I cant say enough about how great Team Enoch is regarding HVAC replacement.Their pricepoint is no nonsense and better than anyone in the area for the exact same devices. They were one of 5 companies I consulted, and beat them all.Ivan and Ricardo were great on the install, and left my AC closet and compressor areas cleaner than before. The install was very clean and done with care. All of this done in about 6-7 hours.The owner Miles is straight forward and very informative.I would say the only thing I had to worry about was waiting a few days because they were extremely busy. But as the saying goes, good, fast, and cheap. Pick 2. I am glad I went with them.

Communication and integrity was severely lacking with this transaction!! I researched many companies and ended up selecting them because the representative I spoke to CONVINCED me that the other company I initially sent to my home (to clear a clog) was going to overcharge me by hundreds of dollars. After my continued research, I informed the rep I was quoted $1300 to do the job with a competitor. After I sent the rep the quote, he agreed (in text/writing) to match the price. I discussed needing video footage for reimbursement and told the rep I would schedule/push the timing of the job out until the footage was reviewed. The video was completed and I paid team Enoch the $300 fee on Oct 8th. Life happened, my father had a stroke that week and I have been at his bedside for most of this month. I call to schedule the appointment for the work today and was sent an updated quote of $1780 a price jump of 27% in less than 30 days?? WHAT???? The first company was charging me $2,167 for the camera work and repairs. Hmmmmm... feels very much like bait and switch today as the net difference is just $87. My family owns a construction company and our quotes are good for 30 days. I dont have the time or bandwidth to do additional research at this point in time so will move forward to ensure my tenants are fine!! The only message back to me from Team Enoch was unfortunately prices keep going up, just let us know if youd like us to come and install for you. JUST WOW!!!It would have been nice to receive a phone call from the rep that made the original commitment rather than receiving the abrupt...take it or leave it e-mail about prices continue to go up. There were many in person phone calls when we were originally discussing price matching. This complaint is about customer service professionalism and integrity not about Team Enochs actual physical work product.They decided they could not work with me now or in the future because I posted an unhappy review.

TeamEnoch replaced my old air conditioning and heating systems, and the work they did was so good it borders on the unbelievable. Two very professional technicians showed up exactly on time, worked for 11 hours straight in really horrible conditions (a cramped attic in 95-degree heat) and did the whole job in one day! To top it off, their company’s price for all this was significantly lower than other estimates I had. This is a great company. I can see why they have won so many awards.

We used Enoch before for some electrical work and were happy with the result, so we decided to get them out for our AC issues. Greg was the tech who arrived. He was prompt and professional. No one wants to hear bad news when it comes to repairing a major appliance, but he was a straight shooter and very personable. I spoke with Denise in dealing with with my AC issues. She was courteous and very pleasant. The customer service at this facility is on point. Positive experience all around.Update:Greg (not Gary!) and Brent came out to fix my AC and between the two of them they knocked it out in no time at all. I appreciate the care and efficiency they had in repairing my unit. Yall need to give these pros a raise. They did an amazing job!

I’ve yet to have a bad experience with Enoch. I’ve recently had both of my 20 year old AC units replaced by Enoch. Their service techs know what they are doing. Unlike some of the AC companies we had used previously.

They added Surge Protectors to main panel and AC units. I felt they got the job done quickly and charged a reasonable rate. I was able to get a free quote by sending a few pictures and describing the work to be done. The job was completed to my satisfaction. I would definitely call them next time I need electrical work.

Warning warning warning! Don’t deal with this company, RUN AWAY!!! Team Enoch is at least to say horrible! This company caused us a very painful experience and property damage which was confirmed by two different contractors. They installed the HVAC, and exactly after 24 hours it started leaking condensation water into the interior wall. Turned out that they blow the bathroom vent pipe lose inside wall and never tested it to make sure it’s functional. The same pipe they broke lose was used for very long time without any issues. More lever there were other vent pipes next to it that were brand new to use if they would have verified that they broke it. We understand that accidents happen during installation but our shock and disappointment was When we called the costumer service and explained the damage they caused to our property! Denise in costumer service answer was “ Do you wanna a free plumbing repair?!” shame on you Denise! Someone like you should never work in a costumer service. Karma will get you back! You may not always be able to help costumers but you should at least show some respect. We paid this company over $9000 and they caused us property damage!We could of course not trust them anymore and hired a contractor to fix the leak. I encourage you who are considering this company to run far as far as you can and look for another place, not all saving are good saving! We regret so badly that we did not read the negative reviews because they’re true! We assume that the positive reviews are paid because this company from our experience can’t either perform a good job or show respect to their costumer. We encourage you to look the complaints at Better Business Bureau. You will be shocked how bad this company!! The owner of the company, Miles, has serious attitude problems, no room to talk about it here. We will spread this review on every platform, neighborhood, family and friends to save people from having painful experience like we ours.

