BEWARE: I went to see Dr K on the referral of a friend, looking for simple filler and maybe to review my other options. My consult was with Dr K sitting less than 2 ft away; however he never evaluated my face, or even made eye contact at all. He immediately dismissed the topic of fillers such as juvederm as too heavy -- and said he is a master at threads. He handed me a brochure, flashed a cell phone pic and continued on about threads and that theyre so popular, his medical assistant makes between $3-4k/monthly Upon realizing that I lived locally, Dr K immediately handed me another brochure with a monthly club plan. No other options were provided, my specific needs were not even considered. Dr K then actually took a personal phone call, chatting away with a friend, while I sat there, waiting. Please note the Assist and Esthetician were both in the room, ignoring me as well, too busy laughing at something that looked remarkably like patient before/after pictures.. I left that office in tears. It takes some courage to visit a spa and contemplate medical as well as financial options--to be treated so disrespectfully and callously was overwhelming.Dr Ks subsequent apology to me included a reminder that he had provided a 5-minute FREE consultation, and felt insincere.Visiting a spa that provides medical services I expect to be given an evaluation, to communicate with professionals regarding options that are good for me personally, and to have any concerns thoroughly addressed. I also expect to be treated with kindness and respect. Apparently at Fountain Hills Med Spa the only thing thats a given is that these folks are interested in a one-size-fits-all plan, and billing the most for it.There are many places that specialize in providing different personalized treatments that help you to look good and feel good-- do not waste your time here.

I went to Dr. k for pdo threading .I had loose skin on my neck and wanted to smooth the appearance . I have several threads you can visible see across my neck . I have a barb poking from underneath the skin . It is very unsightly and uncomfortable. I have to lift my head up to wash my neck in fear of catching it with my finger . After a week , I went to another medical spa who performs the same procedure . They told me the barb would not smooth out as Dr. k assured me it would . I have contactedDr. K several times to rectify this situation. Heasked me wait 6 weeks and said it wouldsmooth out or he could manually go in and manipulate it ! It has been 2 months . I have contacted a plastic surgeon and have an appointment to have them surgically removed. Beware !

My wife had skin tightening treatment and was very happy and I hand some laser treatments to help with pigmentation, the esthetician who did the treatment was very professional and I have seen results. Overall very good organization and service.

I received a Botox treatment from Dr K and I am very happy with their services and results. They were flexible with my schedule and even fit me in after business hours. Dr K was very attentive, professional and provided great information about Botox and it’s after care that I hadn’t received from my previous provider. They provide other services such as skin tightening treatments which I have scheduled to do. Highly recommended!

I had Botox and was originally disappointed because it didn’t take. Dr. Karandish redid the Botox at no charge. The results were good and Dr. Karandish and his staff were courteous. This practice offers a wide variety of treatments which I will consider in the future.

I received Botox, Filler and PDO thread at this spa by Dr K , the best service and outcome. I highly recommend this med spa. Friendly staff and exceptional procedure done by Dr. Karandish. Prices are very fare too compared to Scottsdale area.

I called and the person answering had such an attitude I decided not to book. It was like they thought they were doing me a favor. No thanks, Ill go to Scottsdale.
