The wait was not bad, my daughter tested positive and no instructions were given about medications, things to do, etc. The Dr. said that we will receive an excuse, I did not receive anything. I had to ask for it. They did a PCR test on two of us and they never called us to give us the results. I ended going to another hospital to get tested again. I do not recommend this Urgent Care and will not return.

I went there a few weeks ago because I was cramping and pregnant they took a pregnancy test and told me I wasn’t even pregnant and that I was probably having a miscarriage. I left crying my eyes out thinking I lost my baby. I freaked out and went to the hospital they said I was pregnant and everything was fine I just had a cyst that was causing me to cramp. They also made me wait in my car for over an hour and a half before I finally go in and ask she said she was sorry and that she completely forgot to call me and that she’s had a room open for me for a while. Very very unprofessional.

I saw Ashley for the first time yesterday and she was awesome. Very nice and very easy to talk to. Also the two young people at the front desk were very nice. Then there was also Rachel who took me back and did the weight, blood pressure, etc. she was very nice, too. It was obviously a “very nice” visit for me :)

I feel as though the care the I received was good and thorough. Where my disappointment lies, however, is in the follow through after my visit. Multiple lab tests were run during my visit and I was advised that I would be called with the results within 48 hours regardless of negative/positive or normal/abnormal results. After 10 days of waiting, I called to inquire about the results. I had to leave a message. No call back. Another message a few days later. No call back.I do understand the “no news is good news” ideology in healthcare, as I work in medicine as well. But, clear expectations are paramount for quality patient care. I will not return here for this reason.

Absolutely horrible. Went here because our four month old son had a horrible cough and was wheezing very badly. Got there at 9 and was told there were 14 ahead of us and it would be two hour wait. Waited for two hours and checked back in and said only one more hour. Waited the hour and went back and was told there were six ahead of us and was told only one more hour. Do the math. 8 people went and it took three hours. We were looking at close to another three hour wait. During this time my sons cough got significantly worse and when I told them this they wouldnt do anything. So I walked in and took my name off the list and took him to the ER. Id rather go anywhere else than here. I will never come back here and recommend this to my friends. In fact when they ask to go to an urgent care this will be the TOP OF MY LIST to recommend them NOT to go to.Unbelievable.

Horrible experience. Checked in at 9:10. Receptionist said 40 minute wait. An hour passed and she stated there are 2 patients ahead of me. Another 30 minutes passed and she stated they can’t determine how long the wait is. They have to sympathy for patients who are waiting with a sick child. It’s now 10:38 and we haven’t even got checked into a room.

I would recommend another urgent care. My co-pay on my Insurance card clearly stated 40.00. When I arrived home I noticed I was charged 125.00. I called the billing office and left messages with no return calls, Fountain office was unable to help me. Finally spoke to the billing office six weeks later after several calls. Surprise, there was a credit on my account and it would take yet another six weeks to receive my credit. I believe this amount would never have been refunded if I would not have called them. How many other customers have not caught this over charge and were never refunded.

The worst medical facility I have ever been to. For an “urgent care”.. they told me the wait time would be an hour and a half.. 2 hours and 45 minutes later I was finally called in. All I had to do was get a simple covid test and they told me I’d get my results in 10-15 minutes meanwhile it’s been 32 minutes and I am still waiting! Do not recommend at all.

I had to visit the Fountain Qwik Care MD on Thursday. I was treated great from check in to actually being seen. Greeted professionally at check in, she was very nice. I think her name was Reign. Took my information and asked me to wait in my car to socially distance. Was told 1-2 hour wait but was called in just about an hour. You are told to wait there don’t leave , but some people insist on leaving and come back yelling an hour later that they lost their place in line. Follow the rules, it’s simple. The MA Rudy, was great and friendly! Thank you. I can’t say enough good things about NP Brandis!!!! She’s amazing!!! She listened to my concerns. Did her exam to verify my condition and we discussed it. She was attentive, thorough, professional, incredibly knowledgeable and just kind on top of it all!!!! I appreciate you so much, THANK YOU! I highly recommend the Fountain office. If I need an urgent care in the future I will go back here.

