Initial interaction with front desk is wonderful and that is where the honeymoon ends! My husband has Covid and we have been attempting to work with 4C of Fountain Hills, our primary physician group, to get a prescription for cough medication for just short of a week now. Calls on Thursday were not returned until Monday and when the provider finally sent the prescription in on Tuesday to the pharmacy there was an error and it could not be filled. Calls to 4C in FH the next day were addressed by front office staff, again wonderfully, but when we had no answers by early afternoon about an update as to when the prescription would be ready we called back to 4C FH and received the following response, were working on it, if you dont hear anything by Friday, give us a call. If this were the case, it would have taken one full week and one day to have a prescription filled from our initial call! They seem to have no systems in place to handle anything other than a routine office visit. They are no longer our primary physician group!

I am 73 years old and sick right now, maybe a sinus infection, maybe a stroke, maybe a brain tumor for all I know. My dr can’t see me for a month and a half! They said they are booked up with wellness visits, no time for sick people! Guess the easy money is what they care about! I guess it’s time to find a new dr.

I was on the phone waiting to talk to someone for 48 minutes. This is ridiculous. The person answering took care of it promptly. You need better phone service, more help.

I was scheduled for a complete physical 2 weeks ago then, my appointment got rescheduled Dr. Summers will be out of the office.I reschedule for today. I have a BCBS of California, the Front desk was not very pleasant, she could not verify my insurance staying my policy was terminated but did not offer me to be Self pay. I called the insurance in the office for her and had the rep verify my insurance handed her my cell phone. Waste of my day, I worked in the medical field, she seems not properly trained. I was reschedule once again for three weeks from now. Your staff should be checking eligibility prior to the appointment. I have two insurance coverage, couldnt believe I will be turned away.We refer a lot of patients to your practice. Poor service.

Was on hold for over 50 minutes. #1 in line then disconnected. Called back, #9 in line. Message comes on, having a problem with the system. Very strange. Drove to the office, spoke with receptionist. Sent message to Dr. Summers to refill my husbands medication. CVS requested refill twice.

Went in for acute pain and was prescribed inadequate medicine. (Kaveh Karandish, MD never got within 4ft of me during the visit.) 3 days later I called and was promised a call back. NOTHING. Next day i went in for advice on what to do but Kaveh Karandish, MD refused to see me or refill the script. Pain is still there. They do however have my billing info.Response to negative review was 30 minutes... Response to call back 30 hrs and counting....Now they want me to make all correspondence PRIVATE! Btw they just cancelled my MRI.(They must not be getting a kickback from that service). Its all about billing the insurance!!! Pacient..... What pacient? Im A DOCTOR! I make a lot of money.... You dont tell me what to do!Took 6 weeks for referral to be sent correctly!

The receptionist was friendly, kind and patient with me. The Medical Assistant to Dr Sullivan was friendly, patient and kind to me. Dr Stacy Sullivan was kind, patient, attentive and listened to me. She was not rushing me and was very thorough on her exam of me. I highly recommend Dr Sullivan as a primary care doctor. I am grateful to find her to be my primary care physician. The girl that checked me out smiled, was patient and efficient with setting up my next visit with Dr Sullivan. Overall a 5 STAR New Patient visit.

Ever since 4C Medical bought out my former doctors practice, the prices have skyrocketed and the service has plummeted. Do not use 4C Medical! They are a large corporation and all they care about is profit, not care.

4C exhibits very poor communication and lack of concern for patients. They do not call you back, call in lab orders, refill prescriptions, call your back with results, etc. without multiple phone calls/e-mails/follow ups by you the patient. When you call it is very difficult to speak with anyone. I left this practice in the past but my new physician merged with them so I gave them another chance only to be disappointed again. Poorly managed company and if you value your health and communication with your health care provider I advise you to go to another practice.

This review is long overdue.I struggled with a number of random medical conditions(anxiety/depression, muscle cramps, fatigue, sleeping abnormal amounts) that no other doctor has been able to really assist with other than to try and write me a prescription and move on.Dr Jodi Novak was the first Doctor to suggest my issues may be due to a vitamin deficiency. After running some blood work we discovered I was indeed very deficient in vitamin D. I’ve been taking a supplement for 6 months now and am no longer struggling the way I was before. I would HIGHLY recommend!

I have been calling the 4C Medical Group office in Fountain Hills for a week now...nobody answers the phone, this totally acceptable! They need to hire a receptionist to answer/schedule appointments for their patients.

Love that I can call with an issue and Dr.Sullivan is always available to see me immediately! Her assistants and nurses are always so nice!!! I recommend them as much as possible!

This company has been billing my insurance incorrectly. My insurance and myself have called, and it still has not been resolved. Additionally, the voicemails I have left have not been returned. I would not recommend this business.Edit: I have emailed the business and have not received a response to the email.

Dr. Stacey Sullivan is a wonderful family practice physician. Shes a good listener, kind and caring.My husband had fallen 20 before his first appointment. He had a laceration in top of his head.. She made time to suture it on her lunch hour Saturday in us a tedious trip to the ER.
