Dr. Williams has been my family doctor almost 36 years. I meet him at Fort Campbell after my son was born. He had a congenial heart defect. Dr. Williams has always listen and given me sound advice.I drive over a hour to see him. I trust him more than any doctor. He has always given me sound advise and helped me through my daughter’s death. Dr. Williams is the best doctor any one could see.

Dr. Williams has been my PCP for over 20 years and now he sees my husband and other family members. You cant ask for a better physician. He is thorough in his explanations of care to make sure you as a patient walk away with all the information you need. Dr. Williams has great knowledge and experience and is very good at explaining medical conditions in ways the patient can understand. He is a great listener as well, which helps you feel that he truly reaches sound diagnosis/prognosis. His nurse staff is also very good and follows through consistently.

I recently reviewed a health blog from WMC concerning heart health.While on a vacation Out of state I was rushed to an Emergency Room (shortness of breathe and chest pain). A diagnosis of Qt was given.Returning home I immediately made a appointment with my Primary Care.In a matter of minutes a EKG confirmed. blood work and a CT Scan, identified a medication causing the issue (prescribed elsewhere)One other test...good to goThe blog concerned CT scan and calciumThanks to my doctor I was already in good hands!

Dr. Arthur Williams is a great Dr. He is willing to listen to his patient and understand what the problem is. He doesnt just give you a medication and send you out the door. Great physician, but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! We leave message after message and if were lucky, well hear back from someone days later. The office administration and clinic coordination suck, but the doctor is excellent. Welcome to Healthcare 2016.

This is now the second time in a row that I have been prescribed something AND IT WAS NEVER CALLED IN. What a joke. You would think an individuals health is a little more important. Additionally, you cant follow-up with anyone after 4:30pm. Im finding another doctors office.

Dr Williams is supposed to be my primary care physician. Over the last 4 years I have never been able to get a timely appointment so I have had to go to the Vanderbilt walk in clinic. Today I tried to get a appointment was told that since it had been so long since I had been there, I had to be treated as a new patient and they could not see me until next month even though they are the reason I have not been there in 4 years.

He has been my dr for 25 years. He sees everyone in our family and we couldnt be happier.
