I have been coming here for almost two years and have always had a pleasant experience. From Han to Charles to Thanh. They always go above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Han always does a great job with my lashes. She takes the time to make sure she gets every single lash. I don’t think I could ever go anywhere else! Highly recommend this place!

I went in there for eyelash extensions done by Han. The space is absolutely beautiful. Han asked me questions to make sure i left with the look i wanted. She advised me with what length and style she thought i should go with and she was spot on. I’ve gotten my lashes done at other places but I’m by far the happiest with how they came out here. I can’t wait to go back!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE:I’ve been coming to this establishment for a few months and was relatively satisfied with the service until they brought in a new front desk person and associate (he is a young man with glasses). This week, they canceled my appointment without notification at all and totally wasted my time. No text, no call, no email to tell me they had to cancel at all. No problem, I understand these things happen, so I rescheduled. I told them that this is unacceptable and as a customer, they should comp my service for being so negligent. The young man agreed to this and I rebooked.When I came back for my reschedule appointment however, after I got my service done, the same young man fought me on what he originally promised and tried to charge me and totally went back on his word!! After about 15 minutes of arguing with him he finally did what he promised in the first place, and said “ok Serena that’s enough and it made me feel Im not welcome here anymore. *WORDING EDIT BUT THIS ACTUALLY DID HAPPEN*What a disrespectful way to treat your clients. Save yourself the headache and don’t come here.NOTE: SEE OWNER REPLY OF CALLING ME, THE CUSTOMER, A LIAR. I EDITED MY POST AS I WORDED IT WRONG AND THATS MY BAD BUT THIS EVENT DID HAPPEN. Professional and very clean. Ive been getting my eyelashes at Thanh eyelashes for a long time. The reason I go here is because the techniances are very professional. With diverse style and intensive knowledge about eyelashes they wont make you disappointed. Especially, I like how they make my eyeslashes look natural. The employees are very friendly and careful. The new salon they just opened not only is cosy but also luxurious. Good services and the best eyelashes salon!

I have been a client for almoust 2 years! I have never seen any other place use such technique or precision on lashes. My lashes are fabulous everytime, also now the new location is above and beyond beautiful and comfortable. I also enjoyed the facil i Got from josie! I trust no other place to take care of me!

Thanh is an artist! She loves what she does and its obvious in the results! My eye brows got thinner over the years so I had microblading done and LOVE them! Love my eye lashes too! 😍

Super friendly, very clean environment, speedy service. I got a lash lift with tint by Han (I really hope I spelled your name correctly, forgive and correct me if I did not). My appointment was at noon and by 130/140 I was out of the store and back in my car. I’m used to minimum 3hr appointment with those so that was super fast and comfortable for me. I’ll update on the longevity if need be but I have super straight and thick eyelashes and she curled them beautifully. I’m coming back for this and other services for sure. Thank you so much!!

Honestly moved to Framingham and it was so hard to find someone out here with amazing quality and amazing talent for lash extensions. Absolutely in love and so happy. My husband usually never noticed my old lashes haha but this time it was the first he noticed and told me to keep going because they came out amazing. They are very sweet and very attentive. Especially during these covid times. I honestly felt clean, safe, and even took a nap

Best Eyelashs extension!! Love

I drove by and decided to stop by for a consultation for eyelash extensions. I was treated very nicely by two women who gave me a thorough or review of what the service in details. All the questions I asked Quin was able to provide an answer. I ended up booking my appointment for eyelash extensions, a pedicure, and refill of my acrylic nails. The saline is also very bright clean and didnt have that weird nail polish/acrylic smell. Im pleased and cant wait for my appointment.

Walking into this salon is breathtaking, you instantly feel welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere is inviting and calm. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and offered drinks such as water, soda or juice. Amazing place and services.

Ive been having eyelas extensions for a long time, and NO ONE does a better job than Thahn! She chooses the perfect size and they stay for weeks. Also, her shop is so clean and I have no worries about the equipment she uses or the beds or foot baths what so ever. Lastly, her appointment schedule is very accommodating. She even books on Sundays!

Thanh is the hardest working entrepreneur I know! The quality of her work is outstanding. Lashes last and last. I trust her hands with anything!

I went in to see Than for a previous microbladding, that I was absolutely not happy with for over 2 years. I consulted with Than and she explained all the imperfections that I was not happy with for so long. She advised me on what she was able to do and she absolutely has made me the happiest woman..

LOVE my microblading & lash extensions. I was super nervous because it was my first time doing microblading but they came out amazing! And of course my lashes look great and last a while.
