If I could give 6 stars I would. The staff and Dr. were personable. The Dr. even showed and explained photos of my eye to me in detail. They were efficient but thorough.

Wonderful experience! Daughter and I needed new glasses (and eye exams). Made appointments, we were seen on time. The doctor was friendly and she knew her stuff! Remembered us from 5 years previous which is a trick since I dont even remember that far back.Getting the glasses ordered was simple and quick as well. Due to the pandemic, we did have to wait to get in, but it was under a minute! I told the nice lady I wanted frames as close to my current pair as possible and she had them in hand in under a minute. My daughters choice took no longer. It took little time to finish our transaction!All employees were fabulously friendly and helpful. This is our go to for glasses and eye related things and that will not change!

TRICARE SELECT ACTIVE DUTYWhen scheduling our 3 appointments the person on the phone was very pleasant and confirmed Tricare Select Active Duty covered our annual eye exam and I would just need to pay for my contact lens fitting. However, when we arrived to our appointment the receptionists were not familiar with Tricare Select Active Duty and tried to charge me the full cost of their eye exam which was just under $100 for each of us. Our insurance fully covers 1 annual eye exam per family member with $0 copay, but they insisted that they would need to charge me and that it would go towards our deductible. Luckily we didnt get seen and we made our appointment with Pikes Peak Eye Care who said they would just bill Tricare and it would all be taken care of but as expected contact lens fitting would be out of pocket. The receptionists at this location had no desire to double check and verify my coverage. When I left and I double checked to see if our coverage had changed this year and it hadnt so I called them back. They just refused to double check on their end. Just very unpleasant and unhelpful customer service.

Both the Doctor and staff are helpful and professional. One of the few places that does the right thing to keep customers safe during this pandemic unlike so many others that ignore the guidelines. Have been going there for years.

I know the service might be lacking, especially during this pandemic. I just came for a quick purchase if the item was in stock. With the new restrictions, I had to stand in the front of the vision center until the customers being helped were done. Granted, it was excruciating to stand for a solid 30-40 minutes, I didnt expect the employees to speed through their current customers to help me. I have no idea what each persons transactions entailed. And if I were those customers, I wouldnt want my service lacking because the employee treats me as a number and not a person.So the 4 stars are for the employees who were nothing but courteous and helpful and kind. It would have been 5 stars if the Vision Center would be understanding enough to put chairs out for customers to sit. There is an employee right by the self check out wiping down counters. Can that person also wipe down the chairs since its 10 feet from there?

Extremely rude receptionist. I called and specified my insurance and they said they took it. She seemed to have a note and asked me about my insurance. Nobody called me they waited until I took off work un paid to tell me they dont nor will they ever take my insurance. Seemed a little excessive for just asking if they were wrong about when the date stated for my particular insurance. Maybe she hates blue cross blue shield I dont know but geez dont take it out on me.

Pretty awful customer service. Dont expect to even be acknowledged if the worker is chatting with someone else. Had to phone in while standing there to get a simple question answered.

I thought I was going to have to go without my glasses because I thought everything was closed during this pandemic but Sam at this Vision Center took such good care of me and turned something stressful into a quick painless fix. I really appreciate the help, five stars.

I walked in to ask about either a new set glasses or contacts lens that I was going to buy out of pocket on the spot and the older rep was very unprofessional and extremely rude. If youve ever been in a situation where you can tell somebody 100% does not want to help you this was one of them. I leave her and go to schedule an appointment on the other side of the office and the lady was completely rude and did not want to help me either. I would not recommend the shop to anybody. I feel very unwelcome.

I love it there. Ive goten my glasses and my kids glasses there. They nice and friendly. My daughter broke her glasses 4 time and they were replaced no charge. I suggest trying them.
