Ive been coming here for over a year and all the staff is always very personable and welcoming!

I was recently seen at Unique Dental of Framingham by Dr. Faibish for a crown that I was told by another dentist that couldn’t be done. Dr. Faibish thoroughly explained the process to me and confidently told me he would be able to save my tooth. Trusting his judgment, I went forth with the crown and it was a painless experience. I have returned several times and he has always met me with a friendly demeanor and attitude. I would recommend for any dental needs Dr. Faibish and his staff. They have accommodated my busy work schedule. I highly recommend!

I switched to Unique Dental out of necessity due to my insurance, but ended up having a wonderful experience. The ladies at reception plus my hygienist Rebecca were all very friendly and personable. Rebecca and Dr. Faibish thoroughly explained everything they were doing during my visit, and made sure to go over their findings about my oral health in detail with me. I am looking forward to returning!

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They are also very thorough with their cleanings and imaging in order to know exactly how healthy your teeth and gums are. I have a moderate gag reflex as well and they were very patient working with me. I highly recommend this place to everyone! The staff at Unique Dental were extremely friendly made me feel very comfortable on my first time there. The dentist took the time to explain to me options for my dental issues. He was extremely professional and friendly and explained procedures that were most important, and also told me that the procedures that I was told in the past that I needed were not necessary. I have to say when I left the office I was extremely happy with my experience as a new patient at Unique Dental. I would recommend them to all my friends and family, so they could share my experience!!!!!

Absolutely would NOT recommend. Rude front desk staff, constantly trying to re-bill you even after you have paid (also not keeping track of customer information or billing details is a huge red flag). Horrible experience all around.EDITED TO ADD:Account review is clearly wrong, I paid the bill. Weeks later received another bill for double the amount and when I called about it was told there was an error with the billing system. Basically Unique Dental tried to bill my insurance and myself separately to get double payday out of horrid service. Also I just got a welcome new customer email a couple weeks ago despite not having anything to do with this shady practice for quite some time now. I would prefer any and all of my personal and dental information be deleted from their systems. They are not to be trusted in the slightest. Would give negative stars if possible.

I highly recommend Unique Dental of Framingham. They’re always professional, friendly and thorough. Especially the front desk! I bring my daughter to see Dr. Faibish who performed a root canal and crown. I was very pleased with how he explained everything to her so she felt comfortable and he personally followed up which made me feel secure . I was pleased to find an abundance of Safety Protocols implemented-From Sanitizing to the use of protective gear. I never felt uncomfortable. HIGHLY RECOMEND!

I literally cannot say enough good things about Unique Dental in Framingham. From the front desk staff Thu, Des, Rosa and Christina to the care I receive from Dr. Moynihan and more recently Dr. Cho. The hygienists, Kathy and Marie are amazing, and the dental assistants such as, Anne Marie are also. The compassion, care and professionalism of the entire office has given me the best dental experience I could hope for. I recommend this dental office if anyone is looking for the best care they will receive. Furthermore, if anyone is nervous going to the dentist during Covid, this is also the dental office for you! I have been several times and with the protocols Unique Dental has in place I feel very safe going there and having procedures done. Thank you Unique Dental!!!!

Dr. Beth Moynihan is an excellent dentist.i have been her patient for many years and I have always received caring, attentive treatment from her and her staff. She and Ann Marie make a wonderful team.

Updated note:Thank you for responding to my feedback. I appreciate the follow through on my case.I am a new patient and have a somewhat frustrating experience. I need to do some extensive dental work, and i would assume the office would make a good amount of money, but they dont seem to try to move forward with my procedure. It took almost 6 months to figure out my pre-estimates with the insurance company. And Unique Dental of Framingham didnt seem to be interested in helping me to move this forward. Also, multiple times when i tried to schedule my appt, their staff was confused of what work needs to get done for me. They are unable to provide a good personalized customer service. I would love to speak to the owner or someone in charge. Or i may decide to find a new dentist office.

I recently had an appointment for my six month cleaning. As I expected, everyone from the dentist to the staff took every precaution to sanitize their perspective areas and make me feel very comfortable knowing I would be safe from any possible contamination. I even received a call after my appointment to make sure that I was feeling well with no signs of Covid.

My dentist is always a pleasure to talk to and does an amazing job on my teeth every time.

Filled my cavity’s did a great job ! very nice people there overall.

I started going here after they re-opened in 2020. Ive been very happy with their cleaning process and the care they take to make sure no one who is sick enters.

Dr. Fabish was great, and helped figure out why I was having a problem with the anesthetic not working. He fixed my teeth, and now I’m as good as new!

With a vast background in customer service i was delighted with the services received while visiting unique dental! Dental offices are always the last place people want to be at but with great knowledgeable friendly employees like Ericka the experience is a much easier encounter! Ericka’s smile, laugh and courtesy made this an experience one that i would recommend others to have for themselves! Great service! Friendly faces! Excellent experience!

I had an emergency on a Sunday no less and I called multiple dentists offices, Unique dental is the only one that called me back, Dr moynihan went out of her way and even called me from her home to advise me of a solution as I was distraught. This is office is all about there clients and take care of you. I wish I could give it 6 stars. I am very grateful for your help thank you.

Great dental office. I take my 2 young daughters here and the staff is very patient and caring for their needs. Bianca at the front desk explained everything in good detail and a manner where its easier for me the patient to understand. My daughters absolutely loved becca their hygienist, she is very good with kids.

If you are looking for a Great dental team you should come to this office. They believe that the patient comes first and that deserved the best service. the staff is very knowledgeable about your ins and they strive to giver you the best service information that they can . Being uncomfortable with dental visits I was very hesitant to go in.. I must say walking into the practice I felt comfortable due to how eager to help the patients the staff were.. the dentist was very helpful in expanding what I had going on and proceeded with a cleaning.. After being told about an infection that I had I was told about a root canal.. I felt so at ease with practice I came back for my root canal when the manager had told me how important that was.. she was also very proactive the entire time helping and working with her staff.. You can tell things run smooth there. I highly recommend this office for all dental needs as I shall remain a client with this practice from here going forward.. The Dentists as well as the Staff are the best !! They are always there for the clients, and Unique has the best Bedside Manner of any Dentist Office I have ever visited . Dr. Wehbe provided expert and empathic care when I needed crowns on my front teeth. I will never forget his professionalism and kind manner, ever patiently explaining the procedures, which put me at greater ease since I knew what to expect. Dr. Wehbe is a truly gifted dentist and healer who treats the whole person.

My whole family (three generations!) have been patients for 12 years and the care is phenomenal. Cant recommend them enough!

This office is great from start to finish. From the warm welcome from front desk to walking out the door with my new patient folder with all doctor info and a couple other goodies inside. I never liked the dentist before specifically because my old hygienist being really rough and kind of judgmental and made me feel uncomfortable about my teeth. I got my teeth cleaned twice from becca here at unique and she is amazing, very friendly was so gentile asked how I was doing told me i was doing great and gave me tips about cleaning my teeth without making me feel like something is wrong with me. Overall GREAT experience i definitely recommend this place. Also my 3 and 4 year old love it here and they werent to fond of the dentist either.

Wouldnt give my xrays to an oral sugen for emergency extraction even tbough I completed form tney sent me. Had to call again and again and new suegen took their own. Avoid at all costs.

Have been going for years and I have been a patient of Dr. Moynihan. Everybody is great, great service including the hygienist Kathy!
