I was here about a month ago for a crown and they had no problem with my insurance. I been coming here for years until today, when they claim my insurance was not activive. I called my insurance and verified everything was fine. I think they need to get a new computer system or train their employees better!

I have been going to this location for years and every single person is professional and kind. I especially just love my Dental Hygienist, Denise, truly wonderful. She is so careful and meticulous at the same time. I love my visits. I highly recommend they North Tarrant Dental at Alliance Town Center.

I have been going to this dentist for years. Highly recommend them. I have seen several different dentist. Dr J is my favorite, but all of them have been exceptional.

I really like Dr. Saxon, he is excellent at what he does. I have an issue with the office staff. I have left numerous messages for the office manager to please call me about a credit I have on my account. We are not talking one or two calls we are talking greater than five over an almost three week period! If there was an issue with the refund there should have been at LEAST the common courtesy of returning a phone call. If I owed them I would be getting calls every day. What I am really upset about is being completely ignored.

I had a great experience with this office. The assistant, the tech, and the dentist were very professional, courteous, and helpful answering concerns I had. The receptionist was very friendly (which is rare nowadays). I did not feel I was rushed but instead I felt they were taking their time with me.

One visit is all it took for this review. I was grateful to be seen last minute for some tooth pain as a new patient, but that’s where all gratitude really ends. I didn’t mind the long wait, but the fact that I was told it would be a comprehensive exam to make sure nothing else would need to be addressed-did not happen. I was sent home on antibiotics and an oral rinse and told to have the painful teeth extracted ASAP. I try to ask basic questions- what is recovery like, when can I schedule, what can I expect that day. He had ZERO answers. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled with their surgeon who couldn’t see me for another month apparently even though I supposedly needed extractions ASAP. The first doctor had told me the antibiotics should help the pain in a day or two, when they didn’t I called first thing in the morning begging for pain meds. You can’t actually call the offic you call their call center and they “send in an emergency ticket”. Well first one was 8am, second one was at 1:30pm and I did not get a call back till 3:30 (they close at 4) and the doctor had already left so no pain meds till tomorrow but can get me scheduled. Get all my payment information for the pre-paid appointment and THEN tells me that she can’t actually run it till tomorrow, but will call me when they do. Guess what. I never spoke to another soul until today when I called the call center of course and cancelled the appointment. I even mentioned that I was not happy with service and they didn’t even care to ask why. I’m a veterinary technician I know how a clinic can get super crazy and things get away from you, but on every level and showing so little care for the pain I was feeling showed they just weren’t the right fit for me.

A little disappointed with the communication. I received a quote for my appointment the day before, and show up the next day to immediately be told my appointment would in fact be almost triple the amount I was quoted. Frustrating and inconvenient to say the least.

Unfortunately I am not one to ever go out of my way but I felt that this was necessary.I’ve gone to this dentistry for the past few years. I’ve slowly noticed after coming in for regular clean ups the wait times are even longer and I can’t get in and out for a clean up in less than 2 hours. My most recent visit I was told that I would need an advanced cleaning and unless I selected that treatment they would not preform any work (After waiting already 45 minutes) Keep in mind the advanced cleaning treatment was an additional almost $200. I simply asked for the standard cleaning and was denied. Frustrated I told them I would not be getting any services as I wanted a second opinion. On my way out they even tried to push me on getting an advanced mouthwash that I could buy from them right there.Today I visited another office who informed me my teeth and gums are perfectly healthy and there is no need for advanced treatment. I will not be returning to North Tarrant Dental as it seems that they are only focused on upselling their clients rather than honesty.

Alliance Dental Services is a very professional yet friendly place. They provide modern ‘one stop shop’dental care. The hygienists are very thorough. The dentists are very knowledgeable and skilled.

Great Customer Service, I had a super early dentist appointment. I thought I would get my usual dental hygienist. Instead, I had Denise and she was very thorough & informative about health of your teeth. The dentist Dr. J is excellent always answering questions and treats every patient like he truly care about your teeth.

Please do not schedule with this office. I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile and scheduled for a consult with this office to speak about braces. She insisted I needed a deep cleaning before I have ANY treatment done. I ended up leaving the office very confused and upset as the hygienist told me I had a horrible gun disease.This was December. In April I scheduled with another dental office to have my cleaning. Expecting to have to deep cleaning I went in and needed nothing but a normal prophylaxis cleaning.It’s sad that this happens to so many people. Please be aware of dental chains like this one.I also received a random X-ray charge MONTHS later and was told I was being sent to collections if not paid. The lady I spoke with at their call center was extremely rude.The one good thing I can say is the lady who does ortho at this office was very sweet. And the lady who wrote off the X-ray charges was very considerate.

