This was an absolutely amazing experience. I did some research and read reviews prior to making an appointment and im so glad we chose to go and form our own opinion. The ladies that took care of us were warm and caring and explained everything in detail about our package. We would definitely recommend and go back in the future.

I read ALL the reviews before scheduling. But, decided to take a chance. Overall, the experience was average. No different than going in to a regular ultrasound appointment at your doctors office. My husband and I browsed around the store during our short wait.Expecting the visit to be special and maybe a bit more TLC.Expectations not fulfilled. If you are looking for just a 3D ultrasound without the special expectations this is a good place to go.IF you are expecting to experience a special moment, keep looking.We were in and out in less than 15 mins.Note: We had an evening appointment. Maybe everyone was just ready to go home.

Three babies over 7 years have been viewed at The Belly Factory and not once in the 8 experiences weve had, have we been disappointed. The tech is incredibly patient and wonderful, particularly with our chatty children. She involved them in the experience of seeing their growing sibling. Our baby is now 4 months old and it left such an impression on our just turned 5 year old that he brought it up today. To my family, our experiences at The Belly Factory have been priceless. Thank you so much for the amazing service you provide!

What a adorable and wonderful experience!!! The employees and owner are extremely nice & the store is filled with TONs of cute things!! The owner even printed a separate picture of the baby for each one of my boys shes beyond sweet!!! Thanks for the AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience was, Lori spent her time with me, took lots of pics and even asked my hubby to get me a tissue when I got emotional. This experience has been so precious and Id recommend it to any pregnant mama.

When we were pregnant with our first our doctor recommended this place. We drove from Indiana and the experience was positive. So positive that we scheduled again for our second. The woman at the counter was very lovely and the ultrasound tech was sweet. If I can talk my husband into another we will definitely be coming back. :)

I just went there yesterday to confirm my pregnancy and everyone was so nice. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very helpful and got me signed in quickly. Back in the room the lady who took my ultrasound was so sweet and patient. I did not feel rushed what so ever. I would definitely go back here again overall it was a pleasant experience and my family got to see the newest member of our family!

I was there yesterday to see my baby at 15 weeks and they were so nice as soon as I got there they took me in no wait at all and the lady that did the ultrasound was nice show us the baby from head to toe and was able to tell me the gender we got out happy will recommend this place.

I had such a great experience! I was greeted and signed in right away for the gender 2D ultrasound. Right after signing in, the tech brought me into a cozy room with a giant TV for mommy to see the baby perfectly! The tech was very knowledgeable and you can tell she knows what she is doing. She allowed me to see the baby and watch it move, she followed that with listening to the heartbeat and then the gender reveal! ITS A GIRL! The amount of pictures taken was worth the visit and the money. I received plenty of prints, as well as a disc and an email with the pictures. Overall the staff was amazing and I had a wonderful experience.

I love the belly factory! My best friend had surprised me with going when I came up to visit 2 years ago. It was cozy in the room, we found out we were having a little girl, and we were given her heart beat in a stuffed bunny. I would go back for my next baby!

I attend an appointment with my best friend on February 28, 2018. I love new experiences and this seemed like a fun memorable thing to do for her 2nd baby and first baby girl. Unfortunately, we arrived right at 7pm my friend had questions and the lady at the counter was short. She acted irritated and seemed as though she didn’t want to answer our questions because, as she said she had only been up since 5am. She told me to be quite and not talk to my friend so she could just sign the wiaver. The web page says it’s a 30 minute session. It was not we were literally back there for 10 minutes. The lady in the back seemed to be rushing us as well. I will say the only thing I appreciated out of this experience was her being so patient with my friends son’s questions about the baby. Upon leaving I was looking around the store and the lady at the counter walked to the back and yelled my friends name and said it will be $85. Basically, telling us it was time to go!! I would not recommend this place for a memory.

Got in, got our stuff done, nice looking shop, fun experience, and price wasnt bad either. One and done and we did it big dog style.

