Best experience ever same day appointment. Best staff ever they actually do care. Was in and out in almost an hour and a half and that was with a tooth extraction. I was so scared at first for the price then I was like thats it. Best prices Ive ever seen. I dont feel to ever look for a new one I will forever only go there in the future if need be. I wish I could give them a higher rating because they deserve it!

This is a great place to go if you end up having a dental emergency that falls on the weekend. I was able to get right in and get seen to. The receptionist is really nice here also. She is definitely great at her customer service. They take most insurances too. I highly recommend this place.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is just the amount of time I had to wait which was actually caused by the Internet being slow today. I had extreme pain in my lower right jaw from an abscessed tooth. I booked an appointment online through their website. Showed up to fill out new patient paperwork and was sent back to take X-rays. A plan was set out for what I had to do to get my teeth healthy again and prices were printed out to detail each procedure. I just got one tooth extraction done today and the process was quick and easy. Dr. Witt is awesome. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing immediate work done. I was in and out in about 2 hours.

Im definitely not a model patient, I had a molar that had gotten pretty bad, and the compassion that everybody here showed me was incredibly comforting. I am in between insurance at the moment so I paid about $500 for the extraction, which hurts almost as much as my tooth did. I will definitely be visiting again when our insurance gets back in order.

I was in so much pain! 😢😭😱🥺☹ My brain was Throbbing for a few days. I realized the devil tooth that was in my right mouth. These people called me back and took me in at 8:45 pm! Who does that? They knew I travel far, a 45 minutes drive to see them. They took me in and took care of my Misery! I dont remember staffs, but they are my angels. I have respect for them for helping me! Guys, these people have the best customer service far beyond caring! I was scared getting pocked, but I didnt notice any pain. It was quick. Thank you my dear friends. My temporary crown popped out late Saturday night. Finding this place was a godsend! Made an appointment at 8:30pm on Saturday night and they got me in 1st thing in the morning. Big thanks to the staff for getting me fixed up and in and out quickly

Almost didnt go here. Made my appointment online the night before for an appointment the next morning. Instructions said Id get a confirmation but never did. I even called asking for a return call back. Not sure why no one called back because when I decided to chance it and show up anyway there were at least for people at the front desk involved in personal conversations. Pretty routine for what I needed to be done. It was a little disconcerting when at the end of my first visit I stopped at the bathroom. When I came out, there was no one to be found. I was planning to ask for a copy of my receipt. Made my second appointment online and this time I did get an email confirmation. Luckily I was able to get a copy at the start of my latest visit.

Honestly I thought the doctor I saw was a tad condescending in his tone and kept talking to me like I was stupid. On the flip side the nurses I spoke to and were helpful and nice. But I probably won’t be coming back.

I had an appointment with another place today that had a strict missed appointment policy. They actually canceled the appointment 20 minutes after it was scheduled to begin due to a Dr calling in the night before. I called Emergency Dental Care and they were able to get me in and complete the work I needed the same day. I am very thankful for their services and will continue to use them in the future.

When two old crown broke, Emergency Dental Care was the only dentist willing and able to fix my teeth in the same day. They were kind and efficient. For a new patient with a comprehensive exam, I was in and out with my teeth restored within an hour and 30 minutes. I also walked out with a full oral treatment plan less expensive than my regular dentist had proposed. If needed they also offered to work with me on finances.

Thought because it was Saturday I had no chance to get in and see a Dentist. I was in extreme Pain as I had a Root Canal that cracked and had no choice but to extract the tooth. They saw me right away and got a hold of my insurance even on a Saturday and the whole experience was simple and Yes Dr. Witt was able to Extract my back molar with no issues and I felt nothing during the process. The whole staff was Wonderful Especially Daici the Dental Assistant who kept me company and took care of me during the Whole Process. First off when I called early this morning the receptionist was extremely nice and told me to just come on and get over there because she couldnt hear me very well on the phone and she would get me in which was quite a pleasant surprise. I had expected to encounter a problem being that I have no insurance finding anywhere to see me let alone the same day. I got there paperwork was brief and I was taken back to a room pretty quickly. The facility was very clean and well maintained. The dental assistant Crystal was absolutely fabulous. I have a huge fear of the dentist and she did her very best to call me making sure I was thoroughly informed about everything. My fear lies in needles in my mouth. They were able to soothe me and I felt very safe and allowed them to give me injections in my mouth to alleviate the pain. The doctor was wonderful and even joked around a little bit of course I was in too much pain to be entertained lol. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone who needs emergency dentistry. All of this I received today for only $95 I give this place six stars

This place is amazing I cracked my tooth over the weekend and by Tuesday I have a temporary crown. The dentist there on Tuesday is amazing and his staff makes you feel right at home. They don’t do any work without talking to you first and showing you how much everything will cost so if you’re on a budget but need things done I recommend this place.