We’ve used Team Enoch for several years. We heard about them through a friend after much frustration with other companies. They are always fair, friendly, and do everything they can to get to us in a timely manner. Great people to do business with and I appreciate their service. Our house was hit by lightning yesterday, all systems are up and running today!

This happened in the Feb winter storm this year. I called and got the quote on Tue while the plumber came in on Sun, so this is definitely not an emergency call; and I was just asking how much if the plumber could check on my dishwasher while he was here, which is not an emergency call either given the timeframe. If she had said that its emergency call, I wouldnt have asked the plumber to do it at all because its a minor problem. Then I got an invoice of $200 for less than 10 mins of checking of the dishwasher as if this is an emergency quote. Also I was told that later I am not qualified for financing as I was told during the initial quote call. Another discrepancy! The owner also claims that he was doing me a favor. Please dont claim that as 1st the fee wasnt that low 2nd I felt that I have been rubbed as I was charged for $200 for basically nothing, let alone that this all happened during a winter storm that I was out of hot water for 1 week while every decent people has been trying to help each other. Definitely wont ever use/trust this company again!Please dont contact me again. The $200 was waived when I told the owner that I am not gonna pay something that I was not supposed to pay and I WOULD LEAVE FEEDBACK EVERYWHERE I CAN, then the owner said to waive the $200 and never in business again. Yeah, I dont plan to work with you ever again. However I am not gonna be treated like this (If I slapped your face for nothing then say sorry, are you gonna be ok with that?) and do nothing. Customers need to know what kinda business this as.

From quote to completion Enoch was by far the best experience I’ve had with AC companies. They installed 2 American Standard units for me in the same day. Very professional and the best price of any of their competitors. All of those big guys that advertise every morning we’re 2x the cost! By the way had them install the Halo LED air purifiers and they are amazing! Thank you Enoch.

It is never the problem that makes you mad, but how a company responds! I had a water heater installed and the very next morning, our showers were cold and the pilot light was out. The pilot light should not have gone out within 12 hours of it being installed. I called around 8 am Saturday morning and by 10 am, I had a plumber at my house - that is quick service! In addition, there were issues with the bill and after a couple of pleasant emails, the situation was resolved to my satisfaction and I paid the bill. In addition, someone from the office called me to discuss the bill and he was extremely pleasant as well. Again, problems always come up with things that get done around your house and your feeling towards that company is how a company responds to an issue, rather than the issue itself.

I called several electricians in the area and Jeremy at Enoch had great knowledge about what I needed, showed confidence in helping me, worked with my scheduling, and was upfront with all costs. It was because of these clear responses that I have chosen Enoch to complete my electrical project needs!

I replaced my old water heater with a tankless water heater. I absolutely love it! Team Enoch had the best prices and the plumbers installed the new unit quickly.

I run a car wash here in Plano Texas. I have used Enoch for electrical and plumbing 3 other times. They have always done good work and were punctual and professional, until this last time.Thursday 8/13 I called about a leak on the main by our street. I was told the earliest they could get out was Tuesday. Wanting to give them the business because, in my head, we had a professional relationship established I told them I would wait for them to come fix it.They never sent anyone out to look at the leak to see what was required. They never called with questions.So for the past 4 days I have been wasting water in waiting for their crew to come fix it.Tuesday rolls around and a single guy shows up, I am curious because I told them the leak was underground and they will have to dig to it, and he looks at it and tells me he cannot fix it.So I call Enoch and they tell me there is nothing they can do. They “didn’t know the scope of the job” when I told them exactly what the job needed when I spoke to them Thursday.So they pretty much lost a good returning customer because they have an internal communications issue.So now I have DNA plumbing coming out, same night have you, to fix what Enoch could not.A week ago I would have verdantly recommended Enoch. Today, I would not.

And after a few minutes of speaking was able to set up an appointment.The plumber, Brian was extremely polite, professional, and kind. We had a leaking water heater and they were able to send out a plumber with very little warning. Juan arrived on time and had everything taken care of within no time. We ended up replacing the water heater and were very happy with the price. All around class act from Team Enoch. They will be our only call for plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and electrical from now on. Make sure to ask for Juan if you are having plumbing work done!

I recently hired Enoch to take care of replacing my HVAC (condenser, evaporator, blower motor, heater, etc), my water heater, and my roof during a major remodel of my home. I shopped around a good bit, but theirs was the best bid in terms of both quality and price. I had lots of questions, and the owner and his workers were very patient with me in answering them all.
