Once I was done shoveling snow after the last storm, my back felt like it was on fire. After a quick call to Dr. Mark, who saw me that day, I felt like a new man. Doctor Mark is the real deal. In October 2019 I suffered a debilitating injury to my left shoulder. I gave it a couple months to heal on its own and it did improve slightly but I was still in constant pain at rest, and more so when engaged in physical activities. Quality of life not good. Golfing out of the question. Orthopedic doctor suggested need for rotator cuff repair surgery. I didnt want any part of that, except as a last resort, having heard so many stories of bad outcomes.Then I gave Dr. Mark a try. What a great move that turned out to be! Drastic improvement right from my first visit. I was amazed! He treated my shoulder on a weekly basis for approximately 5 weeks. By then, I had no symptoms whatsoever. I returned for a few follow up visits every six weeks at which point we determined together that I didnt need his help anymore. That is, until my next mishap...In August I strained my right shoulder joint. Kept getting worse. Different than my previous injury but same result. Pain discomfort and limited motion and loss of strength and flexibility. I procrastinated going to Dr. Mark due to covid. Finally I did go see him months later, this past January and he fixed my shoulder in one visit.I highly recommend Dr. Mark based not only on his successful treatment of my issues, hes obviously great at what he does, but also its clear that hes very passionate about his work too. He is very professional and an excellent communicator. What more can you ask for from any doctor or healthcare professional? .. somebody with a very high level of expertise, who loves their job and cares about doing a great job for you and gets the results you need. When I saw Dr. Mark Mazzuchelli I learned that my condition was much more involved , requiring an array of treatments. I felt immediate relief after the first treatment and continue to improve under Marks care. You will not encounter a more thorough, patient friendly Chiropractor who takes all the time necessary to diagnose and treat back, joint and nerve problems. Had my 1st visit yesterday, feel 10X better already! The staff was super professional and the doctor I saw was awesome. He was very understanding and actually felt like he heard what I was saying. I havent had a chiropractor stretch me before, which made a huge difference in my range if motion. And the muscle scraping(not as scary as it sounds) was made and immediate difference in my next and shoulders! Even the girls I work with actually noticed a difference in how Im moving today. Ive been coming here for a few years with breaks in between. A few years back I was seeing Dr. Julian and he was great, but with coming back, Im now seeing Dr. Mark. Hes awesome. Hes very caring and listens to what problems/pains youre actually having. Hes been trying different techniques and theyve been great. Hes been doing the Graston technique on my necks and its really helping. Hes also done it on my lower back. The receptionist is very nice as well. Great place.

New to the area I discovered this office online and started my chiropractic care with Dr. Mazzuchelli over the summer. He was able to provide some relief for my headaches with his adjustments. The reason for this rating is not a reflection of his abilities to care or treat patients. This rating is due being charged for services that I did not receive and the lack of professionalism from the front desk administrator when I brought it to her attention. I believe the woman’s name was Nadia she is the sole reason why I will never return to this office for medical care. When I initially brought it to Nadia attention that my invoice appears incorrect due to being billed for 2 consecutive visits on 2 consecutive days I explained that each time I visit I pay FULL cost before checking out or leaving the office (as you would do after receiving medical care at any office whether copay or out of pocket) Although I was sure I made a payment for each visit she persisted and I said that I was not billed for 2 visits consecutive,explained I would check my bank statements and all her back. She responded with an abrupt “yes get your evidence “ which I though was strange but didn’t give it much thought. Weeks past I called and I informed her of an definite I accuracy she progressed from her prior abrupt tone and verbiage to argue and even ridiculed me by actually laughing at me over the phone. She took her scoffing much further when she said “ Are you saying the we billed you for care you didn’t receive?” When I replied with “yes “ she said “ Now that just didn’t happen” adding “you signed the iPad when you came in, we have your signature” mind you this entire time I never came in on the contested day we ended the call with Nadia stating the she would send me all the information from the doctor’s records to disprove my claim. I received a call hours later from the doctor himself explaining that there was some glitch in their system. When I explained how reprehensible Nadia was and how she belittled me he then defended her by saying that she was just looking at the computer. (As if this was to ameliorate the situation) Its not the billing error that upsets me it’s the mockery and the lack of decency from a receptionist who failed to extend an apology after blatant ridicule. The way thing a patient in pain needs when seeking care is a pretentious secretary treating you like are incompetent or feckless.