So thankful for them! I was in so much pain trying to find a dental clinic that was not only available but also a Doctor that was able to remove my wisdom tooth as it wasn’t a “simple wisdom tooth removal”. I was not only able to make my appointment today, on the same day but they were also able removed my tooth and got me in and out in less than 2 hours!! Everyone was so nice and gentle from the minute I go there. I will definitely be going there for all my dental needs from now on.

I was incredibly nervous to go see a dentist up until the pain was unbearable. I had a wisdom tooth with a huge cavity and a molar that was all but fragments and they got me in, extracted the teeth without ANY discomfort or pain, and took me out of suffering within an hour. Great service, everyone was so friendly and explained to me in detail what my options were and how to cover them. Definitely will be going back when I need to.

Although its an emergency dental office, they got me in as quick as they were able to and were VERY nice, spent the time with me to listen to all the pain I was having and although I did x-rays & the doctor and DA werent able to find anything big, he said to come back if it got worse and wouldnt charge me- so thats super awesome of them. I was really scared prior to going in but they were very helpful and made sure I wasnt in pain.

Front desk was wonderfully and we worked together to verify my insurance; since it was a Sunday and no one was open. The doctor was great! Patient and as gentle as he could be. He balanced his time well moving from one patient to another and I was not there near as long as I thought I would be. He took the time to explain everything to me and I’m appreciative of everything he did and the services he offers!

Hands down best dental office experience in my life. I had a bad tooth that I have been putting off for over a year because of cost. I made a same day appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early since thats what most offices ask you to do (even though they still dont end up seeing you on time.) As soon as I completed the short check in forms I was taken back for xrays. A few minutes later … Dr Eastwood arrived in the room. I had already gotten cozy thinking I’d probably be waiting for atleast 15 minutes but nope he came in right away looked at the xrays, examined the tooth and told me what I already knew, there was no saving this tooth and I had the option of extracting it tonight which I opted for. The office took my insurance and the extraction was extremely reasonably priced compared to my last quote. Dr Eastwood and his assistant were great. Great bedside manner, super gentle, did an incredible job with the numbing bc I’t feel a single thing. My appointment was for 6pm and I was picking up prescriptions near my home by 7:15. For anyone whose time is vauable and can get an appointment, Go for it. Im sure it can get busier with walk ins but the care was excellent and they are super nice and professional.Id love to make this office my go to for routine services I dont even know if thats an option but I’m still just shocked at the same day appointment after work hours and in and out for an extraction. He has bad anxiety and they walked him through the procedure step by step, gave him his space when he had an attack. (Actually cheaper then where my daughter goes, they quoted me $1000 more then here for a crown). I do not usually give bad reviews on any facility but I am disappointed in going to this place. The only good I can say is that it is easy to get appointment on line but still you are not sure if they will take care of you in your preferred time. The place looks unclean. Their vents are dirty. The chair they use for patient looks dirty. What really disappoint me is that they charge me before the procedure is done and never tell me that their suction is not working and no water. How can you do extraction of teeth without suction and water. They just want me to swallow the anesthesia and blood. Then they just let me spit in a small cup and with very small water. Hope this will be a warning to you all reading this. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎😩😩😩

1/30/21 I called to make an emergency appointment because I was having so much pain on one of my tooth. I have very little pain tolerance and was scared but the staff and Dentist gave me peace of mind and explained everything very well before the extraction. They let me know it was my decision to have it removed and never pushed my decision. The Dentist made me fill very confident and explained every step during the process. I highly recommend the office they have nice,kind,well mannered staff. Will come back if needed too.

I had to stop by Emergency Dental today because my tooth was in extreme pain and they helped me out tremendously. This is the BEST dentist office Ive ever been to!! The customer service was outstanding from all the staff. Mindy at the front desk was amazing...she was polite, professional, empathetic, honest, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dentist office!!!

