My family and I have been going here since we moved to Oakland 4 years ago. Ever doctors office should take note on how this place is ran ! They are friendly , professional, personable , accommodating, I can go on. Lana is an amazing hygienist who makes you feel like your her friend and family. I have never in 4 years waited more then 5 mins in the waiting room or in a chair to be seen. They send not only text reminders but also emails in advance twice so you don’t forget your appointment. Dr. K is great with kids as well and always explains everything. Best doctor office experience I have ever had . A +

I was treated horribly at this office. A quick summary: I was told I had 8 cavities. The hygienist told me multiple times it was because of my poor diet (I eat extremely healthy), she gave me a really painful cleaning (my teeth are extremely clean so that was absolutely unnecessary), she made fun of me for leaving their dental practice for a few years (which was because I had a very bad experience years prior and decided to try them out once more), and the list goes on. Feeling uncomfortable at this office is an understatement. I went to another dentist to get a second opinion about my so-called 8 cavities. The dentist laughed and said I had no cavities, it was just some normal discoloration and that the dentist was over-treating me to make money. This is not a practice I would recommend to anybody. I would like to be cared for by a dental practice that is ethical and does not try to drill unnecessary holes in my mouth just to make an extra couple thousand dollars.I called and left the practice a message to explain my situation. I received no calls back. This office does not care about you and they obviously do not care about their reputation.

Been going to DR Krieger for over 10 years! His team is number 1!! everyone is always pleasant and informative! would recommend to anyone!

Poor customer service. Office manager Sharon was rude and unprofessional. She wouldn’t reschedule an appointment without charging 100.00 they are money hungry and they don’t care if you have COVIDThey do not care about patients health or their staff health. I called to reschedule because i was not feeling well and they didn’t care . They were more concerned about the 100 than my health or their staff health . I was trying to do right by rescheduling and they want to penalize me. I’ve never missed appointment before other places would have waived it. Don’t waste your time or money go elsewhereThe doctor wouldn’t speak to me either so he is not very nice to his patients .They are withholding my deposit i left which was half my service and have not returned itI expect a full refund since no service provided and i just can’t see going back there again after i was treated. Beware

The staff is always amazing - courteous, timely and excellent at communicating what’s next. The space is bright and clean. I have recommended Dr. Kreiger and his staff before and will again!

I was in the office yesterday for a root canal and wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Krieger explained the entire process from beginning to end and had me finished in 2 hours. He along with Kathy, made sure I was not feeling pain or discomfort throughout the visit. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Krieger and his talented staff. They are awesome!

We are new patients this year of Matthew Kriegers office and its the best experience we have ever had. The staff is so nice and welcoming and great with kids. My son has chipped his tooth twice this year and they were able to fix it both times. You cant even tell the difference. Wonderful experience!

Great dentist and they are not trying to overcharge you for anything other than you need. I get honesty and integrity from this office!

My experience with Dr. Krieger and his whole team was GREAT. No pain even though all my teeth had to be pulled.And my replacement looks SWEET! Not afraid to smile anymore . They are all very professional and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. And if you have any questions they are happy to answer them.I LOVE THEM ALL

What a great experience.... coming from me, who has a fear of dentists! Dr. Kreiger was fabulous. He is kind, gentle and understanding. He made me completly relaxed and explained everything he was going to do and as he was doing it. His staff is just as friendly and helpful! I wish i found him 2 years ago. I have been to some pretty horrible dentists in my life. Dr. Hur has been helping me to get back on track with a lot of the dental work I need. She is as gentle as can be and makes you feel relaxed and at ease even if she is performing a root canal. The other staff members also make you feel right at home and really value your time.I would recommend this practice to anyone, but especially for people who have special dentistry needs as the technology and great attitude offered by this group makes your experience much more pleasant.

I have just completed my cosmetic case at the Franklin Lakes location. The staff there go above and beyond to make sure that you are set for your appointments, comfortable while waiting and check if you need anything while you there.I was traveling abroad for work and they made sure to i was set and comfortable with my case before i hopped on the plane for a week! I was so grateful for them since I was nervous about starting the case early but with Dr. Krieger and his staff everything was smooth sailing.Thanks to Dr. Krieger and his wonderful team!!

