Made an follow up appointment to see the doctor ...once you get to see your doctor you can have a discussion. But I have been kept waiting for 50minutes already. The assistant had given me my lab results ...but I m here waiting for the doctor to come in to see me and discuss the results. I dont think this is reasonable. Yes they are busy, but so are we. Yes ..I am still waiting to see the doctor. I made it a point to be on time for my appointment, at least if I am to wait that long, an assistant should come in to inform me that the doctor will be in soon. Instead of keeping Me waiting around in the exam room not knowing if they had forgotten about me. My last time here was very pleasant. Not sure if its their off day. If this was my first experience at this office, i would have rated a poor experience.

Ive been going to Dr. Rigonan for 20 years. She is an excellent doctor. She has a very good bedside manner and excellent skills. She is also very patient, compassionate, understanding, friendly, and takes her time listening to me. I value her professional opinions. I count myself truly lucky to have found her. Dr. Rigonan and her staff (Elaina, Deana, and Breanna) have been extremely helpful to me with a variety of my issues. The office staff have bent over backwards to assist me and I appreciate them very much. Despite having a busy practice, I’m almost always able to schedule an appt. within a few days of my calling.
