Amazing, caring staff and great facility. Very organized. Very professional. Dr Patrick Williams was great. He was very knowledgeable and good at explaining my issues. On top of all of that, he was very financially conscious about the testing he offered to me to avoid “breaking the bank” for unnecessary tests. He focused on what was the most important and even gave a great discount for me as a cash payer.

The only thing better than dealing with TRA would be not needing to deal with TRA. I dont have that option.A good friend recommended Dr. Spencer after another ophthalmologist blew me off. He looked at my eyes and my medical history and said We can help.He did.

The overall experience is excellent. The facilities are convenient and nice, the staff, nurses and doctors are pleasant and take time to answer your questions and provide you adequate information as needed. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the services that I receive here.

Dr. Choi is SO fantastic! I went from not being able to read any lines on the eye chart AT ALL, (just a big gray spot on the wall) and terrified I was going blind, to having 20/20 with the pinhole filter. I am so very very thankful to Dr. Choi and his assistants. Everything was explained in laymans terms and my eyes were a complete 180 less than 2 months. Everyone Ive encountered at Texas Retina are so friendly, quick and efficient. I highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would.

No real reguard to patients stuck in the waiting room that is very hot and no water available to drink. Older seniors need to hydrate every hour. Plus patients with diabilites are not accomodated at this office. Staff was rude and not helpful to the the steps needed to get to see the doctors.

The staff are very polite & helpful. I found the doctor to be very understanding & helpful. He was careful to explain everything to me & made sure that I understood exactly what is going on with my eyesight.

Everyone was very friendly here. The office is very nice and large. The doctor I saw was really nice and did a nice job explaining everything and I feel confident he will take care of me while in every stage of my diagnosis.

Dr. Anderson is one of the best. He saved my eye & went beyond to help. I highly recommend them, but remember nothing is guaranteed.

Office staff is rude, impolite and not helpful. Doctor is an ...hole!