I went here for a gender reveal at around 16 weeks. The women at the counter were nice enough, but did seem a bit standoffish & unapproachable. Maybe it was a bad day? The ultrasound room has a nice atmosphere, and youll feel very comfortable. The woman doing it was very friendly as well. Unfortunately, I do not feel we got our moneys worth. The major draw to a place like this is the 3D/4D imaging, and out of the 8-10 minutes or so during the ultrasound, we saw maybe 15 seconds in 3D. I was also saddened to realize we would not be receiving a DVD video of the occasion.On the plus side, we learned the gender of our baby and left with a few photos.There are several places in the Chicagoland area offering 4D ultrasounds. I will probably consider another option next time.

Paid $110 to find out the gender and get 3D pictures. It’s suppose to be a 30 min session and we were in and out within 7 min of being there. Not very friendly.

I cant say enough great things about this place along with our experience there. We made an appointment online for the 2d gender reveal package. We arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment, but the woman at the counter was ready to get us signed in. The Belly Factory is connected to a cute shop where youre going to want to look around (so many cute things). We were then called back to the ultrasound room by the woman who performs the ultrasound. She was so friendly, and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. The ultrasound room is a very nice environment with a large television for you and your loved one(S) to see the ultrasound clearly.The 2d ultrasound and pictures were extremely clear unlike an ultrasound I had prior to this appointment at another location. I couldnt believe how clear things were. The ultrasound tech was so good about showing us things such as, the spine, the 4 chambers of the heart beating, the feet/hands/fingers. She even switched over to the 4d imaging for a short period of time and took pictures for us (even though that wasnt apart of our package); it was so neat to see. We were shown a clear image/picture of the gender of our baby. The experience was in the ultrasound room was wonderful.We went home with many printouts from the session, a disk with the ultrasound pictures, and a few goodies they include. We received an email with the pictures from our session as well. We also purchase a large stuffed animal that plays our babies heartbeat.The Belly Factory is worth every penny! I am so thankful to have found this place. We cant wait to go back. You will not want to experience an ultrasound any other way after experiencing the Belly Factory. Such a wonderful atmosphere, staff, and experience.

I made an appointment online, easy peasy! However when I arrived I learned I actually scheduled it by accident for the day I made the appointment rather than the day I went in. Thankfully the lady checking appointments in was WONDERFUL! I was early and the girl for her next appointment had not arrived yet so they got me right in. The store had adorable little clothes and accessories that I absolutely loved! The ultrasound room was very nice and cozy.My little one was VERY busy, moving around and the tech did everything she could to get the little one in the right position so we could find out what the gender was. Was found out and we are super excited. Thank you so much Belly Factory for the great experience.

I went to The Belly Factory 02.28.18 for my 30 week 2D4D ultrasound. Me, my son and my bestfriend drove an hour from Indiana because I was recommended The Belly Factory for a coworker. Upon arrival lady at the desk complained that she had been there since 5 oclock, which was a little unsettling because she was complaining to me a customer (which seem unprofessional to me) but anyway I brushed it off. I signed the paper work and proceeded to the back to get my ultrasound. On the way to the back she asked, do I have to use the bathroom and I replied No. She proceeded to say, are you sure because I dont want you asking to use the bathroom once the ultrasound start. Which came across very rude to me (its not about what you say but how you say it). Long story short me and my family werent even back there a good 10 min (which on line it says its a 30 min section). The untrasound lady said my baby was covering her face, the pictures werent clear (on the website the pictures are clear). Actually the whole experience was horrible, I was so disappointed I could cry because this was suppose to be a special experience for me and my family and it completely wasnt. And to top it off after getting the ultrasound you have to walk though the store part to get to the register so we stopped to look at merchandise, the front desk lady came and found me and said, Candace that will be $85, at this point I was like really. I was going to purchase something but they must didnt want me to. We got there at 7 they had us out the door by 715. I felt so rushed. I regret going to The Belly Factory. It was a waste of my time, money and energy. If you want services such as; rushed, disrespected, rude, bad quality pictures The Belly Factory is for you. I would have given 0 stars if there was a such thing. I will remember this experience for the rest of my life. I dont recommend The Belly Factory to anyone.

If you had a bad experience there is something wrong with you. Amazing people. Very friendly got us in when we were in a jam and helped us out. I would reccomend to anyone!!!

Front desk lady was very rude absolutely no people skills the sonogram tech was vertu nice but the images were terrible and we paid for a 30 min session and hardly got 10 mins I do not recommend this place I recommend mommy vision in Peoria il