Very clean establishment with very kind, friendly staff who made me very aware of what was going to be done, price and options for procedures. Very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. Im terrified of dentist work, though I didnt have any done due to me not being able to afford the extraction, I was not afraid to have it done here if I had been able to afford it. They were kind enough to offer help by having me apply for the care thing, (forgive me for not remembering the name of what I was applying for. 😔). They even referred me to another dentist that I may be able to afford. I highly appreciate the way they took care of me as a person and a customer.

One of our favorite Orthodontists. Dr Sydney is pleasant and skilled. When another orthodontist said to us “they did a fantastic job”, I was very happy.I will also add, the best assistant (and who I recommend everyone asks for) is Valerie. This young lady knows her stuff and makes the braces journey easier get through. She is an amazingly detail oriented asset to the practice.Dr Patel is growing on me! She is funny, and kinds, but she also know how to ease my nerves and that is never easy. She just adds to the greatness of Dr J and Dr W!Front desk staff is great too! Dora and Tara always make me laugh and know just how to schedule me in so I can be on time! They just add a personal touch to the experience.Overall, I am pleased as I have been since 2012. We are patients for life because of this staff!!! Thank you guys!!!

Where do I even start....I would NEVER recommend this dental office to a family, friend, stranger, or worst enemy. Since November 2019, my husband and I have been very frustrated with the services (or lack there of) received and communication with the staff - which includes manager, accounting, and dentists. What should have been a simple crown procedure has turned into a frustrating battle. We were charged several thousand dollars and the dentists have been unable to successfully replace a crown and provide any pain relief. My husband has gone back 5 times to have the issue resolved, and yet it is still unfixed. The manager refuses to give us a partial refund, and has an attitude when we calmy address the concern. What a waste of time, money, and effort. Unethical business practice, poor services received, and bad communication.

Had a cleaning today. My tech was terrific, great touch, no pain!

Everyone I came across was great!!! Everyone seem to love their job and went the extra mile to make sure my service was one of a kind. Great hospitality I’m glad I listened to my buddy that referred me.

Dr. Patel and team are considerate, patient, excellent at scheduling, and all while providing exceptional and experienced care. Every person working there is a pro at their job from hygienists, front desk, specialized work with crowns and root canals, and all aspects of dentistry. Im willing to drive 35 miles just for them, and will remain a long term patient - knowing that my oral health issues are being addressed. If I could rate them higher then 5 stars I would.

The dentist was great! Office staff ruined it. They really seem lost and didnt know what they are doing.Update 5/2021: Would give negative stars if possible! I tried to leave a somewhat positive review last time and didnt want to shine too big of a light on the office staff because we all have bad days, but this is way beyond 1 bad day now! Been waiting over 18 months for a call back from the manager. I have been calling almost monthly about a credit on my account that they owe us for services on my daughter and myself. Almost every time I am told that the office manager is out and will call me back. The last time I spoke with them I was told my check would be mailed to me....3 months later I am still waiting.The reason for the credit/refund owed to me is because they demanded that I pre-pay for treatments that my insurance pays for AND also for services that were not done (and later found out that were not needed). Was told my daughter had several cavities but then when we went to another dentist those cavities mysteriously were gone.My next call most likely will be to the Better Business Bureau and State Dental Board. Tired of waiting on the office manager to return my calls and its about time they give me the money owed!AVOID this place at all cost! There are way too many other Dental options in the area to waste your time and money here!

Dr. Whinery and Dr. Patel have the best bedside manner. They are kind, patient, compassionate, and really listen to your needs as a patient. They will go out of their way to calm you and make your experience the best it can be (for being in the dental chair). I am so appreciative for the care and treatment I receive from them. I cannot imagine ever going to another dentist!

Great service

This was a great place for my family and Ive paid all my bills upfront before leaving. Never gave them an issue. At some point my insurance here became out of network and I wasnt told until it was too late and now I got a fat bill to pay. Seems like when coverage information changes it isnt passed on immediately and you as a client will find out when its too late. Youd figure your provider will tell you when they dont have a contract with your insurance anymore and become out of network you will be immediately informed but nope not here.

I have been looking for a good dental care provider for two years. I was about to lose hope until I went to North Tarrant Dental—and I’m so glad that I did. Everybody I came in contact with was extremely courteous and welcoming. The office is very clean and organized. My hygienist was stellar and thorough. My dentist anticipated all my needs and let me speak about all my concerns, and they took care of my teeth. They listened and helped me feel at ease with a dentist visit...on a SATURDAY!!! I can say I found my new regular dentist.

It was a great experience. The staff is so nice and its the best dental place i went to. I have to return in two weeks and then again as well and i have no problem doing so because i like going there. The wait is short. People their are friendly and patient if you have dental anxiety like me. The lady i worked with was Heather. She is so awesome. Who Ill get next is hope and she seems so sweet. The lady at the front desk and the dentist himself was super nice also!!

