2292 Pinyon Jay Dr is a DISASTER!!! Mice, AC Broke and Stove Broke. Unfortunately I worked with Nicole and she was really unprofessional and rude. No one did walk through of house before moving in and I was told it was clean and ready to go. That was a lie!!! Mice feces EVERYWHERE. Luckily Nicole was so unprofessional and unorganized that I moved in prior to signing a lease and putting a deposit down. Nicole will not call you she prefers text and would wait days to get back with me. Maintenance is a joke and rude as well. I spent $220 on carpet cleaners and cleaned the whole house out when old food was even still in fridge. It was not important to anyone from this company to come and fix any of the problems until I finally told them I was leaving and would not be signing a lease. Neighbors are great and told me the horrible stories about this house. With 3 small kids I moved twice in one month and spent out so much money. Was here 30 days and had to move my kids to a much suitable place with no mice and a working stove. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY... THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!!

We had a GREAT experience with this company. We were only tenants for about 5 months when I had some bad health issues that I needed to move urgently to another state to get the proper care. They are SO accommodating! I gave them about a TWO WEEKS notice that I would be needing to move ASAP and they took care of everyting! They cared for us and were everything we needed and more. This is really my first time renting a house from a company and I truly wish I could take the whole company with me to Florida and continue to use them. They do their job perfectly to the T. Truly an amazing experience for us especially with us being not the best tenants having to cut our 18 month contract short. A really amazing company run by amazing people. I have been a tenant with Colorado Casa PMI for three years now and this company has been nothing but courteous and professional with my family. We have rented through Colorado Casa PMI for 15 months and plan on renewing our lease. The office personnel is very friendly. We had one issue with plumbing, which is expected on older properties. They had a plumber and carpet companies out within hours, which was impressive and appreciated. All other minor issues have been addressed promptly and we have been happy with each person who has been sent out to service the home. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Weve been waiting on our lease renewal for months and havent gotten it yet. My wife called the office a few times but they keep saying theyre behind on writing the lease renewals.Were good tenants and just want to renew. If theyre planning on raising the rents, then we dont mind talking about it. But were past our lease term and havent heard anything. The lease we signed says that means were on a month-to-month, but theres been no confirmation on that from Colorado Casa.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would! Nicole is Very unprofessional especially once we wanted to cancel our contract. We canceled the contract when it was due to be renewed and she still wanted to charge a termination fee. Prior to that it would take weeks to even get a response from her. She always sent the payments late, every single month! She claims her phone is always on however she never answers it. This lady is not someone I would recommend anyone to ever do business with. Shes basically a con artist under a business disguise. Be sure to read every detail of your contract if youre considering this company, you wont regret it!!! If youre looking for someone to not take your calls, not respond to emails, and with a horrible attitude shes your girl!

The team at Colorado Casa PMI has been extremely helpful in managing our rental property. As a business owner ourselves it is nice to know that our property is being taken care of and it is one less thing that we need to worry about. They keep in constant contact with us to let us know of any changes and the vendors that they contract with keep our property maintained!

To start I had to reschedule multiple time just to see the property initially , come to find out the property was being saved for someone else. I was then directed to another property that was improperly listed online and wasnt even available yet .Wasted $$$ because the representatives I dealt with lied to us about some of the qualifications and then was like well its your fault for not knowing better basically and, they never told us we may have been missing information or called to confirm ANYTHING. They let us think we were all good to go after submitting our applications, not to mention completely unreachable at the office prior to getting our denial letter. Yes Im upset we were denied for no reason ,and they wont refund because the app has been processed. Basically did zero follow up . After getting the email I called ...very confused... the lady on the phone was EXTREMELY !!!! rude when I asked questions or for clarifications about the letter because literally all the the things listed didnt make sense or shouldnt have applied to us , she got an attitude and tried to blow me off and send me somewhere else to find out .I obviously am not a property management company nor know all the ins and outs of their company so all I wanted was simple answers. Did not warrant her response. Terrible experience. Stacy and Tina thank you for showing me your company is not worth the trouble. We were already approved for another property with another company and were just waiting to hear back from Colorado Casa had I known we were missing info or ABSOLUTELY did not qualify with them I would have just gotten my money back.

Nicole was very pleasant to work with but make sure you receive and read your contract before moving forward. Nicole did not mention that they expect a commission if the property is ever sold in the future and I understood that PMI would handle any evictions and they will but eviction costs would be paid by the landowner.NIcole spent a great deal of time with us and we wasted a lot of time and money setting up the property for rental only to cancel everything after we got the contract.PMI agreed to exclude the sales commission but refused to budge on the eviction costs. They did refund our deposit but we were still out several hundred dollars and hours of work so it was a lose, lose deal for all of us that could have been avoided had we seen the contract first.

