I’ve been a client for 22 years. Cheryl Hardenbrook is amazing, easy to talk with, knowledgeable and caring. I’ve moved 3 times and still refuse to leave this office because of her. Also, front desk has always been great and reliable!!

Doctors and front desk folks are good at what they do but, MetroWest Physicians procedures are brutal. I had to go back three times to get into the lab because their was no one available to take my pre-registration phone call. They dont always answer the phone. The call transfers to a Verizon prompt abt being busy. Because of COVID protocols they cant see anyone with symptoms, forcing a much more expensive urgent care visit. Not sure whos to blame (Franklin Family or Metro West) but its the patients who are getting the worst of it.

Been seeing dr.daly for sometime now. The front staff is great cindy she is the best. He is a wonderful doctor

Ive had two doctors here and both left within a span of about five years. Now received a letter stating they have no doctors available due to their capacity. The first doctor I had there was terrific. She found a heart problem that Ive had all my life that no other doctor had diagnosed since my pediatrician first noticed a heart murmur 30 years ago. Maybe saved my life. The second doctor I had was just as good. As I said, both are gone now. There was never a wait to get into an examination room. Nurse practitioners were very nice. People behind the front desk were not rude but were not friendly. I wouldnt recommend the place only because of their doctor turnover. In fact Id avoid Milford Regional Physician Group (the group FFP falls under) because they really dont care about their customers.

Not only is the front desk staff rude the doctors aren’t that great either. And once you get dropped from the patient list they really could care less about you. Honestly the worst doctors office I have ever been to in my life. Save your breathe please and find yourself some place better.

Dr. Kuzina is very thorough and very good. Really happy to have her.

We just had a consultation with Dr. Olga Kuzina. She seems very nice and was very through and seems very knowledgable. Took time to listen to me,and read up on my medications. I feel very lucky to have her as my new primary care physican.

Worst Dr office Ive ever been to. The front desk staff is consistently rude. 4 out of 5 times that Ive called to see a Dr. or Nurse Im told theres no available appointments and I need to go to one of the walk in clinics theyre associated with. I cant find a new Dr office fast enough.

Ive been seeing Dr. Hardenbrook since I was a baby, literally, and personally knew most of the staff until a couple of years ago. Dr. Hardenbrook is PHENOMENAL and would 15/10 recommend her as a primary care physician, and her nurse practitioners are knowledgeable and friendly too.Google has it that the office opens at 8 AM which is false, youll get the answering service until 8:30 because thats when the office actually opens according to them. And occassionally youll get little snarky responses from some of the people you talk to over the phone. Other than those few things, I would overall recommend Dr. Hardenbrook.

If it wasnt for Dr. Hardenbrook I would leave this practice in a second. Dr. Hardenbrook is amazing and so is her medical assistant. This review has nothing to do with them. This review has to do with the rude, arrogant and miserable woman at the front desk. I cant stand having to call that office just knowing that one of them will pick up the phone. I made an appointment with Dr. Hardenbrook and the woman at the front desk completely messed it up and put me in with another doctor and then tried to blame me. I have been seeing Dr. Hardenbrook for years and I only ever see her for physicals so why would I make an appointment with another doctor. I have no idea why these women work at this office because everyone else in this office is so nice. There is one woman that i refuse to talk to. She is so miserable and so rude. She talks to you like you are stupid and well guess what I also work in the medical field and know a lot more than you do. Honestly when I think about it I get so mad because no one should ever get spoken to like these women speak to people. Also I love when they put you on hold they think oh if I can keep them on hold long enough they will hang up well that is not the case. Like I said if it wasnt for Dr. Hardenbrook I would never ever go back to this place.

Ive been going to FFP for years, seeing Dr. Daley. The front office staff has been helpful, as been Dr. Daley.