We always have an outstanding experience at this office. The staff are all very friendly, cordial, and accommodating. They are never too rushed or to busy to speak with you, and if they are youd never know it. The Hygenists work very hard to keep you as comfortable as can be... for sitting in a dentist chair. The office staff really do work for their clients, are very helpful, and go extra miles when issues come up. My family has been going here for 5 years, and this is the first time Ive reviewed them, so theyve been vetted. We moved quite a ways from them, and still make the drive to go here because of the quality of their care and staff.

Dr. Whinery is the BEST! So happy with my new smile. I have spent a lot of time here over the last 6 months (I needed a lot of dental work) and the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The evening and weekend availability is prefect for my busy schedule. I get all my dental work done on the weekends so I dont have to miss any work.

You need to drop Dr. Patel from your practice. She cant even find the nerve to numb it. I dont want my family to EVER be provided services by her amateur skills.

Sage Meadow Trail LocationI never write reviews, but these guys deserve one. The dental work was great and painless. I had 2 root canals and about 4 or 5 crowns put in. That on top of 5 cavities I had filled. A lot of work. It was all done in a timely manner at each appointment and there was no pain for any of the procedures. I am completely satisfied with my crowns and fillings! I forget that theyre there cause they look exactly like my actual teeth! The point is that the doctors on staff are great, and Im not even to the best part.No one likes dealing with the billing and insurance portion of any doctors visit. However, the ladies (never got a male on the phone) on the other end of the customer service accounting line are by far the best people I have ever worked with in regards to getting my insurance and payments worked out. They answer almost every time you call and they are the absolute sweetest every time. If they dont answer they are sure to call you back the same day. No joke there was a few days in a row I was calling them probably 10 times a day. They took soooooooo much time out of their day(s) to just spend time on me and work with me until all of my questions were answered and my mind was at ease with my balance/billing. Who does that nowadays? These boss ladies do, thats who!So if youre looking for awesome dental work and an accounting/billing department that actually has your back, then definitely choose these guys!

My daughter Hannah had her 6 months appointment today and she was very impressed on how friendly the hygienist and dentist were. They took the time to go over everything they did with me and recommended future treatments. They were very gentle with her and she said she cant wait to go back. I came in for the first time as an emergency because I had a toothache back in 2013 and being a new client on a Saturday, they took me in and Ive been a client ever since. The office staff is great, doctors are very attentive and courteous, and the dental hygienist are awesome, and gentle every time I come to my appointment. I can actually say that I love going to the dentist.

Appointment at 3pm, wait until 4:30 pm and no hygienist came . I took off. Its happened twice already. Its time to find another clinic

I wanted to” Thank you” first off saying you could see my girl the same day we called in due to her having an emergency and being in pain, however Jeers to you for closing the doors when we were 15 minutes away.I understand it snowing a little and roads got slick however it seemed to clear up as fast as it came.But again I want to Thank you because of your unethical service also with no call back to this day just to see if she is okay we found a dentist that day right down the road from you who could not believe that we were done like that. I call it a blessing, it is good to know that people care and we as a family are thankful that this dentist office staff does. Mabe it would be different if it were your 10 year old in pain.At any rate I just wanted to let you know you lost a good customer and a couple more that we referred there will not be coming back. Theyre always friendly and nice!! They helped me a lot with a root canal. I was in awful pain and they saw me on a Sunday and helped the pain. They were about the only dentist place open on Sunday. Been my dentist for about 2 years now. Wouldnt go to any other dentist.

Ive only had 1 dentist all of my life. I recently moved out of town and after reading the amazing reviews on this location I decided to give them a chance. This dentist office accepted me with welcome arms while I was in excruciating pain. Ran into a little problem with my insurance and they still remained calm and helped me. With my dentist anxiety being as bad as it is , they were very supportive and gave me a blanket to make me a little more comfortable. Performance on my extraction was OUTSTANDING!! They were extremely gentle and caring which made my anxiety slowly go away. Every staff from the front of the house to the back of the house was AMAZING!!! I would definitely recommend this dentist to ANYONE in the area. They are the best!! ❤

Fantastic dentistry! I went in with a chipped tooth and they fixed in 10 minutes. All the staff was wonderful and knowledgeable and the Doctor was incredible!

I hadnt been to a dentist in over 12 years...I knew previous to walking in that I was going to need extensive work and multiple follow ups. Turns out, I wasnt as bad as I assumed I was. I just needed a deep cleaning and periodontal preventative check ups. Ive been 5 times since I started with my deep cleaning...1 consultation/xrays, 1 visit for the 1st half of my mouth, 1 visit for the second half of my mouth, and 2- 3month check ups. Ive encountered the 2 dentists, approximately 4 different receptionists, 3 hygienists and a hygienist assistant 😂 EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM ARE AMAZING. I mean UH-MAZING. They take the time to explain everything, make sure youre comfortable, and are so nice its ridiculous. I will never go to another dentists office ever again. 5 stars hands down.