There is absolutely no way to call and speak with a person at this office. I was told I had some lab results they needed to speak with me about on a voice mail and I have been calling them back for 24 hours and the only option I have is to leave a voice mail. That is after calling multiple times and using multiple options in their automated system. When the wait times were shorter and they were not busy all the time this place was way easier than going to the ER but now you wait 3 hours or more to be seen and you can’t get anyone on the phone.

This is not my normal provider, but I had went in because I had not felt good since the beginning of the week.When I arrived the receptionist at the front desk was very rude, asked for my dob and name loudy... (I used to manage healthcare offices and if I am not mistaken this is a Huge HIPPA no no) did I mention that she was very rude!She was not able to find my information and so the other receptionist jumped in and started to help. I was already irritated from not feeling good and she asked me for my dob again and the receptionist said the wrong month and I corrected her, she right away jumped in and tried to correct me saying thats what she had. I shook my head and the rude receptionist blurted out maam she is trying to help you!First of all, I wasnt shaking my head at her, I was shaking my head at you!Again rudely, she told me to go thru the door. While the other lady was getting my info, the rude one started speaking Spanish to her...I dont speak spanish, but the look on the other ladies face indicated to me that she had said something about me.When the other receptionist walked me to the room, I thanked her for being so kind!As for the medical staff, they were wonderful! They tested me for covid, which was negative, gave me a breathing treatment and did more than what I thought that they would do before they let me leave. The PA gave me information on meds that I could take to make me feel better.I recommend to management that they coach this receptionist and provide her with customer service skills that would make your office a nice place to be in. Your front line staff sets the tone for the entire practice and when you first encounter someone like that it really puts a bad taste in he customers mouth.

QwikCare Med in Fountain = QWIK HEALTHCARE FRAUD!They wouldn’t give the test results for my sons Covid and RSV test until I began talking about how illegal and immoral it was for them to do a medical procedure and refuse to share the results. This was because the woman at the front desk was unprofessional and was lying to patients in order to take payment. You tell the people it’s an hour wait and then 4-hours later you tell them to come back the next day after we’ve already paid for services rendered!! #newscrewneeded!Patients be aware of the women in the picture!

The people are rude and act like its my fault that they FORGOT TO SCHEDULE HER TWICE no call no showed on my kid TODAY AFTER MY WIFE TOOK OFF WORK. Pregnant Hispanic Receptionist basically told my wife to leave and the MANAGER refused to discuss. Why isnt 0 stars available???

I went in Monday afternoon to be seen for a sore throat. After waiting in my care for about 3 hours I was finally placed in the back. The front desk and medical assistant were great but the Nurse Practitioner sucked. After I told them of my symptoms they checked for Covid which came back negative and ran no other test. She then asks me to remove my mask to check my throat, when I tell you she looked in my mouth for all of 2 seconds just to misdiagnose me and recommend medication I had to buy that wouldnt help treat strep. I went to the ER the next day bc my throat got worse and I had Strep and recieved proper treatment. Shame on you NP.

If i could i would put no stars got there at 7:15 and they said they couldnt see us even though they close at 8. My moms in pain and they didnt even ask how shes doing they just said they cant see her with 45 minutes left. Then i kept asked why and she says because they already saw too many people in one day. No where does it say theres a limit they can see a day. I feel as if there protocols changed they should advertise it that way we dont waste a trip with someone who isnt feeling good. She walked away with out replying to our question. Not very professional in the medical field and customer service was definetely lacking. Horrible experience.

This review is for Genevieve, the NP at Comfort Care Family Practice. She is thorough and really takes the time to listen to you and address your concerns. As a nurse, having a caring and competent provider is very important to me. Her MA(man) is really nice and so are all of the ladies in the front. I love that I can make appointments quickly, it’s close to my house, and they have a in-house pharmacy if needed.

