Got my blood drawn today by Jennifer. Arrived early (7:30 am) and there was only 1 client in front of me. Check-in process was smooth, blood drawing was easy. No complaints here.

Got blood test with a young male phlebotomist. Even though my vessels are thin, he didn’t have problem finding right place. Zero pain during the procedures. He’s very professional and friendly. The other lady is friendly too. Wait is less than 5 minute with appointment. Thanks

The rudeness and incompetence is OUT of control here. Worst Quest I’ve ever run across. Only redeeming experience with this place is a young male phlebotomist, Mark, who seemed to have zero issue being friendly and competent. Thank you, Mark. You rock.

BILLING IS FRAUDULENT and beware when signing docs at check in. DO NOT get blood work done at Quest Diagnostics unless you want to pay additional money out of pocket for services that your insurance states you are not liable for. When you sign in at Quest they have you electronically sign a waiver stating that you will pay for services that the insurance company doesnt hold you liable for.The woman on the customer service line for billing apologized that it wasnt made clear and that a lot of older people dont take the time to read through the small print. The receptionist told me that what I am signing is to ensure that Im responsible for payment. Of course Im responsible for payment, but this is taking clear advantage of a patient. Ill never go to a Quest Diagnostic to get lab work done, opt for the hospital where they arent going to find loop holes to get more money out of you.

This Quest branch is the one I often use for my routine blood work. The waiting time never have been more than 10 minutes. Rima and Sam are doing a great job here!

I have gone twice to this facility and twice everyone was friendly and very accommodating. Without an appointment I did not wait more than ten minutes to have my blood drawn. They know exactly what they are doing and it was painless and seemingly effortless on their part.

Took over 7 days to get the results. And the tests they performed were not for these tests I actually went in for.Employees at this facility are extremely incompetent.

Stopped in for routine blood work this morning. I had an appointment but there was a short wait. The technician, Maria, was very pleasant and the experience was painless even though I have small veins. I will return to this location. Theres ample parking.

People with or without appointments were having to wait. Time on the scheduling system keeps changing. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Overall, it was a frustrating experience!

I made an appointment for 7:15am on a Thursday and was promptly seen soon after my appointment time. I was helped by Rima who was very polite, helpful and professional. She did a wonderful job of communicating to me what would be covered by insurance. She collected my blood samples expertly with very little discomfort and quickly. I was in and out in about 30 mins.

If I could give minus stars I would. I made an appointment online. Arrived on time. 20 minutes later the woman opened the door and said she had no appointment for me in fact another woman there had an the appointment. There were several walk ins so I would have to wait until they were also finished. The worst scheduling system I have ever seen! wasted my time!

Don’t come here.The staffs are incompetent. They literally take 30 Min to do lab routine on a patient and skip people with appointment.The staffs were also rude to those who were waiting.Some of the staffs had problems with communication as well, notably the front desk person.I had waited an hour, with appointment, and still wasn’t able to get lab test.I ended up leaving and wasting hours coming here.

Only one person working when I went there, although there weren’t many people so I didn’t wait long. Giving one star because results are taking too long. It’s not like they’re providing a free service, I’m paying a lot of money for tests—expect more for my money. When I was with Kaiser I’d have results in a day or two. It’s been over a week and still nothing.

Worst facility ever. They misplaced my test orders and kept my waiting for and hour. Then someone discovered my tests next to the fax machine.The lady working here was stupid and amateur. Unless it’s urgent or very simple test, don’t waste your time by coming here.

This location and Foster City is 10 times more comforting than the Other locations

Absolutely stupid hours, makes no sense. Show up in the AM for a TB test only to find out they refuse to do it in the morning. Thanks for wasting my time.

Second visit here. I did not have an appt either time; very short wait, courteous & professional staff, lots of free parking.
