Just switched my families dental care to Cedar Lane Family Dentistry. Such a wonderful decision! My husband, daughter and myself have been there multiple times and have been extremely pleased. Everyone is very kind, caring and professional. After every appointment the next day we always receive a phone call making sure we were taken care of properly and if we have any concerns. We had an initial appointment to see the dentist. He was very kind and caring. They took X-rays and he examined our teeth. There was no charge for this. We scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. The dental hygienist was very nice and did a fantastic job. The whole office was very friendly and we highly recommend this practice!

My husband and I just had our first consultation as new patients. Cleanliness and protocol are impressive. Atmosphere is comfortable and unique to any dental office I’ve been in. Everyone is very relaxed and pleasant to interact with. Dr is easy to talk to, actually stands in front of you instead of talking to you from behind.

He had always been professional. His staff is friendly also. He makes sure u are comfortable with whatever decision u make. After u have dental work he calls the next morning to check on how you are doing

My appointment was for a cleaning. It was handled in a good organized manner. I was re-scheduled due to a cancellation and for a certain time slot. The timing was good. My tech was friendly and also did a nice cleaning job.

Because I am retired, my insurance is with Medicare, and all Dentists are not in my dental plan. The dental office my wife and I were using changed Dentist and the new Dentist was not in my dental plan.We have had an appointment scheduled for seven months with this office and were not aware of the changes in Dentist until the day before our appointment. This really was a bummer because my wife and I have tickets to go to Europe in five weeks.We called Cedar Lane Family Dentistry who is in my dental plan. They were very cooperative and able to work us in for a dental consultation which included a dental exam and x-rays.The next part really speaks highly about Cedar Lane Family Dentistry and Doctor Phillip. All of the dental hygienist were scheduled for the reminder time before our trip, so Dr. Phillip is going to clean my wife’s and my teeth at 12 noon which seem to be during his lunch time.Now that is what I call SERVICE!Thank you Dr. Phillip and Cedar Lane Family Dentistry.

I had a crown done here years ago and had a great experience. I have moved around over the years and had some terrible experiences. Over the past 2 months I have had a couple of issues and have been to two different dentists in Franklin that have given me bad news about my teeth and then give me the run around with insurance. I called cedar lane to get a third opinion and I was in terrible pain, they got me in for an appointment right away. I went to my appointment crying out of pain and fear of the dentists and what they were going to say, I met with the staff and dentists and they made me feel comfortable then after my exam Dr. Mirise told me that my teeth could be saved and my insurance would cover it! Needless to say I left still crying but this time they were tears of joy and happiness! Im so glad to have found a dentists that I dont have to be afraid of and that I can trust. Thank you everyone at Cedar Lane for making in me feel cared for and welcome.

When I arrived I was greeted very warmly. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the help they gave me and filling out the necessary paperwork. I didn’t wait long to see a dentist and he was very helpful and informative about procedures that can be done to solve my dental issues. I was pleasantly surprised.

Shes awesome sauce, she gave me a cleaning that was so gentle because I was so so nervous and scared because I had not had a cleaning in a long time. I received a prep for a crown as well as a teeth cleaning. Services were administered byDr. Mirise as well as a cleaning specialist, and three other specialists that assisted with making a temporary crown and the installation thereof. There is never pain involved with the Cedar Lane group and all are friendly and patient. I have been a patient at Cedar Lane Family Dentistry for 5 years and highly recommend their services.

The place is nice and clean. It might get loud with the open concept work area, but Ive found I like it better than closed office-like places; you dont feel all alone (and forgotten) while you wait. They achieve super fast, on-time appointments. The staff are friendly and the work is as pain free as youre gonna get.

Terrible. Be careful. After having crowns recommended and put on I have to have 4 of them pulled because of the poor dental work done. Another dentist looking at my X-rays said you would not have to be a dentist to see that crown was not put on right. In fact my insurance would never pay for this crown because they said it was never needed in first place. So thousands of dollars later I now have to spend more to get them fixed. Not counting the severe pain I’m now experiencing.

Always feel comfortable with Dr. Mirise and his staff! I really appreciate him truly helping his clients, doing what’s necessary and not trying make a buck off of you like a lot of dental clinics do these days!

I love having the same hygienist each time. Slowly getting over the fear of being stabbed in the gums. I’ve come a long way. I didn’t even have to hold my breath for 30 seconds at a time.

We have been with Cedar Lane for a couple decades! We have always been so pleased with how we were treated. Now our granddaughter is coming, too. She is 5 and loves going to the dentist! They let her come with her mom before she had her own appointment and gave her the option of sitting on her moms lap or in the chair by herself. After the first time, she wanted in the chair by herself.

Honestly wasn’t going to leave a review but I got a call today asking about a review that I’m unaware of. I had a very bad experience here which saddened me because the dentist was always very nice. I had two massively failed temporary dentures made. Then they went early on my permanent ones and those were perfect on the right side and way uncomfortably off on the left. But instead of fixing this, I was told they were going to refund my money and for me to find another dentist. They kept the dentures (most places give you 3 months before returning so that you’re not without any teeth) and sent me on my way. I’ve been without ANY teeth since May. When I talked with my insurance they were never billed for dentures. They had extraction charges. They were confused as to why I wasn’t charged under a denture code. It was sent back to them as an over paid charge.I didn’t even plan to leave a review but since I was called today to be asked about other reviews I was unaware of, I guess it’s time to say my piece. It has been emotionally hellacious. I unfortunately started this journey due to a chronic illness (ulcerative colitis) which has hurt me in many ways. I was hoping this would be the simpler process of everything.There are some really great people at this office. Sadly it doesn’t make up for my experience. As a dentist, he is very gentle and pleasant. I just don’t believe he should be doing dentures personally.

One HECK of a TEAM, it had been a few months ok almost a year because of the 6mo wait for cleaning and check up.Then the year just went south with COVID 19 showing up.I will tell you I felt very safe to see the TEAM and to know all is doing wellAs to COVID that guy or gail dont have a chance in there it is a new LEVEL of CLEANLINESS Disposable Plastic bag on the chair just in case after cleaning.My Doc Mirise and the TEAM is whipping, the you know what out of COVID.I dont think I need to say anything about the service but just in case the BEST TEAM I have every had. Unethical and dishonest. Pulling someones teeth that didnt need to be pulled in the first place, failed labs for dentures, and the cherry on top.. Keeping the dentures and lying to the insurance to say that the patient kept them. Refunding as an overage rather than for dentures to avoid having to put it on his record. Terrible.

Ruined my life. I had a chip in my left top front tooth that I wanted filled, when I went in the receptionist was very nice and so was the doctor but the lady doing the filling itself was rather rude. After drilling, when filling my tooth she did it very unevenly. Now my filled tooth is longer and more foreward than my other, I have an uneven bite, and the tooth is generally extremely uncomfortable as it rubs against my inner lip 24/7. I truly wish I had just not gotten the filling at all. The tooth also majorly gets in the way of my other non-chipped tooth. Uncomfortable + visually unappealing. I will be asking about how much of the tooth was drilled away and where the filling was placed on my tooth exactly so maybe they can drill the filling away, or at least most of it so it doesnt get in the way of my other tooth and rub against my inner lip 24/7. A toll on my general emotional/mental health and confidence. Dont come here for fillings on important teeth.