Went here because I had a horrible cough and my throat hurt they doc came an an basically said can’t do anything for you go home an suffer so I went to get a 2nd opinion at another urgent care an got cough syrup an inflammatory medication for my throat I would never go here again they asked me to pay for my visit before even being seen smh out for the money will tell all my family an friends to stay away from this place

I have always used this urgent care and they’ve been great so I decided it would be nice to switch our whole family to the comfort care family practice. However, they were HORRIBLE! I filled out all paperwork on 1/18 and emailed them back in 1/19. Ashely called and made our families appointments for 1/29 & 1/30. I get a call on 1/28 wanting me to bring in the paperwork even though it had already been emailed. I told her that I could re-email them but she said they couldn’t accept that because they don’t have a secure email. (so why was I allowed to do it the first time?) I live 30 miles away so she said it was fine that I turn them in 15 minutes before the appointments on 1/29. On 1/29 I get a phone call CANCELLING the two appointments same day! The receptionist was rude and continued to tell me that she had one more appointment on 1/30 but would have to check on if she could accept a new patient that day. I asked her to please check and after placing me on hold for 5 seconds and said she got an email back saying we all three could not be seen in the same day. It seems like this office used three different excuses to cancel our appointments same day without any acknowledgment that they’ve made me rearrange 4 schedules for these appointments. Had I cancelled on them same day, they would have charged me cancellation fees! When I asked the receptionist to cancel all four appointments (so we could re-schedule them all together) she hung up on me before I could even finish my sentence. The worst experience I have ever had trying to become a new patient at a doctors office. I will never use this urgent care or doctors office ever again!

Although the staff is friendly and professional, I feel like an inconvenience due to very slow wait times and never hearing back from the doctors. The most recent time I’ve gone in, it was fine. I went in for an evaluation, was sent somewhere else to get X-rays but I’ve been waiting three days to hear back from the doctor. X-ray place said my results were ready but they’re waiting for the doctor to receive them. Anytime I call, no one answers. I can’t get a hold of anyone and I’m told my X-rays aren’t ready when I go in.

Definitely do not recommend. I called before going in to see if there was a charge for a covid test and was assured that there is not. When I arrived, I asked again once they had my insurance information. They assured me yet again there was not. Today I receive a bill in the mail charging me for an office visit (never even seen a doctor, just got the test and walked out) The woman I spoke to at the front desk was extremely rude when I asked about the bill. Definitely do not recommend going there for a covid test, you are definitely much better off to just go to the county testing sites where you will not be billed later.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had thus far. Came in to be seen 7/27/21. I was called 7/31 with results and was told the prescription would be at the Walgreens I requested. I went to Walgreens twice since then and was told there was no prescription sent in. This is the 2nd incident I’ve had this issue with this facility. I’ve called and called and called and was given the run around until today, 8/5 around 11 am, when I was told that they realize they never sent anything in. They advised me that they would give me a call back once everything was settled but to give them an hr because the dr had patients. 6 pm starts rolling around and still no call….so I called. The only thing I got out of that was to “come in” because the dr actually wasn’t in. The male seemed insensitive to my situation when I addressed that his coworkers need to know their misinformation is frustrating. I am also pregnant and the medicine I’m needing is pretty important in regards to this pregnancy

Wouldnt even give any stars if able. Went in for chest pain and breathing problems for my daughter, they pretty much refused treatment unless she had a Covid test which was unnecessary because this had no relation as she had no symptoms or exposure. We left and went elsewhere, where she was diagnosed with bruised cartilage from a basketball injury. Again, something of NO relation! But of course they wouldnt have known due to the lack of involvement in patient care. This was very poor service and can be classified into discrimination. I guess people dont realize there are other things out there that can contribute to chest/breathing issues 🙄 Thankfully another facility understood this.

On 3 different urgent care appointments theyve given minimal care and passed us along.one time i was sent to the ER and the ER said this location passes people off they dont need to. I got a massive ER bill, for something this facility could have taken care of.my son went in for a potential infection in his arm from his meningitis vaccines 5 days ago per an ER RN and the primary care nurseline. they did nothing to check for infection (the site is 4 fingers high and wide, hot and swollen with a purple spot & knot in the middle). they gave a topical for a rash and said check with main doc which is the one that said to get care with them🤦‍♀️.I feel for the cost of urgent care this is insufficient.my husband went on for what seems to be an annual respiratory infection, usually they give antibiotics, this time because he is positive for covid they wont give him anything for the infection part 🤦‍♀️. so no normal issues are addressed just because of covid.they got a lot of my money for very bare minimal careThey called back, and said they meant to give my son antibiotics.Because I said their care was minimal, they sent us a letter claiming noncompliance of care and aggressive behavior.my husband didnt even say anything to them. I left the voicemail, and spoke with some guy that had a horrible phone connection. The conversation sounded fine. He said he would look into the issue of the lack of care. he seemed genuinely confused.now they instead send a letter of noncompliance?They sent my husband away with nothing. They didnt try to call him to fix the issue either, soo??

