Katy was very knowledgable and informative on products and procedures. During the treatment she was soothing and gentle while being through. I had some tratments never received before. Katy was excellent with explanation on what to expect. Afterwards, i was very pleased with the waxing, eyelash tabs, and chemical peelI was truly impressed n happy with everything and highly recommend.
