Great place!Dr. Patel was very professional and thorough. For a routine eye exam, he really did a great job. I imagine hed be amazing for serious issues- Id definitely come here. Staff were patient & kind as I was concerned about what my insurance would cover. They took the time to explain things & tried to work it so I would pay less.

My mom went to Dreamworks Keller, they are super nice, very professional and really accommodating with our schedules. The staff and Optometrists are very knowledgeable and super helpful with my mom. Thank you for all your help !!

If your kids depend on glasses please consider going somewhere else. The doctors and staff were very professional and nice however my kids have been waiting on their glasses for 3 weeks (still not ready) after being advised they would be ready in 2 weeks my frames were available in only one week. We chose this office because it was close to our home I will be driving the extra distance to go back to luck optical they were able to rush the order and have my kids glasses ready same day so they had their glasses for class.

My Opthamologist used to be the Dallas Cowboys personal physician, so I assumed he would provide the best quality. I was wrong. Go to DreamWorks if you want the best eye physicians. Ive wasted time and money at so many places. DreamWorks was so helpful in getting me in quickly, diagnosing an illness no other doctor caught, and ensuring Im cared for. Im an RN, and I 100% will refer all my patients here.

I followed this practice from when they were in the Heritage Trace location. Never had a bad experience, not until the last two days.Due to an extremely sick family member, we had to make an emergency move out of state. During the move my contacts had been lost. Not really a rare occurrence whilst rushing to get to family. As a result, I needed to order new contacts, as my last pair have reached their end.Upon finding out my contacts were lost, I immediately thought to call, get my prescription and get them ordered. Utilizing 1800-contacts, amazing service by the way. Upon talking to dream works, I was offered the verbal prescription in addition to getting it faxed to a new doctor. Ive not had the chance to get a new doctor. Upon receiving the information needed to order, I submitted the order.Not 30 minutes after ordering the REPLACEMENT CONTACTS, I get notified that the order has been canceled. 1800-contacts promptly called me to discuss, as a result I find out that my prescription is expired and they need to get a ONE TIME extension, you know, to replace the aforementioned lost contacts. Come to find out, the prescription will not be granted this extension.So the lost contacts in the prescription that Ive had for years, and thats consecutive years of exams with no change mind you. Will not be granted an extension so a fiercely loyal patient is able to see for at least a few weeks, until I can find a new eye doctor.Loyalty and necessity clearly mean nothing. So sad to have to post this review, but there is no way that I will ever recommend a place that disregards emergency needs of their patients. Such a shame. The facade is fantastic, but clearly its just a shell of what was.

Best price I’ve found for a contacts and glasses exam. They were extremely friendly and fast. I appreciate the straight to the point but the explanations when it came to my eye health. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Pathetic Customer Service. They require a -ve Covid test even though the person tested positive 4 weeks ago. We were just being honest and disclosed the +ve. Otherwise they would not have known and discriminated us like this. Really nonsense, because even at work they dont ask for a -ve test. We can take the business elsewhere.

I don’t often write review but I think this office deserves more credit than what you see online. I’m a little surprised to see that they even have negative feedback from customer. I was there one day and saw what some of these real hard to deal with customers put the staff through. They sure have the patience that most won’t be able to offer. Just take me for example I’m a very ocd picky person so I have been using the same frame for a few years. They were very expensive frames but felt like I’m wearing no glasses. Frameless around the eyes and super lightweight. Dr.Nguyen and the lab manager had been working very hard to make sure I’m happy with my glasses on every visit. I’m a satisfied customer and will come back for sure. I told my coworker to go there too. So far he has no complaint.

Friendly, fast and thorough. Scheduling online was simple and I several appointment time to fit my schedule. Violette greeted me with a smile and took me back and performed initial screenings. Dr. D Nguyen was great at explaining exam, educating and answering questions. Andy helped me chose my glasses and lenses and had my glasses cut to perfection and ready within 15 minutes! He really did a great job!