Horrible to say the least… I’ve came here for the last couple of years and came due to a sinus infection as there has been a lot of smoke. Once I got back to the room the nurse took my vitals and almost instantly shoved a swab up my nose, I ask what it was for and the lady stated for upper respiratory infections and COVID and that it would take about 15 min for results. The doctor walked in and handed me the result in which was ONNNNLLYYY for COVID so I confronted the doctor and ask why I was lied to and obviously upset… the lady was like you don’t need to act like that we can just not finish the visit and be done…. So does that mean your not going to charge my insurance for the COVID test I DIDNT ask for???? ( I’ve had COVID) and act like what?? Because I was expressing my frustrations about them being liars?!???

Wife took middle child for COVID-19 testing/assessment at Fountain location. Waited 2 hours before she was told she “wasn’t in the system” after giving the employee her ID and creating a booking confirmation online prior to arrival. Employee was unapologetic/borderline rude and told my wife she could “start filling out the paperwork” and “there are about 20 people ahead of you”. Essentially, go to the back of the line after sitting in their parking lot for two hours. Typical low quality experience with corporate UCs that only care about patient volumes and clinical managers that don’t seem interested in QC.

I went through Urgent Care So that I could get a rapid covid test but also I needed a chest xray and bloodwork but the sweet gal upfront couldnt give them to me because there was no physician to sign it and that wouldnt be until next week!!?? So after waiting 2 1/2 hrs feeling totally miserable, I left w/no actual diagnosis. Too far from my house to deal w this nonsense.

We have come here many times in the past, had great experiences with the nurses and docs... the last two times we went for possible breaks they sent us away because they didn’t have the ability to do X-rays (which they did the other times) that’s super inconvenient. Our last visit was for Covid tests, when told I would be paying $180 because I don’t have insurance, I asked why since tests were supposed to be free, the ladies response was “ well we choose to charge for them” WTH?! Greedy. We will never go here again.

To be perfectly honest, this clinic has provided me with some of the worst patient care I have ever received. At first, my experience was great and I got along well with my provider. She had recommended I get some bloodwork done in November. I never received a call about my results until I went to the clinic to ask someone 3 weeks later. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and moved on. In December, my provider recommended more bloodwork. I received my results the next day from LabCorps without any understanding of what they meant, so after about a week of hearing nothing I called the clinic to get someone to explain them to me. I never could get through to someone, and each time I left a voicemail I never got a call back. I called once a week for a month and a half before giving up. Finally this month my prescription ran out, and when I called to get it refilled I was informed that my provider had quit two months ago, so now I have to see a different provider at the clinic for them to continue prescribing my medication. I was never informed that my provider left or that I would need to schedule an appointment to see my new provider. Im incredibly disappointed in the lack of communication with this clinic, especially the fact that when I call them I cant get through to them and my calls are not returned. I dont think I should have to go there in person to track down bloodwork results. Needless to say, Im looking for a new clinic.

Came in for my son having some intestinal issues. The doctor walked into our room and said she wasn’t comfortable seeing my son and told us to go straight to the ER. The nurse told me they wouldn’t charge me since the doctor wouldn’t see me. I still got a bill for $141.00.

Abysmal service. The receptionist had poor communication skills and was incredibly rude. After I waited in the car for 40 minutes with my sick 1-year-old (not allowed to wait in the waiting room with a fever) in the snow, she called me to tell me that my daughters birthday was invalid (We have since confirmed that her birthday is correct with our insurance and this must have been an error on QwikCares side.). When I asked a clarifying question about further steps I was told I was being rude. A waste of time and such a disappointment, especially considering I was there for a sick child.

