Sidney and this store are amazing! I buy supplements like pre workout and protein usually online, but when I went in not only do they sell products that cater to whatever your workout goals are, they don’t sell any cheap knock offs or products they haven’t tried. Sidney helped me find a preworkout that is so far my favorite, and a multivitamin that actually has everything I need in it instead of taking ten different products. They don’t push something on you just to get it off the shelf, and Sidney knew what all the ingredients do in the supplements I got. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I cant even count how many things I bought from this site. Its hands down one of the best athletic apparel companies out there. The fabric of the items is amazing. I wear it to the gym I wear for casual wear and even to bed. The owners are just the sweetest people ever. I wish one day I can have the chance to meet them. They are both such an inspiration. I knew what to expect going in because I am a return customer and I told myself I wasnt going to go crazy in here but after talking with Tony and knowing how good their products are I walked out with what seems to be the perfect stack as well as a T-Shirt and a ton of pre work out samples. I got a pair of workout leggings from here and they are hands down my absolute favorite pair I own! I recommend them to everyone who comes to my gym now! Not only are they super cute, theyre the most comfy and flattering pair I own PLUS theyre not see through like most leggings! I cant wait to try a top next and maybe the maroon leggings! Left 5 star and went to GNC and could not get the answers I needed to get started on a healthy workout and diet. Walked in and felt comfortable from the start as I was greeted by Tony. He asked me lifestyle questions, where I work, what I eat, how much I’m outside/work out etc and no other place has ever done that. Nonetheless, I have told all my family & friends about this store. So glad I stopped by, will return. Would recommend 5/5

I love this place. You may pay a little more than at GNC but not by much and they only sell premium products. Unlike the other stores they care about you and do everything to help you formulate an entire plan for diet, exercise and lifestyle. I will never shop anywhere else.

Absolutely LOVE Strong Physiques!!!! The owners have designed a line of not only amazing clothes but great products too! They have even found a way to incorporate the military into there products! Over priced pre work out and doesn’t really work. Worked for me the first week then it stopped working and gave me a bad crash when they said it wouldn’t. Also the formula sucks it gets so bubbly and grainy doesn’t dissolve well
