Terrible customer service especially the nurse ms. Stephanie!! No professional service at ALL!!! Called regarding MY child I placed in their hands and a simple misunderstanding, She hangs up in my face!! Called multiple times and all of a sudden she stepped out! Worst place I have ever taken my Son! Even if I have to drive I will pick MIllwood over this place!! Shame on this company, I’m already dealing with a behavior special child and this is the service I get?

Where do I start. For the sake of anonymity I dont plan on giving any identifying information. My child was accepted into their PCP program at their Keller location; all that seems to really mean is that our insurance covered it and they had an opening in one of their groups to place them in. During our time here we had the same therapist and teacher for class but went through two psychiatrists as the first one left the program. Within the first week of this program my child was given medication, no diagnosis just medication. Home sheet notes were ignored in regard to concerns about medication side effects and behavior attributed to them. Requests to speak with the doctors went unreturned, on several occasions. School time was a joke, my kid is so far behind now its absurd, its unacceptable. Group therapy seemed more like social hour; it was very obvious. I question how monitored the children are in this program due to the incidents we experienced and due to comments from staff members. My child is quite impressionable and seeks the attention and approval of others so they kept seeking that. (Think personality disorder type stuff.) When voicing this issue to the team it went unheard. Yes, they have you do family sessions that are okay but that is just to check the boxes for your insurance. None of the sessions felt productive. By the time we were done with this program they were on four medications- while no diagnosis had been made, mind you this is weeks after the first script is written. After seeing our doctor once completing this they informed us that the symptoms that were constantly written on their home sheet was medication induced. Since making the changes suggested and cutting the medication down life has been so much better in that aspect. However, I feel like the program was a detriment more than an aid. Mentally my child is no better than before. I feel like theyre just collecting insurance money and pushing pills. The staff did not seem motivated to do much at all.

My son has been going to the innovations outpatient program for approximately four weeks now. He came in talking back, with disrespectful behavior- not goal oriented to complete tasks and with anger issues. Since starting the program I have seen a decrease in his behaviors. They have gotten him started on some medication that is working well for him and they are very honed in on his behaviors and any side effects his meds are causing and responding quickly. From the front desk people, to the counselors, to the transportation team- everyone has done an outstanding job!!!!! They also gave me behavior charts to document how he is doing. He is learning great coping skills too. Highly recommend and thank you all!!

This is the best place to take your child in Ft. Worth. I have taken my son to Millwood, Sundance, and finally Mesa Springs (Innovations) did not see any results until he started at Innovations, the staff and counselors are wonderful and so caring. My son was a very tough case and I was considering homeschool before coming here.

This is the most unproffessional establishment ive ever had to deal with! Idk if these so call doctors/counselors have taken a day of schooling to deal with any patient type! I trusted my child in their care to insure his health & success was in the proper hands with his unfortunate mishaps! My child is very bright to say the less, but is not perfect... From Sept 11th to Sept 27th my child was In Out-patient & from 9/25 to 9/27 he went to in-patient with new meds... not allowing any time for it to work through his system... right after that is when yall gave up! Just threw in the tile as if you could no longer be successful in your own job! (Staff) I mean just 1 day! From Oct. 16th he returned to out-patient with Innovations and just like that day 1 youre done! I am truly disgusted with this facility! I feel like the staff has given up instead of propelling in the care of my child showing the knowledge and skills given by whatever institution/school that granted them their position in this field. I give them 0 stars on caring and treating each child individually and recognising that some children might need a little more patients! I Thank you for showing me that even the educated fails and as a single parent i was doing the best i could with the most favorable resources i have! I will not give up on my child as your facility has done over 1 simple issue! I appreciate your lake of wisdom leading me back to the kingdom and will leave this in the hands of God!
