This is my second time using this Quest Diagnostics location in Framingham. I did not have a good experience the initial time and gave it another chance. This time was just as bad. They have terrible customer service and poor time management with no sense of urgency. I make an appointment every time and when I arrive there is no one else waiting or on the list, but I still always have to sit and wait another 30-45minutes past my scheduled appointment. Why?!Also the receptionist/nurse is not friendly or nice and always rude. Today, I went to get a drug test for pre-employment and not sure if she followed the correct protocols. After she collected my urine, she told me go sit back in the chair in the exam room. (Usually the previous nurse does everything in front of me and seals the vial and has me initial it in front of her.) Then about 3-4 minutes later she comes into the exam room with my urine sample and seals it and has me initial, sign, and puts it into the sealed bag.Well have to wait and see what the results are, but should definitely be negative because Im drug free...anything else that shows up will be very questionable on their procedure. Regardless, I will avoid using this location in the future and rather drive extra miles to get better service.

Awful experience. They said they weren’t ready to see me until a half an hour after an appointment I specifically made so I was already late for work, and then still no one came out to communicate anything. I waited for another 15 minutes. I tried to call and couldn’t get through. There was no communication. I ended up having to leave and go to work and didn’t get my blood work done. I wasted my time for nothing. One of the worst experiences. Do not go to this Quest.

This location sucks , no professional nurses, wait for 2 hours and nobody even came to ask why you are waiting, one of the nurse Putnme on line and after 2 hours they said they cant do blood work.I will never ever recommend and never go back to this location.

I went for employment based test to Quest Diagnostics in framingham ma.The employee working in quest diagnostics was very professional and courteous.They gave clear instructions and it went well. It was a positive experience and I had used online appointment method and responding by text method and whole process was over in 10 mins. Great and good experience for me.

This lab is closed. For good. Their online appointment system lets you make an appointment. Then they text you that it’s time for you to walk in the door to the lab. Then you see the sign that says it was closed on March 26th.They are complete idiots at this company. I’ve yet to have a positive experience since they changed over to quest. Actually this should be no surprise.

I was sent here from the office next door. The woman who did my blood work was so RUDE to me. She was complaining the whole time about how the office had used an outdated form and how it took so much longer. Like it was something I had control over. Then I was sent back from the same office another time and the same woman came out, it was 3:55 and she said we close at 4. I said okay no problem, and she was like let me see your form looked at it and was like shooing me out we close at 4 over and over. I wasnt trying to argue but she kept saying it even after I said okay and was leaving. That second time my boyfriend was with me and he mentioned she was kind of rude and I told him about the last time so I will be going to another location for my bloodwork.

I spent almost two hours waiting at this lab for a simple blood test. The Russian lady could not pull my information out of the system, and kept telling me to call the office that scheduled my test, as if it’s my fault she didn’t know how. Her ridiculously disrespectful behavior on the top of her incompetence how to retrieve information was more than enough to tolerate. I ended up canceling my appointment at this location and scheduled a test at another non-Quest lab. Never coming back here.

No wonder this place has such a low rating. I came in yesterday to get blood drawn and the woman was so rude and condescending, it was disgusting. She insisted that due to covid, I had to move from 1 side of the room to the other in a small office, even though it did not change the amount of people in the room, nor was it a change to how much space was provided for each person in the room. These people are more concerned with power trips in the name of policies that are not posted, or valid. I deal with this office quite often and have had other doctors in my line of work remark about how rude and senseless this location conducts themselves. Unfortunately, I am bound to deal with this location because of work, but that doesnt excuse the consistent incompetance and stupidity that ooze from every interaction had. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT. USE ANOTHER LOCATION

Be careful of quest diagnostics drivers, I just saw the driver in car 215 on interstate 90 W., not paying attention to the road because he had his phone in his hand texting. These are the kind of people that create accidents!

I cant believe with all these negative reviews with the CEOs response of a lame apology (from years ago) that this place is still a complete nightmare like it is.If youre in the health care field, especially during Covid you may want to TRY to have empathy and compassion or find another proffesion.The 2 women in the back doing the blood work are the rudest people Ive dealt with in this type of setting in a long time. I dont know if you 2 are just completely burnt out, dont get paid enough or what have you but youre definitely not in the right career choice for your personalities. (Especially the older of the 2, I cant believe no one on the reviews have called her out by name so she can be held responsible for her actions.)I would suggest maybe working at Wegmans or better yet Market basket but only if its for the person that retrieves the carriages so you dont have to interact with people.Seriously Quest diagnostics of Framingham, put your money where you mouth is and hurry up and fix this issue once and for all.

Legitimately impossible to contact on the phone. I had a test done and was trying to follow up and ended up trying every single option on the phone tree. Most paths end with a robot telling me something along the lines of this person is not available or this person has not yet set up their voicemail inbox. Absurd for a business.

Disrespectful and lazy staff. Was denied service due to not having my doctor sign a form (whos office is not on site), yet staff told me QUEST provides this form. When the staff saw I was going to figure the problem out in the waiting area, they said okay just come in now, we dont need it anymore. When I had my blood taken by a nurse who has forgot entirely what bedside manner is, the two other staff members were in the other room saying clearly we should put up a sign that says, ask no questions. I was actually mind blown.This was before work, and I am young new expecting father. I dont need this BS.

