Receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful

Dr Richardson and his staff did a outstanding and professional job on my surgery. It’s very refreshing to deal with such a professional and helpful organization in this day. Clearly, the example and leadership of the doctors in the group are instrumental in creating this environment of kindness and comforting given the nature of my cancer. The MOH surgery results were a total success and dealt with in the kindness manner. Thank to the entire staff at Mira Vista Surgical Dermatology.

Highly recommend Dr Richardson and all the staff. I’ve had three procedures successfully performed and all of the staff are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, competent and caring. My experience covers all dealings with them from pre-op through post-op.

Julie Cook, Aesthetician, is amazing! She has been treating me for years. She has a magic wand with botox and fillers! Ive been to many different offices and Ive learned it takes experience, and more importantly, an artists eye to keep it all looking natural and Julie has that special touch.

I went to Mira Vista after my General Derm recommended I see a MOHs specialist. I saw Dr Stewart and she was as friendly, personable and most important thorough with her examination and explanation. After a simple, pain free procedure I was out in no time. I returned for a check up at the wrong time but another specialist, Dr Richardson saw me and he was equally as personable and professional. I would highly recommend Mira Vista Dermatology. Don’t go to the closest to you, go to the best.

If you need a dermatology procedure this is definitely the place to go! Dr. Richardson and his staff are are exemplary. I have recommended them to friends who are needing services. I feel we have been blessed that Mira Vista is available here in the metroplex. I’m also so very thankful that I was able to have connected with them. They have all aspects completely covered with the Mohs technique there in the office and you go home that day knowing you are cancer free. Wonderful, 100% across the board. Much like my P.C.P. old school care with up to date technology. Alfred (Dr Richardsons assistant) is extremely knowledgeable in all areas. You dont leave if your not sure of a proceedure. All in one place. I have had (unfortunately) several MOHS proceedurs,, freeze spots questionable. Im sure you will agree.

Neograft took 10 years off my appearanceI had the Neograft procedure with Drs. Stewart and Richardson on December 28, 2016. 1000 grafts were taken from the back of my head and used to redefine my hairline. The procedure was virtually painless. I only experienced minor discomfort when numbing the back of the head for harvesting. Once numb, harvesting was painless. I then spent about 2 hours on my stomach while they harvested 1000 grafts. After a brief break, they numbed the front of my head for implantation. I watched a Netflix movie while the grafts were implanted and was in and out of the office in around 6 hours.There was minor post-procedure pain for 24 hours, but it was easily managed. Following the explicit post-procedure instructions resulted in little to no graft loss. Minor itching was controlled with copper spray. Scabs disappeared after 3-4 weeks. It took approximately 6 months before I saw noticeable hair growth. One year post procedure, the new growth was very noticeable. The before and after pictures tell the story. Worth every penny!

Dr. Richardson treated me with a refreshing balance between professionalism and personal concern. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to Dr. Richardsons practice.

These folks were great. Very friendly, comfortable surroundings, and kept me in the loop for the whole procedure.

WHERE DO I START. They refused to file my claim with Blue Cross Blue Shield because the back of my card said Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City instead of Texas. They claimed that filing out of state was a hassle and they refused to do it when all they had to do was file it instate. Im not sure if it is just ignorance of insurance policies or just bad business. On top of this lisa the manager was incredibly rude while checking in and dismissive of me when I attempted to request my records, told me We legally have up to 30 days to give you your records. I have SKIN CANCER, SHE COULD care less about being promp. she wouldnt give me any clear information on anything I asked and she kept repeating the same thing over n over again with an attitude tone.Get new staff, Who care!

Awful experience. They refused to take my out of state medical insurance and the front desk lady lisa was incredibly rude and blunt with me. I will never recommend this place to anyone and sure won’t be coming back.

I hope Dr Richardson reads this!, your staff is rude and doesnt consider when there is a same day cancellation and or offering to make the situation right.My appointment was cancelled the day of the surgery, this was the 2nd time at least the first time i could reschedule with my job this time I had already taken vacation days for the surgery.your staff didnt seem to understand or care.mid January is totally unacceptable and I would have to pay my full deductible again!
