I have been a patient of Dr. Boyd for some time now, just had an exam and cleaning done yesterday. The experience was so good that I thought I needed to let someone know, thus the google post. The staff is so personable, that they become your friends and genuinely care about you, which puts you at ease as soon as you walk in the door. It’s like going to visit with friends. If you leave a dentist appointment and are think these guys are really “good people”, you have more than just a good dentist.

West 7TH Smiles is excellent. I have had the best experience there. I never imagined a dentist office that could make me feel as comfortable as West 7th Smiles has made me feel. The entire staff is AWESOME! From... Linda (Patient Coordinator) She is the first smile you see when you walk through the door. Her presence makes you feel at ease. Jan (dental hygienist) oh my goodness she has the best personality. She has whipped my gums into shape. Christine (dental assistant) I have to say she is the sweetest. She really makes sure you are always comfortable. Laying there watch her know exactly what Dr. Boyd needs before he signals it is amazing. Tonie (financial coordinator/office manger) Tonie is very nice and she will shoot it to you straight in the most sophisticated way, making sure you understand everything before a big transformation like I had. And to Dr. Boyd he really is an artist. I cant say more positive things about his work. The procedure I was having done took many visits. from the very beginning I could tell he was a perfectionist. He truly is an artist.

Dr. Boyd and his staff are the BEST! They each take the time to personally know their patients and every one of them really care about me and my dental health. Dr. boyd himself is a perfectionist and will not settle for any dental crown or fixture that is not EXACTLY perfect; it will get sent back! He also gives the best numbing injections of any dentist, periodontist, oral surgeon I have ever been to. Dr, Boyd has recommended and guided me through A Lot of dental work over the years and I have never been disappointed! I cant say enough good things about them!

I am thrilled that I found Dr Boyd!!! He is such a great dentist and has even convinced me to get Invisalign braces!!! I am so glad I did. My teeth are already moving and I am amazed at how they work. His staff is fabulous and so friendly!! I found him after a close friend showed me the beautiful crowns he had done on her ------ and no one would ever know they werent her own teeth! He is truly an artist!!! There is great energy in his office of the staff making sure the patients are comfortable. Dr Boyd has answered so many questions for me about my new braces and has been so kind about making sure I feel good about the procedures. I strongly recommend him!!!

I have been going to Dr. Boyds office for many years now. I always feel that they have my best interest in mind and they talk about prevention, which is very important to me! Prevention saves pain and money in the long run! Dr. Boyd is gentle and everyone is very good at explaining everything that is going on. Thank you for taking care of me for so long!

Staff made me feel at home from the very beginning. I have been to several different dentists in my lifetime for everything from cleanings to getting 6 teeth pulled at once to root canals and crowns, and NEVER have I had an experience like I did at Dr. Boyds office. I was their only focus the whole appointment as they only see one patient at a time. Another thing that was new to me was that I was explained things very thoroughly throughout the entire visit. From the teeth cleaning to insurance, I was explained exactly what was happening and why. It was a great experience from top to bottom. STRONGLY recommend you to give them a try!

I recently had a veneer break and had to have emergency work done right away. I left a message for the staff and I was impressed that they were able to get me in the very next morning. Dr. Boyd and staff were quick, efficient, and made me comfortable throughout the procedure. I was thankful for Dr. Boyds skill and experience as I always get nervous when in for major procedures.

My husband and I have been going to see Dr. Boyd for several years now and could not be more pleased with our experience. Through the use of a night time appliance he completely eliminated my jaw pain, and have placed several crowns for my husband that he could not be happier with. The best ever! & I swear I have been to dentists all over Texas & even a few in Colorado & France.I saw a dentist , a few months before I saw Dr. Boyd, & she was SO exasperated & overwhelmed that she recommended dentures. I told her where she could put her recommendation & consulted friends who are intelligent & former owners of a successful dental lab. I told them I had complicated ( understatement) dental issues, needed a complete mouth restoration , and did not want a bridge or crowns from China. I also wanted the best looking teeth that functioned correctly. Form & function is what my friends told me I was looking for & they immediately recommended Dr. Boyd - even though I protested because I live in Dallas, and loathe driving !Best decision Ive made in while. I am quite certain NO one has the precision, education, steadfast determination & wisdom to do what Dr. Boyd did, along with his amazing, completely ON IT staff. Nothing falls through cracks in this office. Nothing is overlooked. Attention to detail is flawless. And I can accurately attest to this as I have been in there hours upon hours, many times. Everyone is pleasant & professional, kind & even laugh at my jokes.Best money spent. Dr. Boys obviously likes a challenge- for that I am grateful.

Second time using this dentist as a recommendation from my dentist in Midland, TX. Not only are they friendly , they know what they are doing. I recently went to a dentist here in Hurst and they installed a temporary tooth , that looked every bit of fake. Not happy with the results at all.. Dr.Boyd and his staff installed a temporary tooth that looked just as good as the porcelin veneers .Although it is just for looks , my confidence is back and I am truly grateful full that Im not at a loss while waiting for my crown to made. Look forward to the end result . If want the best sometimes you get what you pay for , attention to detail is very important when spending money on your teeth and this office gets it.

I am in retail and was behind the counter when a customer asked me Are those your real teeth? She then stated they are beautiful. I told her that they are my real teeth, and that it is thanks to my dentist that they look, and are, so good. There arent enough wonderful words to say about Dr. Boyd and especially his staff. And if you are just looking for a hygentist you cannot go wrong with Jan. She has been in denistry for years, and really knows her business. Plus she is very personable and, for some, the most important issue is that she is gentle. You cannot go wrong with West 7th Smiles.

On time, Nice folks, Clean environment and they go out of their way to make sure you are informed. Not only about the dentistry, but the billing & insurance process as wellIts been a long time since Ive been to a dentist that had it as together as these guys do!

You will pAy enormous amounts of money, that other dentists would never charge. I had two temps fall out and crumble. When my crowns came in, they didnt fit so every extra appt cost me business time and money. Anyone can be sugar sweet until he makes a mistake. Then its your problem and you will get NO reimbursement. Instead you will get a condescending lecture about how normal and typical this nonsense is when you get a crown. Not true. Had several crowns, never broke a temp, never had a problem. Run away,,,, try one of the MANY fair, honest, ethical and skilled dentists in the Ft Worth area. UPDATE!!!!!! The crown that was finally made properly, came out right before we were leaving for a trip. I wasnt eating anything unusual. I suppose I could have gone back to Dr. Boyd, and insisted that he replace it without charge, but this time, I wised up and found another dentist, who not only took me at the last minute but found the reason that the crowns were always coming out. The mouth guard for night sleeping that was made by Dr. Boyd, was pushing on the crowns which were not filed down properly to alleviate this problem, so I got that fixed, got the crown re cemented and was out of there within an hour with a slight charge that was MORE than worth it, compared to the fiasco I lived through with Dr. Boyd.........I am now pleased to put the nightmare behind and thrilled to have found a dentist who humbly does his job,,,,correctly.
