Very fast, Very Friendly, clinic was really clean and they made my first ever Covid test feel seamless! Results back in 15 mins. Thank goodness me and my father both tested negative. Once you arrive there is a number to call and check in, once you do that, then you go and wait in your vehicle until they call you in. They’re Covid protocol is top notch.If I ever need any health care needs I will definitely visit them again.

This has been my familys go-to (when we cant get into our primary care), ever since they opened. Ive never had any problems whatsoever with First Care.With all five members of our family, weve seen multiple practitioners over the years. Every one of them has been warm & caring, efficient without making you feel rushed, and completely knowledgeable & professional.Our three children have always been comfortable with the practitioners, and love getting a little special treatment from the front desk staff.Most recently, I was seen as a walk-in patient for a rapid COVID test. The phone was answered quickly, even with a completely full parking lot, and online registration I completed easily from my car.The wait was lengthy, but it was to be expected completely. All things considered, just over an hour waiting to be called in, really isnt bad for the current times. And Id much rather wait in my car, than in a packed waiting room these days.Keep in mind, if you are in need of their services, your best bet is to call them as soon as they open in the morning, in order to be seen that day. Once theyve filled all their available slots for the day, they arent able to accept any walk-ins. This is most likely the case for any urgent care facilities these days.

The PA and the office staff were very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Very glad they were able to get me in and I’m feeling so much better in one day!! They listened to me, checked me out throughly and explained everything in detail that I could understand. Wait time was not long and they were super busy.

I was so pleased with the service I received at First Care. I was having severe pain in my hip/buttock that radiated down my leg. The PA was excellent in asking questions and attentive to my symptoms. I received a shot and two prescriptions. She also showed me several exercises that wouldn’t further irritate the sciatic nerve. I would recommend this Urgent Care facility to everyone. Thank you.

Everything was so organized. When I entered the building for my evening appointment, the staff was pleasant even though they mustve been exhausted. Spencer came in and explained the results and was so kind and nurturing. Definitely felt the TLC! Even though I didnt feel great, it was a great experience.

In my case, they were punctual and responsive before arriving to my appointment. After the test was completed by one nurse, a nurse practitioner came back later with the results and explained the situation completely. I dont think they needed to know the name of my medications since I told them the category that it was from in the 1st question; this was a phone conversation before being asked to enter the building. Nonetheless, responsive, knowledgeable, and punctual organization.

I was able to schedule my appointment on line and go ahead and put my information in. When I arrived for my appointment, I called the number to check in and was taken in in about 5-10 minutes. I would say I was there for less than 30 minutes. Simple lab test. Everyone was friendly and professional and the lobby and room I was in was clean.

My Husband fell and hurt his shoulder. We pulled up without an appointment and were greeted kindly over the phone with instructions to register. Very simple process. We were called in a short period of time they took him in for X-Rays ( Onsite no traveling to the ER) and treated him kindly. THANK GOD he was fine just gonna be sore. The Doctor We seen was kind and thoughtful even asking if there was anything else she could do for us. I made a request for recommendations for a good primary care physician and was given a full list and even her personal suggestion. The staff was friendly professional and the facility was clean and organized. We have no complaints and would certainly go there again if need be. 😉 Big shout out to all the staff who helped us that day 06/29/2021 around 2:30pm.

I was feeling ill and wanted to rule out COVID, and I was able to make an appointment for the same day and be seen and get results at the visit. Very professional and efficient. Nurse practitioner and staff were kind and thoughtful.

Myself, Husband and son needed to be tested for covid. We made our reservations online which was very easy and saved us on the amount of time we were there. We arrived and called them to let them know we had arrived. Within minute they called us in. We were in there maybe 15 minutes and had gotten our negative test results. The staff was super friendly. Very fast service! We will continue to use First Care on Versailles Road for our emergency medical needs!

We were very happy that FirstCare was able to see us, because 7 other providers that I tried did not have an appointment available. Even our primary care doctor’s office would not see us, but FirstCare did. Excellent treatment & customer service!

Best place in Frankfort to get a rapid test for Covid. Easy to schedule appointment online. Had some difficulty with my camera app in completing online registration. Staff was helpful with this issue. They got us in and out within 45 minutes of our appointment time despite a barrage of people there for a test!

This was my first real visit there! The staff operated in a professional manner, appearance was professional and professional atmosphere! Unfortunately, all medical establishments do not get a high rating! They care about their patients first!

Every single person working this location was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the clinic in a timely manner, everything was clean, and I got the answers I needed in order to feel better. The lady working the front desk, Laura, and AD (Nurse Practioner) were all great!

