Each of the staff were super kind and caring, from start to finish. I could tell they were all genuine in their love for animals and people. They instantly put me at ease to leave my fur babies over the weekend. Photos of my cats were sent each day along with a sweet message. PetSuites has a great business model and concept, but its the people working day in and day out that really make PetSuites greatness. Thank you!

We absolutely love Pet Suites Alliance for our furbaby Fiona. The staff is super caring. The facility is spotless clean and she is always happy and clean when we pick her up. I feel confident leaving her there that she is getting the best care around. Pet Suites changed the game for our family! My pup came in with fear aggression and the managers here spent time with her one-on-one when it was unnecessary to make sure she felt comfortable. We have been coming here for a few months now and I will never take her anywhere else!! Even on her first birthday they went above and beyond and sent me this cute photo!!

My baby comes here multiple times a week and he loves it. Always comes home exhausted from a good day. All the kids that work there are super sweet and you can tell have a passion to be there. They’re always super helpful and attentive. Bonus points because they’re open later than other places around and all day Saturday and Sundays so working folks can feel better about having a busy work schedule. Love when they send me pictures of my dog during the day.

Bella has been attending Puppy Preschool since she was 12 weeks old. She is now 6 months old and graduating to big girl playtime! I love PetSuites at Alliance. They are so sweet to my Bella. She gets so excited when I turn into the parking lot. They are clean, attentive, sends us report cards and even pictures. It is a Blessing to have a place for her to learn how to interact with other dogs and people.The bonus is all the puppy energy gets ran out of her at school. She comes home...eats and crashes for the whole evening. Especially when her besties Winston and Casper are there. I promise you wont be disappointed. You will love this PetSuites!

The front desk staff were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable dropping off my dog off for the weekend. They sent me a photo and texted me updates while I was away. They were able to try to make my dog less anxious and stressed. When I picked him up, he seemed to wanted to stay longer! I even had the option for late checkout! He also got a report card of his stay and they mentioned his love for sunbathing. This tells me that they actually watched and observed my dog during play time which means a lot to me! I definitely recommend it here!

The staff takes wonderful care of my special needs dog. They have great communication and my boy is haooy and tired when I pick him up at the end of the day.

It was our first experience taking my 5 month old husky there. Ive heard great stories about this place. Every staff member was amazing to my daughter and I. I requested at the last minute for a shampoo and nail trim for my puppy and even though the groomer was super busy that day and fully booked he made the time to come and talk to us and explain how he does the grooming on the dogs and was able to fit her in that day!! I left her there that day to play and knew they would take care of her. The best part was when I picked her up she had a report card for puppy preschool which was the cutest ever!! I recommend taking your puppies here. The staff is so helpful and explain & answer all your questions & concerns. Thank you guys at PetSuites Alliance!! I cant wait to bring her back.

We are beyond impressed with the care our Mini Aussie received while we boarded him. He has separation anxiety but the staff went above and beyond to make him comfortable! And they went out of their way to make us comfortable knowing we were worried about him, with updates via text and phone. I cannot say enough good things about PetSuites Alliance. We will never go anywhere else. They truly care.

The people here are truly pet lovers. They are not just filling a spot for a paycheck. They take care of your babies when they visit or stay for a couple nights. I cannot say enough good about EVERYONE there.

I had an amazing experience with the PetSuites staff at the front desk and over the phone via text when confirming my booking! My dog seemed a little stressed after being there, but this was not by any means due to anything that the staff did, they were great. My dog just gets nervous in those settings, so I am actually quite proud of the way he did while he was there! My only reason for the 4 stars is because when booking your pets stay, you have the option to add on various grooming services for your dogs, while on their website it states (in a very well hidden spot I might add) that they do not currently offer grooming services due to the fact that they do not have a certified groomer on their staff. So why have it in the booking options already? I dont know, but otherwise, I was very pleased with everything else about the place!