Had a 9am appointment, when they opened and the receptionist was very polite and courtesy, the dr was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice and exam, and the piece was very reasonable. I would recommend this to anyone, that wants a good deal and great service.

I lost my old glasses at a hotel in Dripping Springs TX the previous weekend. After selecting the pair I wanted, I asked how soon it would be before I could get the new pair. I was told about two weeks Due to the type I was getting. I explained to them my situation about the lost glasses. They said if I could wait a while they would cut out a pair for me so that I could drive safely. Thats what I call services above and beyond!! Thank You! I am a patient for life. Professional, friendly, efficient ... Ive been a vision patient for 2+ years and had them put new lenses in existing frames. My husband has also had an eye exam and purchased glasses. We are very happy customers, highly recommend!

Please take your vision needs some place else. My husband odered lens around March and never got a call to pick them up. So we went in about 14 days ago . We had to pay more money for a whole new pair of glasses because the Nike frames were garbage. The place wouldnt be able to com the 30 extra dollars because its not their glasses they have to send them back for a warranty type situation. We have to constantly call and check to see where glasses to see are?? Un acceptable. There always seems to be a reason why his glasses are not ready. Do yourself a favor and make sure you have an extra pair of glasses before you deal with this place.

Staff was really nice but they gave me the wrong prescription after I told them it wasnt strong enough! Also paid $500 just for lenses and they feel so cheap and smudge so easy! Got the anti glare and lights at night look the same!

This place is great. Dr. Nguyen and all the staff here were super nice and very thorough explaining everything and answering all questions. I requested an appointment online and the very next morning they had an opening available and saw me right away. I was able to order contacts in office and they assured me that I could get another trial pair if needed since my contacts will take some time to arrive. They even gave me a coupon for $10 off at the nail salon next door! Very pleased with my visit with them and would recommend others to try them out.

I just move to this area and went to Dreamworks Vision for an eye exam and Dr. Nguyen was very thorough the best I have seen yet and I have had some awesome Optometrist. The awesome service did not stop with him every person I dealt with was awesome. I went back later to get glasses and received amazing costumer service from David and Andy. They were very thorough, knowledgeable and explained all of my options. You cannot go wrong here; oh did I mention they also have provide Dental and Orthodontics.

I was recently here for a glasses exam. I was very happy with the service. I had some anxiety about trying a new doctor since I just moved but Dr. Nguyen was so attentive, informed, and patient in spite of me having so many questions. The staff was wonderful as well, Andy helped me out greatly with picking the right frame for myself. Moving was hard but I know for sure I wont be missing my old doctor. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get an eye exam.

Dreamworks is the place to go if you want to make your life easier! My son had a dental appointment today at Dreamworks Dental and I had my eye contacts appointment at the Dreamworks Vision side! Two birds with one stone! I wasnt thinking of getting new glasses, but their selection was so great that I decided to get a new pair. (Dior was calling my name....) The staff are kind and they took their time to get to know what I like and dont like. I didnt feel rushed at all and that made all the difference! All in all, 5 stars for Dreamworks!

I saw Dr. Nguyen at another office in Alliance Towncenter, but I followed him to this office when that one closed down. He and his staff are all knowledgeable and friendly, and the office is nice and clean. Andy helped me pick out the right glasses for me and made sure that I was happy with what I was getting. Young, inexperienced employees. I went in to purchase frames only and was told they needed my prescription to file with insurance. After contacting VSP, that is NOT true. Train your employees better.VSP is the insurance company and they have their rules and regulations. My providing you with my prescription to purchase frames only is NOT required. After leaving your office I went elsewhere and purchased my frames using my VSP insurance and they did NOT require a prescription. That must be your office policy NOT VSPs. Once again, train your employees better.BTW - the office manager did not return my call and when I called her back not only was she rude and unprofessional she should learn how to use proper grammar.
