been a member of many health clubs and gyms over the past 40 plus years and I just recently joined Planet Fitness. To my surprise I am very satisfied with the front desk staff to start with. The locker rooms are well equipped and clean. The work out area is more than adequate with all the equipment i will use. The equipment is clean with a great lay-out and maintained to always be available. The Black Card room also has some really nice after work out equipment to relax. I have also had the pleasure of meeting the management that makes themselves available if needed. I am very satisfied with Planet Fitness Franklin and plan on staying here. I will also invite friends etc to join.Carl

This is an awesome gym! Ive been coming regularly for over a year, and I cant say enough about the gym and the employees. The gym is clean and has plenty of equipment. Everyone who works here, from management to the front desk and the trainers, are all very welcoming and friendly. I attend classes with the lead trainer, Ryan, every week and hes amazing! His classes are challenging, but hes really encouraging and makes it fun! Ive also attended classes with the other trainers, Logan and Tyler, and they are great too!

Total pros. Super clean bathrooms and showers! Plenty of equipment.

They cant seem to fix billing issues. Gym is filthy especially the locker rooms and bathrooms.

The trainer Ryan has changed my view on fitness. He is so encouraging and always builds you up for when you are making gains. Highly recommended!

I love my gym! I’ve been a member with PF since 2015, and love having a place that’s only $22/month for the top level membership where I can come anytime of any day almost anywhere in the country. Transferred my “Home Gym” to this location when I moved here a few years ago and I love it. The staff is great, always kind and inviting. The trainers (Liz and Ryan) are also great. They push you and encourage you, and are compassionate when you’re at your limits. They offer free personal training and set you up with a plan to help you reach your goals.

For the money, the place is great. Getting the hydro massage after a workout really helps you relax.

Ryan is an amazing Coach! You overwhelming amount of classes and training. Your equipment is good. Only bad things is it can get packed and paper towels seem to run out a lot. But other than that it is a great gym and I would highly recommend it!

Clean, clean, clean! People were great about respecting everyone’s personal space, and cooperating with social distancing protocols. Felt good to be back and was great to see smiling, happy staff- I missed you guys! Hope we are up to full capacity and classes soon. Thanks for reopening!😊

Planet Fitness in Franklin has been an amazing experience thus far! Joined not long ago, the staff are friendly, the equipment and place is very clean and they have a lot of options for working out. I want to mention, Logan, one of the staff members helped me design my own workout plan today; Logan is extremely knowledgeable not only on what workouts are best for my goals, but he also knew a lot about nutrition, hitting my goals from both angles. Definitely recommend the Franklin location to anyone in the area or anyone traveling through needing a place to workout or get a quick exercise in for the day. A++

This is a great gym. It’s clean and the employees are helpful and friendly Fitness training classes are free and the trainer, Ryan, is awesome! He is super encouraging and adjusts the exercises for a variety of different fitness levels. I attend several classes a week and they are my favorite thing about coming to the gym. Thanks Ryan!

This gym is fantastic. From the super clean facility and the friendliest staff that remembers your name after your first visit to the trainers that take the extra time to answer questions and walk you through a workout, I have never had a better gym experience.

My other exercise center closed and my friend recommended PF. Took a tour and liked what I saw. He was right - great choice. Ive been working with a trainer in their 30 minute workout area. Me and up to 9 others rotate from machine to machine while we alternate with platform stretching and exercise. A really complete workout in just 30 minutes! Plan to lengthen my stay using the many other machines available. Center is clean and well maintained and a bargain for the price. Recommended.

One of the best gyms I have ever been to. The staff is AMAZING!!!!! The trainers (Liz and Ryan) are FABULOUS!!!!!! The gym is always kept super clean. If your looking for a gym to join this is the one I recommend 110%.

Smaller than some other Planet Fitness, but has everything I need/want. Not too crowded after 8pm when I go, no wait for equipment.

What I like about my Planet Fitness location on Murfreesboro Road in Franklin: The employees are friendly and helpful. The facility is pretty clean and they replace worn out padding quickly. I think its a class act when the staff provides pizza and bagels once a month. Enjoyable place to work out.

I had a good year here. Black card perks are worth the $22-$24 a month. Facilities are clean. Not a ton of heavy weight but more than enough to get the job done. Great staff. Tons of cardio equipment, and they plan on expanding soon.This is a great gym if you are looking for a nice place to workout. They are open 24 hours so whatever time is best for you will work.

I’ve never had a gym membership up until about 2 months ago. I decided to start working out. This place is perfect for newcomers and those inexperienced enough to be somewhat frightened and out of place walking into any other gym. Planet Fitness is a place I feel comfortable because it’s a very professional but also relaxing setting. Their membership is cheaper than any other gym (even black card). I don’t see myself getting a membership anywhere else as this is easily the best place out there for anyone new or experienced.