We boarded our two dogs here for one night last weekend so had filled all the paperwork out and they should have been familiar with our dogs when we boarded them for a second time a week later. We had to pay a late check out fee of $20 per dog because we could not be back by noon. We had to board them for two night this weekend and discussed the different play packages this time and found out that it actually would have been cheaper to buy the play package that comes with a late checkout, but the person who I made the reservation with didn’t even discuss any of these options with us. We drop them off for stay number two, which we had booked over the phone to get details on the play packages. We drop them off and find out they can’t be in group play because our dogs are not fixed (they knew this and we were still allowed to pay and book this option only to find later they weren’t eligible). They said they needed a signed contract (this should have been done on the first stay but wasn’t). This makes me really wonder how well paperwork, shot records, etc get reviewed and what risks this poses for the dogs there.When we went to pick them up yesterday evening no one could tell us any information, when they were given play time, if they had eaten dinner, nothing. I am now not convinced they even got their play time we paid for and were left in their kennels for two days. I had packed an entire extra days worth of food just in case something happened and we had to extend the trip. They came home with no food! Their food bags were completely empty. So they were likely given double the amount of food they should have been! They also came home with their dental chews that should have been given after dinner. I called today to discuss these concerns and spoke with the assistant manager who was completely worthless and couldn’t speak to any of this. She made no efforts to make any of it right, only stated she would look into it and made multiple excuses about them being short staffed. I am incredibly disappointed in this experience and we will not be boarding here again!

This was a horrible experience before we even got the reservation booked. About a month ago my husband and I took the time to go to the location to take a tour and get information about day boarding our 2 small yorkies while a new roof is being put on our house. We have one yorkie that is extremely scared of loud noises, and we felt that this would be the best option on the days the workers were at our house. We looked at all the areas and were satisfied with the tour and info provided. We decided on the luxury suite for them both as they could stay together, and it would be the least stressful on them both. We were told to book this as an overnight stay, but it would NOT be an issue if we came and picked them up each day. Fast forward to booking, we finally got the dates from the construction company; so, I called to make the reservation. I told them the dates and what I wanted to do, and the employee suggested that I book online because of the amount of information that they had to take down. She NEVER mentioned that what I wanted and WAS told that I could do was NOT an option. I go online and fill out all the information and wait for the confirmation. My phone rings about 30 minutes later, saying unfortunately that I could not book the luxury suite for day boarding. WHAT? that is not what we were told we were took the tour and spoke to the employees in person. PLUS, I literally just spoke to someone, and they didnt indicate this wasnt an option! WHAT A JOKE!I offered to pay the overnight fee, but I wanted to pick them up each night. NO, I even offered to pay full price for BOTH dogs, so she put me on hold to speak to a manager and after about 5 minutes on hold, she came back on and said that wasnt an option. What a HUGE waste of my time today and NOT to mention the time we spent going on the tour, etc. Training employees on the business policies, procedures, etc. is a lost art, I guess. Also, if you have a special request you might want to get it in writing before wasting your time. NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE WONT BE USING THIS BUSINESS ANYTIME.

Tje people here are the best. They have a small pool for the pups to play in. I have taken my dog to day care for almost 8 years, this is the next best thing as him being with me. They love on him like I do. He cannot wait to go back.

Thank you , PetSuites, for taking such great care of our baby, Tucker, while we were on vacation. I was so nervous leaving him because of our last experience with another boarding facility. The last place allowed him to get out and he spent a week out roaming in the woods until we could get back into town. It was a nightmare! Yall went above and beyond to make his stay safe and you kept me up to date on how he was doing the entire week we were gone. He even got to have his own Thanksgiving meal and made a super cute Thanksgiving craft. You all are amazing and we will definitely use you again and will recommend you as well.

Good boarding but one of the staff gave us very impatience attitude since we demanded to have communication access very clear by using lipreading or writing notes. This green hair staff kept on talking too fast, we had to tell her to slow down or write down. Her eyes were rolling up in front of us. She kept on talking to other staff and communicated with us at the same time. Very rude attitude approached.

