The doctors and staff are great. They really show that they care about their patients. The doctors are great. Everyone wants a doctor to be genuine and care about their patients health and they do. I love it. This doctor office is great I will give them the highest rating.

Everyone has been very supportive, sabrina long has especially helped with getting me rides to and from appointments, helping me by relaying information to my doctor and his staff concerning medical issues and just all around helping me with my transition from jps to caremore. I dont dred going to drs appointments anymore 😁

The first year was great. Staff was kind, thorough exams and explanations of results. Very attentive. This year however, I was supposed to get my yearly labs done at the beginning of this year. I had an appointment and missed their covid screening call for the day before by a minute. I called back twice that day and was told my doctor would call back. About a week or so later, I call again to reschedule that appointment and get told that Ill get a call back to make an appointment. After a few more weeks I call to make a refill appointment for my medicine. I get told again to wait for a call back. My pharmacist couldnt even get ahold of the office regarding my refills. Over 2 months of making calls only to be told Ill get a call, that has never come. I am currently out of my medicine now. CareMore has failed me and lost my trust. I WILL NOT be returning to this office.

I love Caremore and Dr Roy!!!! He has been the most amazing doc and has helped me so much! I can’t even begin to tell you how bad things were for me before I came here. He is so kind and caring and has helped me get on the right track so I’m living better. They even helped me with getting food for me and my family.

Company used to be good and organized around 2020 when I used to se Dr Roy. Now its Terrible! Can never reach doctor . Appointments are so far out .Doctors are always leaving. Front desk lady answering phones has a rude,dismissive,and I dont care attitude! Also keeps saying I missed my phone call appointment but I got no call or voicemail this is the 2ndthis happened definitely going elsewhere for Primary Care help.

Bad experience, unprofessional and rude staff, to make an appointment they make you wait a long time, when you ask them something about the laboratory they do not know, and when they finally give you the appointment they only have by phone. They make me sicker, its stressful talking to them, I dont recommend them. Do not put your Health on someone who is not professional, has poor communication, does not treat you as his patient. Health is not played. Bad experience from the reception, to some doctors.

My family who has this office as primary doctor and due to their insurance Medicaid they don’t have any options. My family has not been able to see or tele-see anyone not even a nurse or doctor in over 6 months maybe more. They were Ill several months ago and they were told get Covid tested first before they be “scheduled” for a visit. They got negative results and tried to make an appointment but Could Never get an appointment. If you can go somewhere Else, insurance permitting GO don’t wait for a call that never comes.

Called 3 times today starting at 8:30am no answer no option to leave a message. I tried the answer service and FINALLY after like minutes of ringing someone finally answered just to tell me “ o their in a meeting”

People really need to start being more patient I had no problems out of this place they seem to answer all of my questions and seemed very concerned and very professional I dont know whats up with all the negative reviews but I enjoyed my first virtual visit and I never been to give you food groceries if you need it for you and your children that is a blessing and this place deserve a five-star for their care that theyre giving to everyone❣️

Absolutely WONDERFUL!!I am a new patient and saw Dr. Newman. Her and her entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. I have a complicated pregnancy that disabled me from working so I had many questions that were happily answered. She took note that I was financially struggling and promptly had her staff put together 4 bags of groceries for me to take home to my family. I was floored! I had never had a physician take such good care of me from the moment I walked in the door. I never write reviews but this is well deserved. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Newman and the entire staff at the Rosedale location in Fort Worth.

Dr. Brown is fantastic, one of the best PCPs Ive ever had an experience with. She is very thorough and does an awesome job of incorporating patient wishes into care. Unfortunately that is very hard to find these days, and it is priceless to those with chronic health conditions!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Completely unprofessional and go back and fourth with what they say. Spoke to the manager and she is awful. I wouldnt have services here. ESPECIALLY during covid. They schedule “tele visits” and then never call and write no show in your chart as if you are the one who didn’t answer. Never got a call nor voicemail. When you call and are upset about it they “reschedule” for weeks out and then do the same thing. And they tell you one thing and do another. When you finally have enough and are upset they act like you’re the issue.