Went in for a test so proper antibiotic could be selected for an infection. 48 hours later results indicated no infection so had to go all the way into the Dr office so they could rerun the test properly. They insisted I had to pay despite it being clear to my Dr. that the results were incorrect. No customer service!

Went in for regular labs. Slight wait despite being only person there. Receptionist was a bit surly going in. The office is cramped enough that they automatically went for the right arm since the receptionists chair blocks the left. Not a horror story like other people but yeah I see why the rating is so low.

Posting again for my fiance since his negative review got deleted. Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Act like its a hassle to do their job. He arrived and was told he needed a form signed by him and the doc because it was genetic testing. He nor I were aware of that. (I got the same test done a week before at another quest and they did not ask for that) Then a minute later proceeded to tell him he was fine and could get the labs done. Once inside, the staff mentioned they should post a No questions sign up front for the patients. As a Registered Nurse I think other healthcare professionals should be held to a certain standard. This behavior is completely unacceptable and should not be allowed.

A lot of bad reviews on here almost made me not go... but they were so pleasant! They took me right at my appointment time, were patient with me when I had the wrong lab order, and let me have my spot back when the right one came in. Recommend!

Technician was as quick, efficient, and skilled. Went as a walk-in and there was no problem and only a short wait. Office is small so go at an off time. You don’t need to battle with a phone tree or online; just show up.The office is in Lincoln Medical Building on North end of the third floor. Park in and enter from the back.

Went to get a blood test. Waited a while after checking in and eventually found out their system didnt have me signed in. They took me immediately at that point and I was out in 5 minutes. The people were generally friendly and open. Overall good experience...no idea why the other reviews are so poor.

I called a week in advance of my appointment to see if my standing orders are up to date or if I need a new standing order? I called and got the run around from your stupid automated system. YOU CAN NOT TALK TO A HUMAN? Very frustrating!!!!!! I HAVE no problems with any of the staff...I have been going for years without an incedent until now. I think we have gone way to far when you lose the human side.Very disappointed, not good for the medical field.

I am disappointed and concerned with the quality, safety, and customer service provided at this site. Im even more concerned because Ive been told this Quest site is the only one that is contracted to serve Veterans in the area. I and other Veterans seem to be very limited to options - this site or drive to Jamaica Plain for labs. In my 2 visits over the last 6 months, Ive experienced rude, unapologetic customer service. Today was definitely the worst encounter.Both visits, I found the door locked with no sign to indicate they were closed and no posted number to call to ask. Despite banging on the door, no one comes right away. In my first visits, 3 customers and I were waiting for 30 minutes before anyone came to the door (they were in the back). Today the door was locked again. The staff in the back finally asked a customer to open the door. No apology from staff - she only blamed the last customer who must have locked the door. Not good service. Today I also witnessed NO hand hygiene prior to drawing my blood. The staff went from the computer/admin area to drawing my blood. I witnessed another staff member handling full specimen containers (blood) wear the same gloves from the specimens to the admin area and grab a pen to give to me with the same gloves. When I asked her if I could have a clean pen and explained the transmission from the dirty area to the pen, she told me that everything was contaminated back there. Beware. Dont be afraid to ask them to clean their hands in front of you!The positive was a quick response from the supervisor over this site after I left a vm. She has planned a doorbell or sign with a number outside so patients can better alert staff that they are unable to enter. She also stated she would provide additional training regarding infection prevention and control measures, and discuss customer service principles with the staff.Im cautiously optimistic given the long history of similar reviews. Ideally, these concerns are taken seriously and remedied.

Nobody is at window to greet patient, they do not take you in order of arrival, totally unfriendly.I will be filing a complaint with my insurance carrier as well as the state board of registration.Absolutely a farce to go to this Quest facility. They shouldn’t be able to operate like they currently do. It’s a disservice to the medical community and patients.

I had my blood drawn there several times. People there are really courteous and nice. My veins are really hard to find, but they did it with no problem and it didnt hurt at all. Parking is not an issue either.

Called earlier that day before appointment to confirm they do the certain test I needed, they said yes. Got to the office and they told me they dont do that test- big inconvenience and time wasted. Also they were not friendly at all and front desk woman acted very unprofessional. Would recommend never to go here.

I went to this place and it was just before 3 o clock. The lady said she cant take me she is done for the day/ but the website says they are open until 4pm. Unprofessional and the staff has an extremely poor attitude towards the customers. I wont recommend this place to anybody.

The automated phone system got stuck in a loop and then hung up on me when I asked to speak to a representative. The website says they do drug screens at 8am but they actually dont start until 9. The people working here eventually helped after waiting about 40 minutes. At least they were friendly.

I would not recommend this location .Half the time they do not follow the timings posted online, they make there own time and they are too slow in the process too: Every time you go they make you wait for 1-2 hours.The staff is too stressed all the time and are too rude to there patients.