We had our first experience with PetSuites Alliance during their Howlapalooza event at the end of October. We had our two dogs stay there for a week. All interactions with the staff were very professional and helpful. From my very first inquiry, to picking up the dogs was an incredibly positive experience. What stood out the most is they were very eager and willing to help and had regular clear communication while getting everything set before the stay and during the pets stay with photo and text updates. I also appreciated that I could tell they genuinely loved my dogs and seemed experienced and understanding with handling different animal personalities. I also appreciate that the experience can be so personalized to my animals needs from options to allow pets to stay together, accommodating eating needs that is also closely monitored, to flexible options for play time (personal one and one or group play). While we participated in the promotional offer from what I understood the normal rates are very competitive but offer a ton of value. As I am sure many of you can appreciate, it can be hard to find someone you trust to take good care of your furbabies at an affordable price. I would 100% bring both dogs back for another stay in the future. Thank you PetSuites Alliance for taking such good care of our pups!

Pet Suites took excellent care of our fur babies! Despite the snow storm, we felt like they were in great hands because they were good at communicating and letting us know what was going on when we were out of state. We LOVE their facility, it’s so nice, spacious and clean. Especially for our active GSP. They also gave us a sweet Valentine’s Day card with our fur babies pictures !:)

This was my first time using this type of service for my fur baby Hamilton. I was pretty worried about how he would do because he was a twice surrendered shelter rescue. The staff there was exceptional kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. They were very responsive and great with communication. They went above and beyond, in my opinion!

I recently took my dogs to PetSuites Alliance for a spa day. Were new to the area and this was our first visit. The staff was very prompt & responsive to my initial inquiry. I was put at ease and felt very comfortable dropping them off for the day. My younger Boston had an absolute blast! I know he had a great time in group play because he went to bed early that night when he got home! My older dog is a little more nervous (especially after our recent move). He was more fearful so the staff tried to gently coax him into the play area (he preferred to sit out). They were very patience and understanding with him. I was impressed with the facility & the staff, well be returning soon!

Left my dogs for one week and one dog had pneumonia. Another visit one dog came home with kennel cough. My little dog had bites on his ear. Not very attentive

These folks are true dog people! they took care of my babies and sent me daily pictures and updates and had fun with them. I have a hard time leaving my fur babies but felt totally comfortable after this experience - they truly care! I have never had this good of an experience with boarding, they dont just house your pets they visit and play with them and I got a report card on how they did! one of my dogs was a little shy and they worked with her I could see how comfortable she was with staff when I picked her up. Cannot sing their praises enough!

I love Pet Suites at Alliance!!!! They are so friendly and professional. And I was really nervous at first because my dogs have separation anxiety. One of them passed the first evaluation with flying colors and my other fur baby didn’t pass because she wasn’t sure about her surroundings. But they took it day by day and she passed! Now they can’t WAIT to go!! They’re just wiggling their tails when they know we’re close!!! And I love the text updates they give me throughout they day!! ❤️

The staff at Pet Suites is fantastic!! Everyone loves on Artie & pays attention to him all day. He enjoys his visits there & comes home pretty tired out. The staff sends a picture during the day of what he is doing. The facility is very clean & for me a great location so my dog & I can go to work together!!

We left our Bear here for his first weekend away from us. My wife had visited several or more places to board him. He is 18 months and is completely housetrained. When we picked him up on Sunday afternoon his paws were completely soaked and worse, his bed was also completely soaked. We learned the pets boarded here must go from 8 pm to 7 am without being out to do their business. We had to bathe him when we arrived home and wash and dry his bed. Obviously they hose down the enclosures and do so even if the pet is inside. If they did this every day it means not only was our dog not let out within an appropriate time, it also probably caused him to sleep in a wet bed. I will never use this facility again. The manager did call. She apologized and gave us a $50 credit for a next stay. Yeah right!! Im going to bring my dog back there to be mistreated again!! Not no, but hell no!!! Dont go by the glowing reviews. If you love your dog, look elsewhere. Please!!

My pet stayed here three days.Plus, I added a grooming package. His cut was nice, but he was sheeding a lot even though he supposedly got the extra desheeding package. At other groomers that isnt the case.He seemed happy when we picked him up. However, we added and extra potty break plus photo updates and they only sent one pic a day. That wasnt worth 30 dollars a day. Also, the treats that they gave my.pet gave him stinky breathe. I would definitely recommend booking with out extra add ons because its not worth the.money. Oh yeah, and while I was waiting for my pet at check out I repeatedly heard one of the caregivers yelling at the dogs. I really have mixed feeling about this place.

