I was seeing by Dr sambell in midlothian back 2017 I gotta told that he took my medicaid time of my appointment but 1 day before my appointment they called wasnt accepted medicaid patients at the time medicaid was secondary insurance

This office is horrible to patients and poorly run. Ive been a patient for over 10 years. When new management came in customer care left! I had a UTI, made and appointment and when I arrived they said they could not see me and it would be a week before I could see a doctor. This happened TWICE! I told the receptionist I was in pain and could not wait a week and was told to see a nurse in their office.Cynthia the receptionist was rude, indifferent and told me my only option was to go to the ER. No one smiles or attempts to welcome patients in the office. They are incompetent and unprofessional. Ive never written a negative review. As a physician s consultant, Ive seen hundreds of offices, this is one of the worst. Go see Dr. Collini in Ft. Worth.
