Edit: I did make an appointment. Dr. Lee was amazing! He answered all my questions and put me at ease. Everyone in office was kind and very helpful. I still dont know why I had such a hard time making an appointment, but Im very glad I did.Id like to leave a real review, unfortunately I cant even get a call back!! Ive been trying for about a month just to get a call back to get an appointment. The phone was answered 2 times in a month. The first lady was incredibly rude, she didnt even take my name! The young lady was nice but never called back.

Dr Lee is the best! He’s seen almost almost all of our kids through the years and they’ve received the very best care. You know instantly he’s caring for your kids as if they were his own. He’s incredibly thorough with details, instructions and treatment plan, always available for questions or concerns and makes kids (and parents!) feel completely at ease.

I went into Oak Orthopedics and saw Dr. Lee for a knee pain. Dr. Lee thoroughly examined both of my knees, talked me through a few options and determined my best option. Dr. Lee is a professional Dr., he listens and takes the time to make sure I thoroughly understood my options. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee and his professional staff to anyone with pain in their knee.

Potential patient: Front desk attendant was nice but overall office policy is lacking. They close at 12noon on Saturday, I walked through door at 11:20am for a walk in consult for a hand injury and they turned me away. Reasoning was that they stop walk in care at 11am. I called their office at 11:50am to inquire about a potential hand physician they wanted to refer me to, but their phone answering service was who I reached, before their actual closing time. I’m not sure they have the time for new patients, unfortunately for them, probably fortunately for me, I’ll be seeking my care elsewhere. Then again, maybe it was an off day on their part.

Dr.Lee is great! I was referred by a current client, and I will refer Oak Orthopedics to others. He is very personable and easy to talk to. Very straight forward. He talks in laymans terms. Ive seen him for knee pain, and now, a possible torn meniscus. Dr. Lee is very thorough and genuinely concerned for his clients. I feel more like a client than a patient. His entire staff is always kind and welcoming. Everyone puts you at ease from the receptionists to the X-ray tech, the RNs and assistants. Everyone treats you like a client, not a patient.

Professional doctors that are caring, knowledgeable and relate well to patients. Highly recommend Oak Orthopedics. Dr Eric Lee exceptional in his field!

Dr Lee explained my condition to me in terms I could understand and gave me an option for therapy and always gives alternative choices for treatment. Surgery is always a last resort. I really like that.

Everyone there is always very open to discussing the least invasive way to treat pain without always using drugs, which I prefer to avoid as well. I love how positive the staff is to bring you back to full mobility as well.

The staff at OAK are very friendly. Dr. Lee was very well versed about concussions. He took the time that was needed with my daughter. He thoroughly examined her at each appointment and made sound recommendations that allowed her to heal completely before returning to school and sport.

The office manager Sharon and the staff are incompetent and uncaring. They dont answer the phone and when medical records are faxed to them they lose them and claim they never received them. Sharon does not care about patients or doing her job! I would give ZERO STARS but it wouldnt let me post without one. Go somewhere else!

I was treated like a second class citizen because my family is on Medicaid. I was highly offended and will be seeking a second opinion elsewhere. The ‘Doctor’ (Fredriech- who appears to have a record of unethical treatment) spent a total of 3 minutes with me never making eye contact. Nothing was explained clearly with no opportunity for questions. I was fitted with an air cast which was then removed. I was told I could not have it because I was on Medicaid. I’d need to go find my own at a medical supply that accepts my insurance. This is at 4:30 on a Friday. All supply places were a good distance away and closing soon. It gets worse. I am a working professional mom here with 4 kids (including 2 year old twins) under age 5 who depend on me to function. Yet an ankle and foot fracture is not enough to receive pain relief. I was in actual tears because moments earlier another patient in the lobby had stepped and tripped on my foot. I explained the pain was keeping me from sleeping - it was intensified in the evening hours. I was told I could not properly care for my children if given medication. After caring for premature TWINS born by emergency cesarean section I STRONGLY disagree. Shame on you Oak Orthopedics Frankfort. I had high hopes and had heard wonderful things. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. So many of us are struggling right now. Poor people matter, too.

I saw Dr. Lee February 2017 after my car accident and he took good care of me. He is very honest and tells you the problem and gives you the solution. I am allergic to aspirin so I cant take pain killers. I followed everything he told me to do and I was getting better by the second week. He said no need to come back for my intercostal muscles strain unless I got worst. It took 6 weeks like he told me because I cant take the pain killers. Amazing never forget the pain and how horrible I felt and walking out saying I hope I survive. I asked him I am going to live and he laughed and said that I will be okay. He was right.

In the PT area, talk to Beth. The other staff is very nice as well but I had Beth as my therapist and she was amazing. Always bubbly and polite and she really cares about what she does. Highly recommend her and Oak Orthopedics.

Oak orthopedics in Frankfort,il is the best office around. These people treat you like family and are seriously the nicest people I know. Linda at the front desk and who answers the phones might be the nicest person Ive ever talked too. She is so personal and helped us out when in a bind. Dr. Lee is the best and we will continue seeing him if need be but hopefully not. His bed side manners are impeccable. We need more doctor offices like this one. Its worth the travel too see a doctor in this group. Thank you Oak orthopedics for everything!!

Everyone is nice. My only reason for 3⭐ is because when you have an appointment you still have to wait over an hour. 4 visits all over an hour ... before even checked in ..sorry doc is running late. Once the doc comes in he is eager to rush out. Just dont feel my needs important ...double knee replacement and vertebrae issues. Over scheduling seems to be a thing. ☹

Dr. Lee literally saved my life. He saw a rare condition I had called athletic pubalgia which is hard to diagnose since it has so many odd symptomology. His professional care is highly recommended because after a year of crippling pain he referred me to a surgeon who put me back on my feet within weeks. Thank you so much Dr. Lee I will always appreciate what you did for me.

Went in for a torn Pec muscle. Was benching and 3rd rep heard a pop and seen my pec muscle tear off. Went to the ER and was referred to this office. I called immediately leaving the ER and was in by the next day. Super friendly staff. And they are great about responding and reminders for appointments. Time I tore it, had a MRI and under the knife for surgery was less then 3 weeks. This office moves fast! Dr. Tom Antkowiak was my surgeon and currently healing. Had staples out yesterday. (19) healing is great so far. Still have follow ups with the office but couldn’t be happier.

I found Dr Lee to be one of the most thorough and professional doctor Ive seen. His staff are incredibly care, professional, and genuine. He has the latest advance equipment and an attached therapy office through ATI.

All doctors are excellent. All Caucasian, highly educated, certified, and work with professional athletes!!!

Dr. Corcoran, Dr. Lee and the entire staff are the best! I feared the rotator cuff surgery for years. Dr. Corcoran assured me everything would be fine and it was. The shoulder with the surgery is better than the other one! These guys are the best and the staff was caring and kind. Have no fear, this is where you want to go if you need help.

Trust all the doctors there I wouldnt go anywhere else!
