We just had our 6 year old twins birthday party here and it was fantastic! The staff was very friendly, and did a great job engaging the kids. They all had a blast! I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Thank you Altius for making it so easy for us and enjoyable for the kids :)

Just had a birthday party there for my daughter. The staff is fantastic. They take every precaution necessary, given the pandemic. I would highly recommend. The kids all had a blast!

My daughter just loves all the employees there. She started off doing gymnastics but now does ariel silk there.

Newly expanded but no additional seating for parents. Its hard to find a seat to watch your little one. The parents are paying the bill, some thought into more seating for them to sit and watch and not have to stand shouldve been considered when they expanded.

My daughter has attended this gym for 2 years and she broke 2 of her fingers causing her not to be able to do gymnastics for a short period of time. We were told that they had no spots available 5 weeks later. Altius did call us back quickly and were wonderful in finding a resolution. Thank you for quickly helping and for addressing our concern.

Clean gym, friendly staff, and willing to reinvest in the future. My daughter has been attending Altius since she was 18 months old, she is now 5 1/2. She loves coming to class!

Its an amazing facility with great instructors who not only teach but show the kids a great time.

I took both of my kids here on a SaturdayMy daughter 4years and my son two years old. My plans were to have them attend the class and before actually trying it out, I paid for the classes for both! I felt like the older instructors had no patients for the kids ! And the lady in the front desk (again older) was RUDE and I felt like she was being racist ! My daugthers class was at 9:15am and my two year old was at 10am . I went up to the front desk asking her if there is a different class my two year old can take because he is a baby and does not understand what wait means. She was being rude and said noI then ask if there was anything he can do (as in play with something in the mean time) she said no . They expected a two year old to watch everyone play and sit still ! There was a noodle laying on the ground by the benches were the parents sit. My son picked it up and started playing with it ! An lady instructor came back and TOOK it away from him and through it inside a party room and closed the door ! NO ONE was even using that long noodle ! How inconsiderate that is ! Finally when 10am came around the corner my son was already fuzzy and acting up ! I told the front desk lady this was not going to work if both my kids can’t have something at the same time. She seemed like my business did not matter (I’m hispanic and felt like I wasn’t being taken serious) but she would talk to other white moms very nicely and paid attention to their concerns. Not only this but after I said my son will not be attending anymore and neither is my daughterI get a BILL that says PAST DUE . My kids ONLY WENT ONCE! I had to waste my time calling to let them know about the past due bill and I did mentioned my kids will not being attending because I didn’t like how my kids were treated and the lady didn’t even ask what happen or ANYTHING ! This place is racist and they discriminate ! They pick and choose who they really want to attend to this place !

I couldnt wait to sign my child up for the Sparks class when she was 19 months old. She loved doing summersaults around the house, jumping on trampolines etc and I figured that class would be perfect for her (sign up begins at age 18 mo). While the activities the coach had the kids do were great, they were totally inappropriate for a child who was younger than two and half years of age. My child had no interest and was unable to do probably 90% of the activities (balancing on one knee on the beam, walking up the wall while hanging onto the bars, cartwheels etc). The highlight of her time what the last 5 minutes of class when they were able to jump in the foam pit or run across the trampoline. We quit after I paid for the first month. We would go back, however not until she is around 3 years old.

My 7 year old loves going to classes here. She loves her coaches and looks forward to her class every Thursday.