Went to get tested for Covid the other week. Although there were no quick test remaining I was able to get in and out. Results took the normal amount of time to come in. But the staff there was really nice and welcoming. Highly recommend. Thank you all for the wonderful help.

Went here thinking I had the flu. The unfortunate thing was that so did 30 other people so I waited for over an hour before getting seen. But once I was seen i was tested quickly and diagnosed and given medicine that truly worked and I am on the mend. I am very grateful for this. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Very kind staff, informative and very helpful when I had issues with my pharmacy! Long wait time (supposed to be 2+ hours, didn’t take much longer than 1 hour) was totally worth it, the NP working knew exactly how to help me and listened to me about my discomfort. All I can say is when Im in pain normally I just deal with it. Luckily I found Qwik Care near my home everyone there is so sweet and Agnes is the best I was in omg pain and she helped me. I went in to get a covid test and still havent heard back from them. It took over 2 hours to even get seen by a Dr, then got the test done and they said it would be 24-48 hours for them to get the results back to me. Its been over 12 days and I still havent heard back from them. Ive tried calling but dont get ahold of anyone. They will NOT call you back. Their customer service is a joke. Dont waste your time if you need a covid test. Go to the citadel drive through clinic and get tested, they will actually get you your results. Qwik Care is a joke.

Ive been going to comfort care for nearing 3 years. Dr Ben Korff is amazing! I trust him with all of my familys health! He takes the time to understand in depth whats going on with each of us. Hannah S. is always amazing! She is prompt in getting referrals in and handling any needs our family has when we cannot be in the office! She has impeccable customer service and very reliable! Our family loves all of the staff although these two never skip a beat in ensuring our needs are met and with satisfaction!

The staff is so friendly. Hannah, at the front desk is helpful and always upbeat and a total people person. The wait is almost never too long and they never send you home feeling like you haven’t had your questions answered. Great place!

My provider Genevieve Giammo and her two medical assistants, Cheyenne and Rachel are great. They keep me informed of my results when applicable. They listen, they are patient and thorough when I ask questions and they always make me feel like they care about my needs and concerns. Thank you three for all that you do for me as a patient.

Front desk and back office staff, including the physician, were all amazing! I brought my 8 year old daughter and 3 year old twin boys in to have my daughter tested for strep. The wait time was minimal and the waiting area was clean. Front office staff was very kind and accommodating! The back office staff was very kind and great with all 3 of my kids. Dr. Christianson was an absolutely great physician! Kind and informative. He is definitely in the right career! I work in pediatrics and not everyone is meant to work with kids but he was perfect for it. This will absolutely be where I take my kiddos from now on! Thank you so much for the experience! Now a days it is extremely hard to find an doctors office with people who truly care. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

All of your staff is busy at every second of every day?? Why is there a number to call this office when no one is EVER there to answer it??? I am infuriated. I had such a wonderful experience at this place. The front office staff was great. The nursing staff was friendly and efficient. I loved the Doctor on staff that night. He was very knowledgeable but approachable. Very good interaction with my son and myself.

The people at the front desk were very nice. I was put back in a room fairly quickly. There was no one else in the waiting room and one person left while I was waiting. The nurse took my vitals and hardly listened to my symptoms, then the doctor came in for what couldnt have been more than two or three minutes. She didnt look me in the eyes when she talked to me. Apparently she can feel through my hat. Didnt listen to me about my symptoms. Prescribed steroids and antibiotics and gave me a shot of antibiotics. $201 later Im not feeling the least bit better. She said allergies but Im in a ton of pain and not sneezing or coughing and not an itchy throat like she told me was happening.

Brought my daughter in to be seen since she had been sick and progressively getting worse. My daughter didnt want to go and was terrified of the throat swab and nose swab. Sarah W made her feel so comfortable, she handled it like a champ! Thanks for being so caring and making her feel as comfortable as she could.

Staff if amazing, caring and helpful. I used to only go for urgent care needs but I decided to start using them as my primary care. So happy I made the switch. Hannah at the front desk is very helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. Great office. Highly recommend!