I have boarded my lab twice at Pet Suites and if I could rate them with a 10 star I would. The staff is amazing!! My dog LOVES being there. Best experience I could possibly have!!!! Fully recommend in every way!

Couldn’t be happier with this place! My wife and I have been searching for a great place to take our dog for daycare/boarding. We were able to go for a tour, the staff is super friendly, the place is very clean and well kept, the play areas are a good size and they have beds set up if your dog wants to lounge, the inground pool is an added bonus. My dog loves going there for daycare and I know he is very well taken care thanks to all of you!

My dog Ellie stayed there for the first time and loved it! This place is clean and nice! My dog stayed over Thanksgiving and brought home a painting she did of a turkey!!! It was so cute! I definitely recommend this place for your fur babies!!

Pet Suites Alliance is new and if it’s not new it sure looks like it is! The caretakers working there are true animal lovers and true professionals. They keep in touch with you up until your stay date and continue to communicate with you during your pets stay as well as follow up afterward. The best part about dropping off our Lab with PetSuites was being able to get updates about him via text while we were out of town. When I followed up about the pup, I received a response that he was...SWIMMING 😍 Literally having as much fun as I was having on vacation. Can’t say enough good stuff! 🥰

Red, my Golden Doodle absolutely loves going to PetSuites to play. Everyone is so nice, the place is so clean and spacious. There are so many things for the dogs to do, there are things to crawl on and over and even a bone shaped swimming pool. I will definitely be taking Red back for some playtime with his friends. PetSuites is amazing!!! Try them out and you will love them just like Red does.

I would like to say this pet resort by far has been the best place my fur baby’s have been to. They have been to a couple different ones and like your kids you want the best treatment and service for your loved ones. The girls that work here love my boys as if they were there’s. The first day we were there they offered me a tour of the whole place and showed me where my boys would be sleeping and playing. I’ll continue take my boys here and would recommend anyone who has fur baby’s to give them a try , you won’t be disappointed.

All the Staff really seem to Love there Job and Dogs too. They make my Cutie feel so special. She always gets excited to go to Day play and see her Fur Friends and staff. I get pictures of my Fur baby everyday, and it makes me feel that my Doggie is in the best care..

We visited PetSuites for their Fall Festive day and my pup loved it! She was worn out afterwards and the staff were all very nice. The only downside is they don’t have cameras to watch your fur baby like other facilities offer. We will definitely be back for future play dates! I recommend!

My 4 month old puppy spent the day at puppy preschool. I was. Dry I pressed with the facility and their treatment of my baby. I would highly recommend it.

Having just moved to the area, we were looking for a safe, fun place for our dogs to stay and play when we learned about their Howlapalooza event. After touring the facility and being pleased with how clean it was and how friendly the staff are, we took our fur babies there... And they LOVED it! Our dogs are always so happy to go to PetSuites. They run right in the door - tails wagging - which tells me they feel safe, happy and relaxed there. In addition to taking great care of our babies, the PetSuites team does fun extras like birthday and holiday pictures and sends updates throughout the day via text so you can get a glimpse into how your pups spend their day. We cant say enough good things about our experience with PetSuites Alliance!

I have been searching for the perfect place to take my dog and finally found it with PetSuites. The staff is always so excited to see him and I trust that he is taken care of when he is in their care. Plus, you can’t beat the hours and the location!

Brought my two corgis for DayPlay and the staff was super friendly and welcoming! We took a tour of the new facility and I was impressed with the multiple play areas and overall cleanliness. I’m happy that we finally have a boarding/daycare place so close to home!

So glad this place just opened down the street from us! The staff is very friendly and fun, the place is clean, and dogs aren’t kenneled for half the day like other places in the metroplex. My pup comes home happy and sleepy! Best daycare/ DayPlay we’ve experienced in DFW!!
