My husband had to convince me to see a chiropractor after having horrible issues with them in California. He had been seeing Dr. Bailey for quite some time, and so I decided to do it and give it a chance, after all it had been over 20 years!Well, all I can say is that on my first visit I felt such a significantrelease in my neck that I decided to give it a shot and continue with my care. Dr. Bailey has been fantastic. He listened to me and RESPECTED me when I asked to be adjusted a certain way and within a few months I was feeling fantastic. I did see another doctor there who I wasnt thrilled with and so I just make sure that I go back when Dr. Bailey is in and get the tender loving care he truly gives.The cost of the care is affordable and the environment is perfect. Dr Brandon did a wonderful job listening to my pain and correcting it! Warm and friendly the best bedside manner from a chiropractor (they are usually pretty stiff 😉 pun intended!) I have received in years!! I’ll be back!

Horrible. Customer service is ZERO. I would have given them a zero star but not possible. This place was great early 2019 but went there 3 times recently and it was horrendous. My husband and I both gave it a few times to see if it would be better with one female chiropractor or the other male chiropractor but no it was a big mistake. One chiropractor treated us in a hurry as if we were cattle. Messed both of us up. We left worst than when we came in, tried her again because we were desperate and she could not even adjust me she practically gave up and was a bit nervous. The last time there I tried the male chiropractor and it was another fiasco. Finally found a great Chiropractor that doesn’t treat us like cattle in a line up. Takes the proper time to adjust someone without rushing and listens to his patients. Jason Reinart Chiropractor is fantastic.

Brandon is amazing. He has a genuine concern for your well being and has amazing bed side manner while giving you an adjustment.

Very professional and answers all questions. Even emailed me some stretches to do on my own to help with the pain. Efficient use of time and doesnt make you feel rushed or like they are just moving through the clients.

Dr. Bailey is amazing. Been going to him for a couple of months now, and I even bought one of the packages for 12 adjustments. I get one a month, so why not pay about half as much for 12 months?!

I came in with an excruciating bulging disc and upon my first visit the pain completely disappeared for a few hours post appointment. After the third visit I am good as new. The staff is very friendly and helpful and you cannot beat the price. I refer everyone I know to The Joint.

Im from Arizona and am in the area for a few days and decided to use my membership here. Layed face down and he cracked my upper back, kind of cracked my neck, and then when he went to crack my lower back, I explained that twisting my back would leave me in more pain. He then proceeded to attempt to convince me that every doctor pops differently and I explained that this has been an ongoing issue since I started seeing a chiropractor in high school. He then started practically berating me telling me that if I pop my own back that Ive essentially created my own problem. He ended up doing nothing for my lower back (my major problem area) and asked if there was anything else I needed. At this point I was so unbelievably frustrated and shocked that he refused to do anything for my lower back and just left. I have never left a chiropractor feeling so frustrated.Updating my review on 3/17/21: Dr. Footit reached out to me and had me go to a different location (Brentwood location I believe) and I was taken much better care of there. Dr. Footit was very kind and helpful and its very clear that he cares and is passionate about his business and his patients.

They seem very busy and efficient time wise. I wanted to know what was wrong with my problem areas and the protocol moving forward. Instead I got a description on chiropractors and holistic medicine, both of which I’m already learned on. I wanted to know how I fix my problems, I didn’t need to be sold on coming to a chiropractor.

I have been going to the The Joint for over a year now and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My overall health and overall quality of life has improved drastically and can’t say enough about this team. I went here unable to hold my 5 week old baby, bend over, or sit and stand without back pain! I went and in one visit I had little to no pain sitting, standing, bending, and can once again hold my little boy! I cannot believe the progress from only one visit. I have purchased the membership and will recommend to anyone having pain.

This is a great location, very convenient to work. I generally stop by on my way back to the office from the gym during lunch. I love the monthly value plan! The chiropractor is great and takes the time to listen to you and address specific issues.The Joint is great for a quick adjustment without all the hassles, wait, and extra stuff at other offices. I have a tens unit at my desk and can take care of that part on my own.

Today was my first visit. It went very well. Loved the fast walk-in concept. The adjustment was wonderful. Dr Weber was very knowledgeable & gave me a few great tips.

This was my first time ever visiting a Chiropractor and WOW - this place is great! Everyone is very friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Fast and easy even for a first time patient and also very affordable! I feel so good. Highly recommend!