Was cussed out by employee. Because I didnt want him leaning his broom against my car. If this is who they hire I wouldnt recommend.

This place is the absolute WORST property management, SLUM-lord in the State of Colorado. They place you into inhabitable homes with mold, druggies, and flooding. They refuse or lose work orders. Dont even rent with them! No matter how much nicer you leave the place, than when you moved in, they will steal your deposit and make false allegations against you. I wish the owner of the property could see the type of things that go on there. Fair warning!!! Look elsewhere!!!

I want to share my personal experience with Colorado Casa PMI. We have been tenants for almost 3 years now. Nicole is one of the sweetest, most caring, understanding um ya thats a lie. She is the most professional wait another lie. Ok now for the truth. These people have absolutely no souls. They are a group of heartless con artists that dont care about you, your family, or your children. They will screw you over any way they can. Things like charging you for renters insurance and come to find out they dont have renters insurance. Youll pay a maintenance hotline fee every month and when you report an issue it wont get fixed. Better hope your heater doesnt go out in the winter months. Now for something that will chap any mother or any fathers butt. And thats how they will screw over your children. On 12-2-2018 I received an email from Colorado Casa stating that we owe almost $800 in late fees. This was the first email that we have ever received in regards to late fees. I looked at the fees. Double checked my lease. Hmmm sure enough rent was due on the 3rd of each month and they were hitting us with late fees on the 2nd. Not notifying us of past late fees and then stacking late fees on top of late fees. I called and called and called. Finally left a message with no response. Between this and scamming us out of false renter insurance money. we had enough. I filed a report with several agencies. A day later we received a 3 day notice with a nasty phone call threatening to evict us. Now mind you we have been late in the past before. Life happens. Never once have we ever been treated like this. Its really suspicious when we act within our own legal rights to file a complaint against these people the very next day we get served a 3 day. There was no resolution to the 3 day. Just pay us everything that we say that you owe us. We know its a few weeks before Christmas, we know we didnt give you any notice what so ever. How about just not buy your 18 month old daughter Christmas presents this year? These people tried to take my daughters Christmas from her. They have forced us to retain an attorney due to their misconduct. So if you like being scammed, taken advantage of, lied to, not cared about, retaliated against. Then this property management company is definitely for you. Listen take it from us. We have been dealing with these people for 3 years. And we rather fight these people in eviction court then stay here any longer thats how bad these people are. Do not rent from them. Trust me you are better off sleeping in your car and waiting for something better to come along. These people are some of the worse so called human beings that we have ever had to deal with. Avoid them like the plague. Youll save yourself so very much trouble.

Rented from colorado casa. A few years ago constantly had issues with getting repairs done to a unsafe home. Could not ever in good consciousness recommend to anyone use these services.

This company sucks. I wont mention every issue we have had with them. This current issue takes the cake. Our heater went out. It is Sunday dec 16 and 57 degrees in the house. Maintenance was called and they said we would get a call from someone. We had an event already scheduled for the day and spent over 300dol in tickets, non refundable. We got a call when we were there. The company only had until 2 oclock avail. That wouldnt work for us. When we got home I called the maintenance people again. Was told we missed our appt so we had to wait until tomorrow! First off we never scheduled an appt. Second off the fact that we have a 17mo old baby in the house meant nothing. Was told by the lady Im sorry for your inconvenience.This company is terrible.

Terrible people. Literally, refuse to their job. Tina Renshaw straight up lied to me when I asked her why she never processed my renewal like we agreed. Trying to get anyone to even speak to you is impossible. Currently, they are refusing to answer the telephones from me, the owner, and the management company. DO NOT USE

As a property manager I work for the owner not the tenant. And sometimes tenants wont like what I say or what I must do. If anyone has a bad expierence with my company they are welcome to call me. I feel that my phone is always on, and I am readly able to answer questions. Please give a call!

Great response and fast service on furnace repair

I was a tenet in one of the properties managed by Colroado Casa PMI. The company was responsive to the two maintenance requests I put in during my time there and never had any issues with them. They were more then fair when issuing my security deposit back, and were responsive even after I moved out and needed help getting my information to a new rental company.

Terrible company they rep slum Lords and they dont take care of there renters or there rights ,, repair side is a joke as well Ive had them out 4 times now to fix a door cant seem to figuir that out and been out 3 times for same toilet lol,, very unprofessional would not recommend to anyone ..
