This is by far the worst ER in the state. Do yourself a favor drive to milford regional hospital or newton Wellesley. Staff are extreamly rude to sick patients. Waited over an hour in the waiting room with literally no one else in the waiting room and multiple beds open. Intake nurse was extreamly aggressive and insulting. Security around were demeaning and extreamly insulting to the patient in the room next to me. I walked out before even being seen by the doctor. Could not believe this was how they treated patients. Go to an urgent care go anywhere other than here.On another note many years ago I went here and had an appendicitis misdiagnosed and it nearly killed me. I should of sued them for medical malpractice. This hospital is by far the worst, youd be better off getting care literally anywhere else.
