My legs were aching because one time I over did it with leg day for exercise. I woke up that following morning and my legs were very sore. It hurt just to go from sitting position to standing. I needed to be able to walk around that weekend and I was able to make an appointment that very day. When I went in the afternoon they were kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The procedure was painless and relaxing. I was there for less than an hour. It was worth it considering the last time I did something like this I needed an entire weekend to recover. I’m going to watch more carefully my exercise routine but I know where to go if I ever overdo it again. Side note – Dr. Theresa is very friendly and I like that each patient is given privacy here.

I was a little apprehensive at first, but Undono care talked me through the process and were very comforting and even fun to talk to! Rest assured, after the 20 minutes, I came out with my knees feeling better than they have in years! This is revolutionary! Ive had knee surgery and gone to acupuncture where it takes forevveerrrrrrr and Ive came out not knowing if the process was really worth it.I can guarantee this place was worth it to me! Painless, fast, and easy; no reason not to try it if you’re having constant pain anyways!