I walked in at 9:57am. I was greeted by the receptionist with, were not open for another 3 minutes. (My regular chiropractor is on vacation or I wouldve walked out. This is my first time here.) I sat down and another lady walked in at 9:59 and scanned a card. The same receptionist greeted her with, how are you today? Terrible, horrible customer service.Dr. Footit was pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a relieving (and desperately needed) adjustment.

I highly recommend this place! The office is clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained everything to me up front. The plans are affordable and you dont need an appointment! I had not been to a chiropractor in years but walked out of The Joint feeling better and looking forward to going back!

Convenient to my office. No appointment needed. Very short (if any) wait. Friendly staff. Affordable cost. Effective treatment. And thats the bottom line--pain relief. After just two brief visits I was able to resume my regular activities which included serious gym workouts when a just few days earlier I couldnt bend over and put on my own socks.

So um, I went here prior to my chiropractor now because its dirt cheap but I quickly found out that youre paying for quantity not quality. If you want to save about $20 dollars then by all means go here, but if you want actual results - then look elsewhere (hint: check out my other reviews for an actual good chiropractor).

I had an acute pain in my arm, neck and back from lifting something heavy the wrong way. I was miserable. The Chiro on call got me out of pain in ONE VISIT. Who would have thought that could happen? I will definitely go back. And NO x-rays required, NO lengthy sales talk, NO BS, plus its very affordable, and plus you can go in anytime you need an adjustment. Woo-hoo!

I highly recommend The Joint! Its affordable, and the staff is fantastic. Im a runner and currently training for my next half marathon. Training certainly takes a toll on my body and Dr. Teufel has been an amazing help in keeping me healthy and feeling great! Plus I love that I dont have to make an appointment and can just go when it fits my schedule.

Thank goodness they opened closer to Franklin and Steve came on board! I had been going to the other locations since moving here and the travel time was not ideal. However, since this location opened up both my neck and back are much happier!! I highly recommend The Joint!

Steve takes that extra minute to touch on specific areas. More than just a good cracking and alignment, he ensures that each segment is moving and aligned properly. Been at this location for a few months and dont see going anywhere else in the near future. Quick and convenient!

Dr. Teufel is caring and extremely gentle. It was my first time ever going to a chiropractor and he made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Its not too expensive and combined with the care really gives you good value.

I started going here while I was pregnant to help with hip pain and needed to continue after having my baby due to rib heads popping out and several other issues. Every chiropractor I’ve seen has helped me in some way, but Dr. Webber has gone over and beyond with helping me with any issues I throw his way! A year later I’m coming in once a week instead of 3 times a week because of the adjustments over this last year! I’ve seen so many chiropractic offices but Dr. Webber has been the best one at The Joint.

Ive been getting adjusted at the Joint for about 2 years. The convenience and professionalism are great. Dr Touffel is fantastic, he has dealt with my lower back pain and I feel better each time I leave.Never has the chiropractic field been so effective and efficient as The Joint has been. I started going to the Joint because it seemed like it was a good deal, but ended up leaving because of an incident that someone else mentioned. I showed up on a Saturday when it was freezing cold outside and rainy. It was just a couple of minutes before they opened and despite the receptionist sitting right there, refused to open the door. Secondly, the chiropractor that I always ended up getting , (Dr. Watkins) was a jerk. Apparently she was upset when I told her I needed to focus on PT, per my doctor and proceeded to tell me PT wouldn’t work and then blamed me for not seeing any results stating I was inconsistent and then made sure to adjust me in a way I specifically said not to on my chart. What is inconsistent here is their professonalism. Go somewhere that takes you and your concerns seriously. This place is a joke.

The company is wonderful. I have been to every one of their locations and I always have a great experience. Since I work in cool springs, Im near their new location now, and Dr. Teufel is a gem. Being a dancer, I need my body working properly, and he and Dr. Footit are amazing!!! I would definitely recommend trying them out.

The Doctors are and the staff is very kind, the go above and beyond for each patient. I would highly recommended them to everyone one.

My body hasnt felt this great in years. Im a big guy and always thought i needed to be manhandled and never progressed the way i wanted even after a year of weekly visits until i found this location. He works precisely to your body and makes settle movements that helped me get full mobility of my body again. The price cant be beat either!
