Horrible experience last time I went in there so much that I will go to the other Ulta stores farther away than ever enter foot in this store. WEnt in for a makeup bag. Bought a perfume set of 4 trial sizes of philosophy. She put everything in the makeup bag but when I went home the perfume was no longer there. I called and she said she put it in there and I was out of luck. Well screw that I am going to dispute the charge. I checked the parking lot and my car nowhere to be found. I drove straight home. Anyways they lost a customer there for good.

Of all the Ulta stores that I have visited, this store located in Framingham, MA is the only one where I have’d a bad customer service experience. The three times I have been there, they had an attitude and were not helpful at all. They seem to be more interested in talking among each other than selling the products and answering customers’ questions.They need to be trained as on good customer service.

I have had some bad here experiences a different salon before and on a whim I decided to get my haircut because I saw that Kiara had done another clients hair while I was shopping and it looks beautiful! I couldn’t resist the chance to see if she could do my hair and she was available thank god because I have found my new hairdresser! she listen to everything I had to say did exactly what I wanted and she did an excellent job, so much so that I went back to her because I was using box color in my hair got really dark and it’s long and curly and I’m older so it looked horrible on me. I did not want highlights as the color was just extremely too dark black and I will be growing my gray hair in soon so as I requested, she took the color out of my hair and fixed it and it came out amazing! I will continue to go back to her to do my roots instead of using the boxes color from now on, as well as continuing to use the products she recommended! I hope Ulta keeps her on because she is a definite asset! She also took the time to show me some products and the product she showed me I felt were a little bit more expensive but when I started using them I saw that I needed a lot less and they were much better for my hair so she recommended great products for me as well! On top of all that the other hairstylist called out on that same day so she had another client and she was working with both of us to do our hair and she did a great job on both of us. She is very pleasant and doesn’t stress, she made us both feel completely comfortable. It has taken me a long time to find a hairdresser I’m confident in, and Kiara earned my trust!Kathleen D

I usually have a good experience shopping at this Ulta but today wasn’t one of them. I stood in line for while waiting to pick up my online order. There were three sales clerks at the counter including the Manager chatting away. The purple haired manager noticed I was standing there but still continued on chatting. All four lacked proper customer service right away. One of the clerks finally helped me but looked at me as if I was beneath her. Do better ladies no matter who comes through the door.

Worst experience ever. I always go to ulta to get my hair color and highlights done. but i never had this bad experience. I had my color highlights and haircut done last week with margarita. She left almost 2 inches gap from my roots with highlights. I called them and make correction appoinment. She did again today my highlights but she had done just in front and left on sides area again. when i came home i noticed it looks so bad when i tie my hair. she just rinsed my hair and put conditioner, she did not even put shampoo or dry my hair completely. I spent so much on my color and highlights and its just very bad service will never recommend anyone to go there again.

The place was very covid safe. I had the sweetest and the nicest help there. The girl Amanda help me find all the make up I need it and work around my budget. Super recommend going to this location and ask for Amanda to help you out best experience!

Did you know they do eye brow waxing? The beauty products are great. So much to choose from that its hard to choose but the employees are very helpful.

Adjacent to Marshalls and Michaels stores. They sell beauty supplies.

I really enjoyed my visit to Ulta Beauty (first time today). Needed a present for a teenage girl and the sales person walked me around and showed me the best color pallet options. She was patient, very friendly and really helpful. Overall, everyone who worked there was very friendly. Will be switching to this store from now on.

Marguerite is the best. She knows exactly what to do with insane hair. Absolutely adore her!!

I scheduled a makeup lesson and cant say enough good things about Meaghan. She was hilarious but took my questions seriously and made sure to teach me what she was doing so I could do it myself. As someone who wears very, very little makeup Im always hesitant before going into a store like this but she listened to my concerns and adjusted her tips accordingly. I felt completely confident in my look, whereas every other time Ive had makeup done professionally I felt like an alien. Definitely recommend her!

Megan was amazing!!!! She really took the time out to show me products that work specifically for me and my skin. Definitely recommend asking for her specifically!

Short staffed and staff are clueless. The check out always has one person and majority of the time they have no idea about current promotions. Yesterday for example I got some product and there was powerbank that was the promotion with it. The lady bluntly said that I don’t have it just scrambling the wrong shelf and threw in a peel off mask insteadSame thing for a drawstring bag which I could see and she didn’t even bother going on that side. Used to have such fantastic experience at the previous Ulta location across the street

This staff just doesn’t seem to be as well equipped as they were in the other store. I have always had my hair done at Ulta. The line is always long and it seems like there isn’t enough staff. Whenever I have asked for help they can answer my questions.

This is a nice big ULTA. The reason for the 3 stars is.... there is no one to help you choose the correct makeup for you. The associates do not have the knowledge. I guess Im spoiled by Sephoras.

Terrible experience with this store. Paid $30+ for an Estee Lauder concealer, which caused me to develop severe allergic reaction that requested use of hydrocortisone. Went to the store to return it without a receipt. Well, they said they cant give me a refund because I dont have an account with them. Why would I want to give my personal information including my phone number and home address to Ulta?! For them to sell it to a third party? The manager just repeated the same phrase over and over again that she can reimburse me 50cents without even trying to solve the problem. I have spent about $300 in this store in the last month only and this is the treatment I get? Im not going back therr

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.As a long time ulta shopper I have NEVER ran into as rude customer service as I did here. Bad attitudes and disrespectful to customers. NEVER coming here again and frankly dont even want to shop at ulta anymore. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