I needed a crown to replace a broken silver filling. I went to Dr Kriegers office for this service and I have never been to a better dental office. First thing I would like to say is that they are honest. Before I came to Dr Krieger, I went to another dental office who told me I needed 2 crowns, one for the broken filling and one for the silver filling on the other tooth right next to it. When Dr Krieger took my xray he said I absolutely needed a crown on the broken filling but just a new filling on the tooth next to it. The other place tried to rip me off big time but this place did not at all and that I am very pleased with. Dr Krieger is a pleasant guy to deal with and does excellent work. Secondly, this place has all the modern, top of the line equipment, they made my crown right then and there, it was so convenient! And last but def not least, his office staff is amazing! The girls there are so welcoming and nice, plus you can tell they know their stuff and they are very knowledgeable and great at what they do! I personally dealt with Sharon, Cathy, and Jen- awesome girls .. thank you all so much for taking such excellent care of me :) happy to be a patient here!

I had a root canal done TODAY, and I can’t tell you how happy I came here. Everything was explained to me from start to finish with very little pain.

After my dental insurance changed, it took me 4 years and 4 dentists to find Dr. Kriegers office. I have found my dental home! Jen, the hygienist, is excellent, knowing how to manipulate her instruments thoroughly and efficiently without inflicting any pain. The office is modern and all staff are pleasant and efficient. I saw Dr. Hur on my first visit and she alerted me to potential problems, but did not push and just recommended monitoring. Five stars!

Dr Krieger and his staff are always very informative regarding dental procedures. This emergency visit really showed how gentle, caring and talented he and his amazing staff are. Their facility is state of the art.

The staff at MKDMD is the best of the best. I cracked my tooth the day after Christmas and they were able to squeeze me in as an emergency to make me comfortable temporarily as I was leaving for a trip. This morning they completed the treatment in spite of the snow storm. My tooth is all put back together and I look forward to going back for a cleaning.

Dr. Kriegers office staff is very professional, pleasant to deal with and always trying to accommodate when scheduling appointments. I had a nasty broken molar with and old gold inlay in it and my options were#1 root canal and a crown#2 remove the tooth and do an implant months later#3 do a bridge involving two other teeth#4 extract the tooth and do nothing ..... ?My experience with Dr Krieger in past has been great with two previous crowns and I was hoping that now the big job which was much more complicated would be the same .I am GRATEFUL for the outcome !, because of Dr Kriegers gifted hands and the wonderful caring staff and the amazing technology all under one roof.Less then two hours later I was on my way home and very happyThank You for saving my tooth.

We just started to bring our children (5 & 7) to his office and no surprise he is terrific with kids. I have been going to Dr. Kriegers practice since 2008, when I first saw him for a root canal treatment. Not only was the treatment pain-free, but he was also able to do it through a crown, saving me the expense of replacing it! Since then, I have been going there for all my routine cleanings, as well as any procedures that have been necessary. All of the hygienists and assistants are great! Very professional and personable too. After 10 years, I finally needed a root canal treatment on another tooth. This time it was performed by Dr. Hur. As with Dr. Krieger, I felt like I was in the hands (literally) of not just a top-notch dentist, but an artist as well. I did need to have the crown replaced this time, but the new one was formed and fitted on the spot using their CAD and 3-D printing technology. It fits perfectly! I cant say enough good things about Dr. Krieger, Dr. Hur and all their wonderful staff!

I have been going to Dr. Krieger for over 12 years I always battled going to the dentist but when I get to the office everyone makes me feel right at home .The staff is beyond friendly and professional such an amazing and pleasing experience.

I had broke my front tooth haneously years ago and Dr Krieger fixed it to perfection back then. This past weekend I bit down on Saturday re-fracturing off a piece of the prosthetic tooth. I was devestated. There was no pain bc the nerve was gone from prior root canal so that was good at least. I work 12 hour shifts and was on all weekend. I left a message at the office Saturday night explaining what had happened and stating Id appreciate if they could squeeze me in just for consultation Monday as it was my only day off. I got a text response from one of the office staff on SUNDAY asking if I could come in Monday at 11am!!! PERFECT. It wasnt only a consult. In less than an hour, Dr. Krieger and Lauren assisted in replacing the broken tooth for a shiny new one at a HUGE discount and i even opted to get some whitening done in the mean time while the mold of new tooth (which was kept on record) was formed with their state of the art technology! I couldnt have been happier with the service or outcome of my beautiful smile. I always get compliments on my smile and teeth and no one believes the front one is fake!!! This Office is accommodating and asthetically the best. Thank you so much Doc, Lauren and the rest of the team!

I did a root canal about a Month ago and the pain did not go away for 3 weeks after the procedure. I called the office to schedule a follow up and they made me wait a week after my call. Finally, when I went to see them, they used a metal floss to adjust although I had sharp pain which had nothing to do with adjustment !!!!And then, they told me take anti-inflamatory medication and come see us after 2 weeks !!!!! Before I went to bed that night while brushing my teeth, fragments of the tooth next to the crown came out because of the metal floss they used. I do not recommend this group at all
