2017 MY GRANDMOTHER PASSED AWay while at Immanuel Healthcare BROKE THE families heart, BUT THE CARE she recieved while there was amazing. She was THERE for 2 years prior to such and it was An awesome expierence. We will Highly recommend this PLACE! TY 💗💗💗👏

The is the worse place ever, my sister went in for physical therapy and to learn how to live with dialysis, and came out with burns on both legs due to an incompetent doctor. In order to get records we had to buy medical records because according to the Social Worker, they do not give discharge papers. Do not and I repeat do not place your loved ones in this place. The only thing they care about is the money. I could give a -0 rating I would because 1 is still to high.

A very good place very clean very nice

Visiting at this facility on Christmas eve was so sad. At early afternoon the staff had most of the residence in bed. As we went down the halls to hand out gifts to the residents there was the smell of urine and feces. Many of the residence were crying. It was hard to see the CARE in healthcare that day.