I love the Franklin Tn planet fitness. It is always so neat and clean! The staff are always busy cleaning or fixing the equipment and the facility. They are always welcoming, smiling and very friendly. Also very knowledgeable about the benefits and all equipment. This is a great gym with a great price!

Gyms are awkward. There is no way around it. Planet Fitness seems to know that, and does its best to eliminate as much of that as possible. I appreciate that about them, and the price is great. Nice facility. Everything is in good working order and clean.

The value for the money, the diverse types of exercise equipment, and the overall feeling that all are welcome despite what one feels they look like or their degree of fitness level. Its wonderful to have a diverse group of people at planet fitness no matter what time of day or day of the week.

This clubs is AMAZING!!!!!! I have been to some other clubs and have not had the experience I have had here. The staff is great always friendly and willing to do what ever it takes to make my time there enjoyable. This club has some great equipment and I am able to get pointers from the trainer Michael. I have seen some management in other places who are just there for a paycheck... Let me tell you not here. The manager (Julia) and assistant manager are very much hands on. From answering questions to showing you how to use the equipment( actually getting on the treadmills and running to give help when needed. The facilities are awesome I notice that the manager is out cleaning with her employees (leading by example) and it shows in how well maintained the club is. The black card is very spa like. Once you walk behind the glass doors you will feel like you entered a spa. From the music to the relaxing hydro beds to massage chairs and even tanning beds. Top notch..I would rate this club higher but there is not enough stars to do that. Exceptional Club, staff and Management....

This is an amazing gym. Planet fitness sometimes gets a bad wrap for looking cheap or having to bring your own locks for the lockers. But this gym looks amazing. Has great machines and the lockers have combinations built into them. Truly a steal for the price.

I went to a nearby facility and felt so unwelcome, the guys were so stuck up and did not want to help me , I should’ve known better when I saw theM in suits; like really ? At a gym? . When I walked into Planet Fitness I was immediately greeted and comforted.I felt so welcome as if I really do belong .

Lots of friendly faces, and a great atmosphere for the broad expanse of exercise enthusiasts or novices to meet their goals in a stress-free environment. Thanks to Jordan Nichols for always being of great help and projecting positivity to his costumers and fellow coworkers, and to Ryan Binner for being an absolutely PHENOMENAL personal trainer; the gentleman knows his craft, and is extremely personable. Overall 5/5, and a wonderful place to work out!!!

I have owned a Planet Fitness Black card for many years. This gym in Franklin has been clean, my friends & co-workers come here, & I mainly go here to tan. I highly recommend this gym. The employees here, are always polite! I even left a ring & they kept it for me!

A fitness location that I can go to very early in the morning and not have a crowd to deal with. Nice crowd. Nice trainers. No complaints.

This is my hometown gym. I have lived in franklin for almost 10 years and I pretty much started going here upon opening. Facilities clean, price unbeatable and has great workout classes with Ryan Binner. Totally reccomend Planet fitness of franklin Tn

Great location, good equipment and great trainer. Unfortunately when I go in the evenings the women’s restroom is dirty and it looks like it has not been cleaned for hours - trash cans overflowing and trash on the floor in the toilet stalls. The cleanliness in the evenings is the only complaint I have - but it’s a problem.I have since heard from the Club Manager who apologized and committed to ensuring the women’s locker room will be maintained better. I was on there recently and it was clean! So I’m bumping my review to 4 stars

Even with the busy new years resolutioners, the gym is clean open, and well organized! Great place for the everyday workout, and even if you are looking for new goals for the year!!! The hydromassage beds are absolutely wonderful too, highly recommended!

It is clean, staff is nice. However it is way too small for the number of members. Its always packed and I always have to wait to use the machines I need. Franklin really needs another pf location. Might have to start looking at other gyms in the area.

They broke the fitness center mold and have done well. Now they need to let the local business set its own schedule, not corporate that does not know the area or customers. That is how they will move to the next level.

I have been coning to Planet Fitness since the day it opened. The staff is exceptional there. They facility is extremely clean and its a pleasure working out there. Bathrooms, locker rooms and showers are immaculate and the paper towels are always full. Mikael is awesome, He always greats you at the front desk with a big smile and always is in a positive mood. Mikael is always helpful when I have any questions . I am in the hospitality business and Mikael is spot on the way he treats me and other customers. Even when people are walking out he makes sure he addresses everyone with a Have a great day.Your whole staff and Mikael have been making me come back to Planet Fitness.