Yesterday was my first time using my insurance and I am very fortunate that Dr Sodimu and team accept it. It was hard to find a provider for Amerigroup. Crystal did my intake yesterday and could not have been more helpful and kind. Today I spoke was the Zenova (sp?) a nurse and she was also extremely helpful and acknowledged all of my concerns. I am really grateful to have found this group. I can highly recommend them!

I have been trying to get an appointment for months. At first it seemed hopeful but Ive already had a whole emergency major surgery before I could even get in to get a diagnosis. After 6 weeks of healing Ive tried again they called me once and the ONLY way to get scheduled is for someone to return your call. The one who answers the phone is rude that is if their automated closed message doesnt come on. Like no kind of schedule.

Unorganized , need more workers .

I asked Dr Roy to give me a prescription for a new glucose meter and he asked was anything wrong with the one I have now and I said its 5 yrs old and with a big smile he said he have shoes older than that and he still wear them. He had some older lady in there with him and introduces her as a nurses aide but I believe she was from amerigroup and he was trying to impress her, because she had no name tag on or nothing just plain clothes.She didnt even look like one. Tolerating Caremore until I find another Dr even if I have to change insurance plans.

The office was clean, and staff was polite and very helpful. The doctor was amazing! I have a 21 year old chronically ill, special needs son, who takes 22 meds a day, is catheterized, and has had a kidney transplant. Dr. Roy listened to me and asked questions. He examined Tyler, and we worked as a team to come up with a plan of care for him. He was engaging with my autistic son, and probably one of the best adult doctors we have seen in a while. I would definitely give this facility 5 stars.

I have been here three times and the past 2 i waited in the waiting room for 45 mins and then 30 mins then after the long wait my time was doubled to actually see my doctor and the last time after an hour of waiting i went to the desk and asked to reschedule she offered a week from then which is not helpful considering my appointment was an hour ago and im sick now. This is worst clinic i have ever been to and i will not be back.

Very nice and friendly office staff..when I called to make the initial appointment I spoke with gabby and she is so sweet and seems to love her job. My dad is always iffy of doctors because he finds it hard to find a doctor that will listen to him, wait time was very minimal and they listen to your wants and needs and do their best to put those things into motion. Doctor Roy probably spent and good 30-45 minutes in the room talking and listening to me and my dad go back and forth about what’s best for my father but he also would let his opinion be known and allow us to process it. He told us it was whatever we felt would be best in regards to trying to get my dads diabetes under control, since his past doctor didn’t care about my dads opinion. He offered advice & tips what to eat, what to stay away from so on and so forth. It’s a great place & great environment to be in, if I could give it more than 5 ⭐️ I would.....Special thanks to gabby for spending 20ish minutes on our initial call and cracking jokes with me and my dad in regards to his health. He may not be in the best health right now but that doesn’t mean you can’t have a sense of humor in some regard to it.

Edit: it took a month to get my lab results and still after multiple calls I never got the prescription issue resolved. My labs showed a severe vitD deficiency which btw my son that I donated my kidney to doctor informed me that is absolutely something I should see a nephrologist for! DO NOT GO HERE! They only accept Amerigroup because they are owned by Amerigroup!One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a doctors office! The PA comes into the room and introduces her self as Doctor so and so when in reality she is an RN. This should have been when I walked out the door! I explain I donated a kidney and need to follow up w nephrology and she says if it’s been 5 years with no problems it’s fine! This RN is not a kidney doctor or doctor at all! It only continued to get worse and worse! 6 day laters and I’m still dealing with trying to get the right code sent over for my prescription. If you value your health stay very far from this place!On a side note the lab lady was fantastic and the nurse who checked me in was also great. Unfortunately they are not who treat you and make medical decisions that could save your life or destroy it!