I really love this place. I keep coming back here when I have a dental emergency, even though they don’t accept my insurance (which is not their fault, I have a DMO plan). They are open 365 days a year, and their hours are so convenient. They are very compassionate, and offer excellent prescriptions to make sure your pain and/or any infections are under control. They do accept care credit, but if you’re like me you don’t have that either. It will be $100 up front for them to see you/take xrays. If you need a tooth extracted it is an additional $360, which must be paid in full. Again, these are prices with no insurance. If you are getting actual work done, they once offered an in house financing option to me, which was a 50% down payment, with 6 additional payments later (no negotiating the % down). All in all, I really enjoy how convenient, caring, and efficient they are. If you call them with a problem, they will likely be able to see you within a couple hours. Thank you :)

This place should be shut down . The foul smell as I walked in and the lack of professionalism, competence or preparedness to see a patient, was too awful to endure. The poor hygienist didn’t undrestand a word of English .I must’ve explained how I had an App’t , fifteen times before she asked why I was there. Then the so called dentist coWe out to see why his Patient is still trying to explain to the two hygienist why I was there. It was like speaking to the three stooges. I couldn’t help but laugh after leaving this bizarre, foul smelling establishment.

Hands down the best dentist Ive been too since moving to Fort Worth. The staff was exceptional and the doctor was not only fast and painless but on point with what was going on with me. I went to two other dentists in the past few weeks and if I would have listened to them it would have turned into a disaster. I will definitely go back and see doctor Witt and his team. Ok so this review is for the people who are scared of dentist or any doctor setting. I have really bad anxiety that I take meds for and when I tell you that they were so welcoming and they walked me and my fiancé every step of the way— all I had to do was fill out a couple papers and say yes ma’am no ma’am and yes sir no sir. They did everything for me , VERY reasonable price. They tell you EVERYTHING they are charging you for, they’re not over charging you. I’m a 21 year old with no job so when I tell you it’s affordable it’s affordable. The doctor himself was so assuring . He calmed my nerves by talking to me the whole way through my procedure . He was in and out so I could get in and out . The dental assistant and the front desk lady was so nice. Now if you can make a person in horrible pain who hasn’t gotten sleep in 3 days laugh then that’s a talent and they all did. They made me feel so welcomed. I will definitely be returning hopefully next time with insurance lol 😂😂😂

On September 4, 2020 my son was seen in your Fort Worth office and we paid a total $999.00. which I thought was extremely high from what we have paid at our normal office. But what do you do your child is in pain you pay it. After the visit upon reviewing the claim from our dental insurance I discovered we were only supposed to pay $556 as our insurance had covered the rest. I called the office who never reached out to me concerning the over payment and they confirmed I had over payed. The young lady offered to hold it as a credit in which I declined already disappointed in the service I had received this far. She said she would fill out a refund, this was in September, 3 months ago. Early December realizing I never received the refund we again reached out the dental office who explained there was a mistake made and the refund was never filed. This is ridiculous, unprofessional and unacceptable. It is now January and we have still not been refunded.

I took my 27 year old daughter to this dental service because I had a $900 credit from when I had used them. I took her in to get her last wisdom tooth pulled because she was experiencing pain. Our first visit we were told her tooth was perfectly fine, but she must grind her teeth at night so they suggested a night guard. After a few weeks the pain was worsening so we called them and went back in. On our second visit she was told the tooth was cracked and it needed to come out. Ok well that was what we came for initially. By the time we left between the unneeded first appointment and the second appointment that simple extraction cost me almost $900. But I’m not finished. My daughter was still in pain so I called them back and they told me it was a dry socket most likely so the told me to bring her in the next day. Her husband took her the following day and on her 3rd visit she waited an hour and half, they took her back, numbed her up, examined it and told her she would have to come back 5 days later when the doctor that she had used was there. Mind you she lives over 45 minutes away, and has a job that this has disrupted quite a bit. My daughter texted me what happened and displeased I phoned them saying the treatment she was given today was unacceptable demanding an explanation. Obviously it wasn’t a dry socket as initially thought. I took her back in the next day and they fixed the bony protrusion the doctor left after extraction. Lots of driving, time and money for what should have been a simple extraction. Nothing sugar coated or exaggerated, just our experience. Hope this information helps you.

I was extremely nervous but I walked inside and was made to feel very comfortable. I asked a million questions and they answered every single one of them for me. Dr Witt did the procedure and sent me on my way. He was extremely professional and very caring. The assistant was very sweet too, I wish I remembered her name. Very professional!I had severe tooth pain, Doctor diagnosed and recommended to work with specialist since it was complicated root canal also he walked up to the reception to refund my money. Very honest doctor and love how much they care for customer. I would recommend this place.