First time visiting this clinic. I have to say this was the most professional, clean, and caring facility. The staff was very attentive and caring. Answered all my questions and concerns. Our nurse was Laura and nurse practitioner was a lady that had been with the clinic 2 days. Love the atmosphere!!

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I also like the fact that I could talk to them about the history of the problem and not just look at it and make a diagnosis without any information on they history of my injury. I will definitely refer them to family and friends.

I visited first care yesterday 07/05/2021 at around 5:45pm for impacted earwax in my right ear. I was miserable and I couldn’t hear out of it. The ladies at first care got me checked in and flushed my ear out so I could hear again. God bless the heroes at first care clinic on Versailles rd. in Frankfort, KY!

What an amazing Team! It seemed everyone and their Brother needed a Covid test on Dec 23rd when I had my first experience with this clinic. The parking lot was full so I know these folks were ‘hopping’ while some of us were out doing those last minute tasks preparing for Christmas. From the answering of my phone call through the checkout process, this Team was kind, detail oriented and on point!

I’ve had three COVID-19 tests here. The second and third tests were rapid antigen tests. The experience improves each time. I scheduled my appointment online. Arrived on time and was processed quickly. I waited around for the second test result and it didn’t take long at all. The third test result was available through their secure portal. I went twice in the recent past as a walk-in both times. The appointment reminder, the check in, and etcetera electronic processes worked smoothly; all rest fo the appointment went pleasantly well too. Everyone I was in contact with was kind and wore a mask. At each visit, I believe that my questions was answered thoroughly. I appreciate all of them being there daily just in case we, the public needs them at any time.

This testing site was fast, accurate, and organized. Compared to another testing group, this is the best experience I have had since testing started for my employee group.

I went for a coronavirus test towards the end of the day, about 40 minutes before closing. Even though the parking lot was packed, they were able to get me in and their digital registration was very efficient. All the staff was super friendly and I didn’t wait long to see the provider at all. Rapid Covid results in 15 minutes.

First Care did not require an appointment. They quickly registered me by phone while I was still in my car. Even my insurance information was obtained by iPhone camera. I was told what to expect. Within 5 minutes I was called into the waiting room... I was only one in there... clean... staff in PPE... I signed a consent form... taken to personal, clean treatment room... Tested within 5 min.. questioned by nurse practitioner ..results were 10-15 minutes later. ... shown where to exit.All was very professional and I felt very safe. Whole process took less than half hour! They are great!

Our nurse Amanda was very warm and kind and excellent at taking blood and doing the COVID swab. She was also very welcoming and sweet to my daughter who really needed that to calm her fears. First Care is awesome. I have been there multiple times for myself, children and grandchildren. Recently for myself, child, grandchild and for my parents. They are always compassionate, friendly, helpful and professional! They have the rapid Covid 19 test, which gave us peace of mind. Making appointments by smart phone or online is easy. Without appointment sometimes you have to wait, but it’s worth it!

I got a covid test and flu shot yesterday at First Care. I made an appointment so they got me in as soon as I got there! The person who cared for me did a great job. I’m giving four stars instead of 5 because she didn’t seem very confident so that made me a little nervous, but she had a supervisor who reassured her she was fine. Overall a good experience. DEFINITELY make an appointment bc the parking lot was FULL.

This was a professional and fairly efficient office. The wait time was over an hour after my appointment time. The parking lot was imacted with patients whom stayed in their vehicles. Im assuming that the extra time was for cleaning times. Kayla helped me with an appointment. Which was above and beyond, since other clinics have only walk-ins. They had suggested that I come and stand in line at 5 am. They limit the number of patients and then turn others away. Not the Frankfort clinic. The 1 hour drive was worth it.This place was very clean.

They were very organized as far as the online appointment and the actual appointment when I arrived. Easy to understand instructions when I arrived. They were using every precaution possible as far as Covid. And I was treated very respectfully during the entire visit.

I was attended to immediately and with clear directions. An employee came to my car in the parking lot and took my temperature. She wrote it on a paper and asked me to give it to the attendant at the window.I got in the line of cars and drove to the window at my turn. An attendant then came to me, in full isolation garb, including mask and gloves, and swabbed my nasal opening. I gave her my temperature verification. She then told me that she would call me with the results, which she did within 5 minutes. The First Care Urgent Care Center was efficient, well organized, and very professional in its work. I recommend them very highly.

Great communication of my appointment with text. I was prepared to sit in the parking lot for aehile but they brought me inside within five minutes. They were friendly and professional. Diagnosed me quickly and I was on my way! Very happy.

I have been to this First Care location twice in the last month. Each time, the staff was friendly, professional and efficient. The first time I received my flu shot and the second was for a Covid test. There was a short wait, which is expected during this time, but the staff stayed in touch. Will definitely return to this clinic for future medical needs.
